The units are inside and climate controlled, the facilities are clean and well lit, and the owner was very nice. They have units of all sizes, and their prices are extremely competitive. I recently bought a home and no longer needed the storage unit, and they sent a nice letter, a $2 bill in hopes I'd return the comment card, my deposit, and a coupon for a nice breakfast place just down the road. I've heard nightmarish stories in the past about other facilities that included the fecal matter of 4 legged critters and attacks by hoards of wasps, so I am VERY happy I chose All Safe to store my prized possessions!

I finally get an email yesterday at 9:40AM saying the 20X40 unit is available, but since I work construction I obviously did not get a chance to confirm till 3:43PM when I was done working (still almost an hour before they close for the day). Today, I get an email saying it was no longer available. I ask the manager tom kellogg why they would not give a person some time to answer an email as not everyone sits in front of a computer all day? He was not verbally rude but clearly could not care less. Someone who cared might of said something like "I understand your situation and if it helps will give you a little more time to answer the email or I can give you a call when another 20X40 unit becomes available". Instead, I was just one of the cash machines that pays each month, doesn't matter who I am just as long as I pay. I guess they have enough customers they can afford to treat them like garbage. They demand a one year rental lease on the 20X40 unit so it would have been a $6,660.00 cost for me. Not that it matters to tom, but I'd have been a many year renter because this place is close to my house and my business. I canceled my 10X20 unit today because what's the point of staying, I'll never get a larger unit from tom kellogg because I can't sit in front of a computer for the next 9+ months waiting for an email I must respond to in seconds or lose my place in line.

The first thing I noticed upon entering the building, was the building was damp, and ha d a strong smell of mold and mildew. I got to my unit, and immediately noticed upon entering there was mold all over my items. I immediately notified property management, and they were dismissive. I filed a claim with the protection plan I was paying them for, and the claim was denied. I am now being told that the unit is not, and was not climate controlled - But it was rented to me as a climate controlled unit, and they charged a premium for this unit being that it was climate controlled. Not only is SROA negligent, not maintaining proper temperature and humidity levels, they are potentially fraudulent.
