Another phone call the day before to confirm my appointment to sign contact and pay. Arrive exactly on time to have reservation be for smaller unit and higher price. Showed my email confirmation and no units that size even available. Should have offered the bigger unit at my quoted price for their mixed up and my inconvenience. How incredibly disappointing. Now I have to research other facilities and go through process all over again. Thank goodness I did not have movers hired same day!

We were able to get a climate controlled unit which is great being in Wisconsin. Based on other places we looked at I would definitely recommend this location.
