Awesome front desk service. The property manager, Chrissy, was so so helpful and made a huge difference in an already stressful day! Recommend! read more

Chrissy is a wonderful person that is taking care of these units. She made things very clear and very smooth. All the instructions were done perfect. Period I've been to other public storages and they were not as nice as she was. I'll be happy to do business with her in the future! read more

Chose this place a year ago because they were the only ones that had a large enough space for me. Price was fair. They just doubled their rent with 1 month notice so I'm out. On move out, found massive rat problems in my unit. A lot of my wood furniture is ruined and soiled and there are droppings covering all of my stuff. Pretty awful. read more

worse place ever! I canceled a storage, people keep telling me it was done, get a text that I owe for the month, spoke with so many people and still haven't gotten a refund nor have I ever gotten a call back! Thw manager started my case and never finusher. Just a waste of time and and money! don't even deserve one star read more

Found this storage company very easy to book on line. Reasonable rates and convenient location.

Every good staff friendly. Clean easy to get to off the highway. Coming from Hollywood. Five star.

No problem with the online setup or the App that gets me through the gate. Unit was clean read more

Public Storage - 5x10 climate control - Self Storage Near Me - Clearwater, Florida

I had already seen the reviews for this place but I didn't believe it, and since it happened to several people at this place, I cancelled one of my units. A guy named DYLAN personally helped me and by the way, he smelled like marijuana and looked like he had smoked too much. I don't cancel it, that day I told him that I wanted to cancel it but that I lost my keys, he told me very nicely and with a drugged face that I shouldn't worry that he was going to remove it and that I shouldn't worry that he was going to check the unit and if there was something wrong he would send me a message but days later I didn't have any message so I assumed it was canceled and when a week passed they charged me so I went back to the place to talk to him and he told me that he didn't know anything about the cancellation, that he hadn't attended to me and that they didn't receive keys and I agree with that but he told me that he would open it that day and I believed him, obviously the kid smoked so much marijuana that he doesn't know what he's doing and now they are trying to charge me for that unit, the supervisors should be more professional in hiring their staff and they should check the cameras to see what the employees do. read more

nice n clean units and easy online access to reserve a unit and get in the gate. Great facility

I needed to store some stuff and I always use Public Storage. They are always so nice and friendly and that's why they get my business. Celia helped me with my current reservation because I had some questions for her. She was more than happy to help and we had a nice chat. I feel like I made a friend today. Thank you so much!! read more

I was shopping around for a storage unit. I am disabled and able to get out of the house as much. I have a friend using this place so I called and wanted to get some information. The gentleman I was talking to let me do everything over the phone and internet instead of being there at that time. He was very helpful and very friendly. I can go into my until and not be hassled and I have my privacy. I recommend this place to the new old, and recent customer's or if you are just browsing, call and ask the questions you want answers for. Also the place is well secured. read more

My experience at this location was truly painless! In all, it took me 30 minutes to finish my rental and attain all of the information I needed. Harry was very informative and patient with all my questions. He was kind enough to show me around and explained everything I needed to know. I highly recommend this location if you have storage needs. read more

Just no, i can't say anything good about this place tbh. I have tried to give them benefit of the doubt time and time again, and just no. Trying to get anything handled is pulling teeth from a alligator. Customer Service is pretty much useless, the manager on site rarely answers the phone when you call, and for the price you should allow 24hr access. read more

The facility is clean and the rental was easy to do. Celia gave excellent customer service. She was very nice and professional. Provided answers to all my questions and was very informative. Would highly recommend this storage facility. read more

This place is very nice and Chelsea was very helpful and even gave me information about the area. Thank you!! read more

Nora was very helpful and friendly and made this a good experience. I have never rented a storage unit before so was unsure of size I needed. She showed me a few different units and guided me in my decision. I would highly recommend this public storage site over any other sites. read more

This was by far the easiest reservation online. I can view everything from their website. It was basically a contactless event. Good for the ones concerned about Covid. Will always come to Public Storage for all my moving and storage needs. Thank you!! read more

I had a motorcycle stored here. This is a great location and the service was great. I had an issue I needed help with to get back on the road. I can't thank Rachel enough. She made my day and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Rachel! read more

Nora was such a great help in helping us decide which unit would best fit our needs. Very secure and well lit facility. Absolutely no complaints! read more

The property manager Celina is always a pleasant person. She was able to help me pick a unit size with a breeze. I've never had any problems with service. I currently have 2 units & the only complaint is with autopay. I've asked to be removed several times to be told it'll be done the next month. I wouldn't suggest autopay or paying late, there's lots of fees read more

Great experience at Public Storage in general but this location specifically has stellar customer service and the perfect location. Extra wide drive up units made it an easy fix to store my 8 foot wide trailer. Thanks Pete for a creating a great experience! read more

This facility is well situated, reasonably priced, with clean units and Pete was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend this Public Storage to everybody. read more

BEWARE! Renting through this company was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever endured. They are owned and operated by a company in California, the local property managers are nice but helpless with regards to shady accounting practicese. EXPECT your monthly rate to increase at 6 month intervals, and expect to be assessed late fees or admin fees if your payment is late of fails for any reason, even if the fault is theirs. It's really easy to find a more customer service friendly storage facility in your area. Let Google be your friend even if you have to drive an extra few minutues. read more

Pete at Public Storage in Clearwater is very helpful and answered all my questions. I called around other storage facilities in St. Pete and Clearwater and they were cheaper by a landslide. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. read more

Cathy was extremely helpful. She made sure that I was reserving the correct storage size unit for my needs. She let me see the unit before I made my decision before I finalized the transaction. Anyone who goes here should request Cathy to help you. Definitely will recommend Public Storage at 14770 66th St N Clearwater, FL 33764 to anyone needing a storage center that will not drain your pockets for mediocre storage needs. read more

The only negative thing I can say is that our rate went up twice since we moved in 11/2015. I called and left a voicemail about 2 weeks ago asking why and didn't receive a response. Not surprised, but was just wondering why our rates went up. Otherwise, no issues. read more

The location in Clearwater, Fl was very professional. The property manager Tammy was very prompt in reaching me for my move in. It took about 15 minutes to get our storage unit paid for. The only thing I didn't care too much about was having the rental insurance. I only needed the storage space for less than a month. Overall my experience was great. I would definitely recommend this facility. read more

To tammy and her0nry happy new year. Have a great service very understanding and polite thanks for your good work Thank you. Ilianette colon. read more

Overall a great and safe place to store, but not happy about the mandatory insurance or purchasing THEIR lock ($21) if you do not have one present at signup. Their $1.00 signup special appears and disappears week by week and all locations. Being as I'm an existing/longtime renter, I could not sign up for a friend who's moving here from out of state, necessitating a THIRD person to sign in order to get the move in special. read more

This location was my belongings home for 4years and the price continuously went up and more than 10% over that time and Very often! The customer service was not as it should be and they'll not help you at all when life throws unexpected curve balls and mother nature they same. I never asked for a hand out, refund and only requested help when my husband passed away this July. It was sudden heart failure and then the scare of hurricane Dorian, that did not make it here, thankfully closed the location for precautions. Well they closed and reopen AFTER the due date (and given the Xtra days) they charged a Late fee!!? I had already planned to move come Oct, then decided to take my stuff elsewhere in the next 2 days and to find RAT/MOUSE SHIT EVERYWHERE WAS THE WORST WAY TO REALLY END IT ALL FOR ME!!! I can understand a few ants, and spiders even palmettos , the rest is totally unexcusable. And so far nothing has been done to help. And to let you ALL know, if you, and it is required at rental time, purchase the insurance, it doesn't pay, even though stated it will reimburse $ 250.00 for damages. Poor customer service , even the regional manager is hard to get hold of. There is no direct line and it is a game of phone tag. They Love to debate you, and don't give a crap. I call bullshit. Ok , good luck if you choose this location. Thanks read more

I do not have words to explain what an incredible experience I had with Public storage. I am a new customer looking around for a storage to put my things. I first went to the Missouri location, and Norma took great care of my husband and I. I could not afford that particular space and Ms. Norma went out her way to search a location that is within my price range. I am so grateful and bless for her because she made this transition very comfortable for me and my husband. She is very professional and cares so much about her customers. She is patient, and takes her time to ask questions for any concerns you may have. She deserves a raise and a promotion for her excellent professionalism. She would make an absolute awesome manager!!! Thank you again Norma! You are AWESOME!!!!!! read more
