Susan at All Disposal answered right away, was incredibly friendly and cheerful, and answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't know I had). She assured me we could have a dumpster in our driveway promptly and for a week to 10 days -- even in the midst of spring cleaning season. I should have just said "yes" right then. My second phone call to another service met with a man who seemed too busy or distracted to deal with yet another household dumpster delivery. His prices were comparable to All Disposal's, but he suggested if I wanted the dumpster any time soon, I should decide quick, or he might not have anything available. I told him I'd let him know. The third phone call went to voice mail. They never called back. So, obviously, we chose All Disposal. The dumpster arrived on Friday afternoon, right on time (a few minutes early, even), and the driver put it exactly where I requested. He was friendly and helpful. For $260, Susan let us keep the dumpster through two weekends, with pick-up on a Monday. That gave us plenty of time to purge the garage the first weekend (which nearly filled the container), then do a little de-cluttering in the house throughout the week. Susan called first thing the following Monday to confirm that we were ready. That afternoon, the driver returned to take the dumpster. I was on a conference call and didn't even hear him come and go. I hope we don't accumulate enough stuff to need a dumpster again for quite some time. But when we do, I'll call All Disposal for sure. Great service, great value.

I called to order a dumpster and I have a rather long address. I told her before I started the address that I was located in Plainfield. When I began to read it and spell it, she goes "are you kidding me!?" in the rudest tone because she didn't want to take the time to take the address down. She then says in another rude tone "I'm gonna take a pass that's too far for me". I am located in Plainfield so I can understand it was too far but could have been dealt with in a MUCH more professional way. After reading the other reviews it's almost comical how awful she is to her potential customers. Do not recommend giving this woman your business - there are much nicer companies to work with!

When we found out, the day our books were supposed to arrive, just how many were being delivered, I panicked! I work for a small non-profit and we did not have the space or equipment to store and move such a large quantity. We immediately began calling around and through some recommendations, we came across River North. From the start, Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. were calming and reassuring, letting us know that accepting 30 pallets of books was no big deal to them. We visited their facility the next day to check it out and get some quotes for receiving, storing and delivering. Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. were amazing from day one. The quotes they gave us were more than reasonable and on a weekly basis, they built us pallets of all the boxes we needed and coordinated deliveries with the facilities to where we needed them delivered. From start to finish they were so accomodating and easy to work with, I would recommend this facility to anyone!
