Since day one I have had great service at this location. Jamal at the front desk was very…read moreprofessional, and patient, as there were many people coming in and out constantly asking questions or needing assistance all while he was trying to help us. When I was out of state, I called needing his assistance, and he was more than willing to help me out. I was grateful because I was 3000 miles away, and would not be able to do anything from where I was at. They were informative about the locks. I could use any one I wanted, but they recommended their locks because they are more difficult to break into. When I looked at the difference between the one I had brought with me, and their preferred lock, I ended up buying their lock! Also - bring a tarp, or purchase one there. They do recommend it for the storage areas that are not heated, and suggest that you don't put things up against the wall if you don't need to. Overall - helpful suggestions, and good service. Would certainly rent space here again.

In order to use data you need to exit the storage spaces in thebinterior,the property manager admitted you can't use data on the top floors,so sitting in the elevator lobby to use your phone warrants a deadly situaltion? They could've entered the premises,but waited until I exited with MY items.,blocking me from my Uber. Evanston,IL has is not what it claims to be,as systemic racism, and gatekeepers pullbthe wolves over the publics eye's. So much better than any I've been to. It's clean, the people were friendly, helpful and pressure free. They sell you for what you need and that makes it great to pick up the truck or anything there! Their indoor area is also kept clean and lots of space. The boxes are nicely stacked. Check in was easy and service was helpful. The van was new with 580 miles! I was so happy and the van was new so it road very smoothly and smelled still new. I was also surprised to see the rear view mirror had a camera built in when reversing with made me more comfortable and relieve to drive a big van. The side mirrors too had the dual mirror where one of it has the wide view to see the blind spots, which was so helpful. I had loaded my coaches easily and the trip was fun. Driving that new van was also quite enjoyable. With the app, the after hours drop off made it super easy. I'm intimidated no more now and I'll take that van across the country as it's so fun to drive!

DO NOT use this facility. Their elevators are not trustworthy. In the short time that I used this…read morefacility one or the other elevators was not working. To make matters much worse, BOTH elevators were out of service during the 3 days I was in Chicago to move out of the unit. I am a 74 year old man living in Virginia. When I could not move my property out of the unit due to their negligence in not having their elevators working, I had to leave town and pay 5 months additional rent before I could get back to Chicago, not to mention the cost and inconvenience of another trip to Chicago. They offered me no compensation and not even any acknowledgment of responsibility. I was treated very rudely by the local staff and managemnt. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
