There's NO phone number, NO name of any managers, not even an actual listing for this business - in store or online. When I asked the custodian and window washer working here, they said, "I don't know who's the manager, sorry." You don't know who you work for...? Boyfriend and I waited up til 6am to speak to the person who supposedly opens store every morning (according to the night custodian) but there was no one here. Evanston PD was unhelpful. Extremely frustrating. Do not come here. It is a ghost place. There is no name, no face, no voice, no number attached to these tumbling machines. Scary.

Easy Breezy is about a mile and a half away and since I didn't think about needing to wash until after 7, proximity was helpful. As has been noted, it's very clean. They also provide wifi for customers which is nice, since sitting in a laundromat is one of the lost boring tasks known to mankind. I was the last person out of the place at around 9:30 and the employee was vigorously washing all of the machines as I was finishing up. Prices range from about $4 to $11 per load as of August 2022, depending upon which washer you use: $3.75/20lb, 5.75/40lb, 7.75/60 lb, and 10.75/80lb. Drying is a quarter for 12 minutes. Last wash is at 8:30 and if you don't get your stuff out, it's subject to donation. They do drop-off service as well, starting at about $1.20 per pound. Delivery can be arranged as well.

Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting.
