I can't afford to lose all my favorite clothes. Maybe don't use their drop-off service, is what I'm saying.

Their customer service is so poor once there is a mistake. They lost my belt that is a part of my coat, which could not be worn without it. I knew for a fact that the belt was attached via buttons when I dropped it off. The lady at the cleaners denied there was a belt because she didn't write it down on the receipt! Just bc she didn't note it doesn't mean there was no belt! I continued to call to check but they either didn't answer my call or put me on hold indefinitely. Finally, they found the belt and said it was in the external shop that actually does the dry-cleaning. She offered me to have the next item drycleaned for free but I definitely did not go back after this very poor experience.

He always gets oyt the toughest stains for me even when he doesn't think he can! He's also completely honest when he thinks he can't do something, but he stills tries for me if I'm persistent. They're inexpensive and a really good place to trust your clothes with.

Once you become a regular he always gives you a deal if you bring a lot of items in. To be organic they are much cheaper than some cleaners I have been too. They also do alterations. I had them shorten a dress and they did a awesome job. I live all the way downtown but I will take my clothes all the way out here and it gives me an excuse to visit my family.

Several years ago, through a series of events which I'll not detail here, it transpired that I would be part of a bridal party in upstate NY ... with about three days notice. The dress was overnighted and arrived two days before I had to leave; it needed to be taken in a bit up top, the straps adjusted, and hemmed - but it was a lovely satin with an overlay, so the hemming was no joke. Top Cleaners - I found them because I lived a block away at the time - did it all overnight for $50. It was perfect. I've been totally loyal ever since, driving out of my way to go back. Just this morning I picked up a fallen-out-hem pant, a repaired-lining-pant, a hemmed dress, and a take-up-the-straps dress, all for under $40. In three days. Miracles, I tell you. Always pleasant, always reasonably priced, and always satisfactory. I'm almost sorry to tell folks about them; but that wouldn't be top behavior, now would it?

Dryers are about a quarter for 15 minutes, typically 30 minutes is sufficient, depending on how heavy you load the dryers, which are huge. Parking is a bit on the small side, but I have been lucky thus far. Washer cost will vary depending on the size of the washer, which range from really small to really large. Staff is friendly, clientele are friendly.

So, I have one of those laundry sorters with the drop in/removable bags (each bag has 4 fabric tabs…read moreand 2 poles that slide into the tabs to hang). It's pretty old, so the stitching on a few of the bags has come undone. One tore away and the fabric had a 1/2" rip. I don't have a working sewing machine, and even if I did - my skills are super limited. I needed a tailor. I ended up at Julia Cleaners by mistake, actually, when I was headed to another cleaners/tailor and got turned around. Julia Cleaners is newly owned by a Korean woman. She speaks English, so there's no language barrier. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that she wouldn't keep the little pole that goes into the bags. I wanted to make sure that, after sewn, the poles could still be slid in/out. #notaeuphamism Results: The owner not only re-sewed the bags, but she did an excellent job! I can't even identify which one of the fabric tabs had the rip, which is insane to me! I also really liked that they're an eco-friendly/organic dry cleaner. That alone is causing me to bookmark them for the future, since I'm pregnant and don't want myself nor Baby around unnecessary chemicals. Total win for Julia Cleaners - I'm so glad I stumbled upon them!

I was greeted when I walked in and the lady proceeded to key my phone number in the computer. All of a sudden, her body language suggested something was up. She went to a board and said "you write bad review on yelp". I said yes, I wrote about my experience, your husband apologized in writing through someone I presume to be a friend of his, and I am here to try again. Out of nowhere, the husband came out and said, "a bad review hurts my business." And I agreed and said that it was truthful, you were aware of my dissatisfaction and you apologized after seeing the review right? I shared my experience and that good and bad experiences should be shared with others. After having this discussion and feeling the tension in the air, I left without service. While I also found this hilarious, I left feeling heard despite having expressed those same sentiments in the store before the review was first written. No one cared until it was shared with others. But in any event, they took it as a lesson learned.
