They…read moresandblasted the outside to make it look "better" - like lipstick on a pig- and ended up sandblasting crap and dirt in my unit all over my things. Damaging a lot of furniture. The insurance they force you to have refuses to give me cleaning money or any damages - falsely claiming it's "mold"- even though the sandblasters were their 3rd party contractors and there's proof of the paint. So I'm out all the cleaning money and nothing but increased monthly prices and constantly flow of dirt in my unit from their leaf blowing. They won't fix the or cover anything. Just discovered a mouse had been building a house in my couch using my pillows. Had to throw more things out. Guess if there's holes big enough for dirt blown in every week there's room enough for rodents. Also their security and lighting is so bad my unit got broken into (lock cut) twice- had to buy new locks - and they didn't cover it until the 3rd lock I had to put on there. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Customer service is also useless & they just truly don't care of the terrible conditions and the fact that they damaged my items & insurance won't cover it. Do not rent from this place. I think this included a student discount, however, so make sure you ask if you are a student. In terms of security, there is a password needed to get into the gate, and you provide your own lock for your unit. I never had a problem with theft, not did anyone else I know using this location. No contracts are required to use a unit, and you can cancel at anytime. As for as storage units go, I highly recommend Stow-A-Way.
