Goodbye old home. Hello new adventures!…read more Shout-out to Trosa Moving and Storage. https://trosamoving.com/residential/ We have moved quite a few times and these guys (all seven of them--plus a few extras they pulled in for the very swift and efficient unload) were exceptional: respectful, cheerful, working with hustle even in extreme heat. They were a coordinated team with a crew leader who was honest and quick to point out points of damage. (Thanks, Michael!) They moved our household contents as well as two home offices and a storage unit containing 50+ years of career detritus! Not only that, their estimate was the most realistic (not the lowest) we received (Thanks Barry!) All in all, we've moved 9 times and this was the biggest and the best move we've ever had!

I was also able to use their big truck for free to move in my things. Simply put, I've had a good experience with them.

Overall, everyone in the company was responsive and easy to work with. Our moving team leader was James who was great to work with. He and his team helped us pack our "breakables" even in the midst of a tropical storm. Overall, the team was efficient, hard-working, and happy. They loaded everything on a Friday and arrived the following Tuesday. (They do not work on the weekends fyi.) To our knowledge, nothing was broken! The man who runs the storage facility, Bill, was very professional, friendly, personable and was very helpful. I had called a few minutes before their closing time and Bill stayed on the phone and worked with me past their closing time to assist me in completing my order. The price was reasonable, very clean facility, well-lit after hours, clean bathroom for customers, and they had flatbed dollies in the halls for their customers to use. Bill also recommended to me their in-house moving company, Distinctive Moving and Storage, to move my belongings from the storage unit to my home garage. The move from the storage unit to my home garage was flawless. After dealing with a nightmare out of state move for months, it was a welcome change to work with Bill and not experience any issues whatsoever. Great example of top notch customer service. I highly recommend Red Carpet Self Storage!
