They offer NO customer service. I used two different facilities and found the same issues with both. When attempting a review of the Guess Road location, the yelp review link would not function and they don't list the location here for obvious reasons. Guess Road had several problems not even worthy of my time to discuss-security, homeless, drug use, etc. I hope this will save others from wasting their time and money. And after moving out, they refuse to return any prepaid fees. Disgraceful, greedy corporation. Never again.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Their approach to customer service and retention feels dismissive and unprofessional. Rates seem to increase arbitrarily, and there is no willingness to work with customers, even when the facility is not at full occupancy. It's frustrating to see a business risk losing a long‑term customer over a small amount, especially when maintaining relationships should be a priority. The staff has consistently come across as rude and unhelpful. While the building is climate‑controlled, it's far from high‑end. The carts are broken, the units are dark with no lighting, and overall, the facility lacks attention to customer experience. In short, the service and management have made this a disappointing place to store my belongings. After making a complaint to the district manager, it is evident that the rates are more important that customers and I will be removing my items asap.
