Jermiah thinks of himself as a bill collector we have funds come out of a trust account that is not going to get paid until the 15th of the month for us to take anything out earlier it's 200 we have gladly pay the $15 late fee for the last year the company should know the account that this is the case instead they have this lame-duck of a staff implore you call hang up on me threatened me and everything every month due to this the last nine months of business we will be taking elsewhere down the street to their competitors because I am sick of the issues with Jeremias and his so need to fill importance and constant harassment they always get paid with exclude fees included his screaming that he's a bill collector trying to collect a debt tells isn't on He's supposed to be in customer service and I can tell you out of every interaction I've had with this man in person and on the phone he has no customer service he is a harsh ass I would recommend nobody go to this location because of it. He's too lazy to go clean the maintenance or facilities so he said stand there in the office talking about five minutes how it's going to be leaving where do you get what you need or not is unacceptable number one. What does comes down to it he doesn't wanna have to go up and follow the company procedures with extra locks are things of that sort while something has been paid his fourth I'm in a different country maybe Jeremias should spend more time reading books and educating himself versus acting like he's coming from some bill collector debt I am replanning my whole man to come down there inject the shit out of the storage unit so I don't ever have to speak with this man again and give it to their competitors I'm even pay their competitor eight months in advance if you want a bunch of your time wasted and a very uneducated person who constantly calls and hangs up on recorded . You do Yourself a favor Do biz elsewhere. I don't need the low life crap unnecessarily being thrown in my life - if you have to be at this location deal with Stacey she's does work and has common sense- they aren't helping here with their approach to customers only hindering -Jermiah doesn't he know anything about brokerage or trust accounts so he speaks to me like some low life dead beat. A letter was written and it has been mentioned to the owners that they're paying people to piss off their customers they will do better to pay the staff to maintain their locations . I had a great experience with the whole process of getting the unit. Tanya was amazing and very personable throughout the start of my process as far as selecting a unit and understanding the reservation and discounts that are offered. I ended up having to call back and was connected with Derek which he was great also with helping me reserve my unit and explaining to me the process I would go through when I got to the location. Lastly, when I got to the location DeRaja was outstanding with giving the tour and explaining the units. Also, with explaining the rental agreement in a way that was easy to understand.
