They had an area where you could store vehicles, and non-climate controlled units that offered dock (elevated) as well as drive up bays. The staff (family owned and operated) were pleasant, helpful and friendly. They showed me a VERY clean unit in a nearly new building to rent. They were a coordinated team with a crew leader who was honest and quick to point out points of damage. (Thanks, Michael!) They moved our household contents as well as two home offices and a storage unit containing 50+ years of career detritus! I especially liked how they covered the floors with cloth and used plastic mattress covers to keep our mattresses clean! Furniture looked great after the move and movers were even early to unload the next day. The movers went above and beyond by tightening some legs on a table that were loose before loading it. The price was reasonable, very clean facility, well-lit after hours, clean bathroom for customers, and they had flatbed dollies in the halls for their customers to use. Everything looks very secure, the storage units are gated and you need a special password to get in. I've had stuff stored here for about a year and it's just how I left it. I would definitely recommend this as a storage facility, the only negative is that it's not the closest to the college campus, but if you have a car or a truck it's not a big deal at all.

Without asking, they gave me a discount on the second unit and never a moment of hassle when I gave them less than two week's notice on moving out. Access is via a gate with a personal code and open during times convenient to us. With the unit being 8 minutes from Chapel Hill it is safe to say we lived out of those units for those 11 months. Convenient space with lovely people running it. Highly recommend!!
