Well, I didn't expect much in the way of customer service here, mainly because this is a straight forward business and you don't really have a ton of interaction with anyone when you go, unless you have an issue. I did run into an issue and Tiffany went above and beyond, without my knowledge, to make my life a little bit easier for me. She didn't need to help, the issue was my responsibility, and she already knew that I was planning on resolving the issue. But before I could resolve the issue, she had already went ahead and taken care of the issue for me. I'd 10/10 recommend using this company with people like Tiffany on their team! read more

Completely disappointed with service provided I rented one unit I thought I needed a second unit that I actually ended getting they gave me a turn around for about a week between their lack of experience employee, their property manager and their customer service it completely change my perspective of having my belongings on this location. I ended contacting my bank because this issue still not resolve I haven't use the second unit and they still charge for it. read more

Went today 3-10-19 and rented a unit. What an great experience. First time I had ever rented one. Antonio made the process so easy. He was very knowledgeable about the units and there locations. He was so friendly and such a fresh of breath air. You don't find many people who work with the public very pleasant any more, but OMG Antonio was the best. I had lost track of time, by the time I made it back to the office to complete the paper work, I realized it was after closing time, I really felt so bad having kept him past 5:00 p.m, It was no big deal to him, (Im sure it really was) but his pleasant personally never showed if he was disappointed, that it was now 5:30. Stay away! These people never do any maintenance on their units, they will never return your phone calls, and never keep their commitments. Since many of these things involve regional management rather than simply the local facility, I can not recommend ANY Public Storage facility after my experience here. The only faint bright spot is that the people in the office do seem to be pleasant and want to help, however their pig-headed offsite management apparently prevents them from actually addressing any of the facility's problems. Almost any other storage company is probably better - run, don't walk. read more

Very easy to get in and out of property. Lady was super nice in helping us get in when we first came to visit.

We just moved to North Carolina from California and this Public Storage was the closest to my location. Knowing their standards I was certain I would find the same service as I did back home. To my surprise, this location exceeded my expectations. The location was freeway close, the security was what I expected, but it was the customer service that impressed me the most. I even got a unit that was bigger for less than I had at home. I can't say enough about the staff and how friendly and willing they are to help out and being from another state, this helped me in relaxing knowing that my property would be well taken care of. I always make a point when I go there to stop in to say hello. I can't recommend this location enough. If you're looking for a storage site, this is the one to pick hands down. read more

IF YOU DONT READ ANY OTHER REVIEWS...PLEASE READ THIS ONE!!! Go get a storage elsewhere. There are hidden fees. $1 for first month is bogus. They will slap you with renter's insurance that you MUST buy from them. ($11 a month is more than I pay monthly for my renter's insurance for $100,000 policy on my apartment) They will make you buy their lock ($20). My first month I paid over $60 to move into a $30 ($41 with renter's insurance) a month unit. They are also very rude and do not follow NC Lien Law. You have to pay online or at a Public Storage. Seems convenient right? Wrong. They will tack on the next month and you can't change it to pay only one month. It's that amount or no amount. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE. If I could have given less than one star I would have. There are lots of honest storage places around town. Places that will work with you if you lose your job or unexpected things happen. Ample Storage on Industrial Dr is one. Great customer service and good communication. They will email you if they can't get ahold of you via phone. read more

The customer service at this storage facility is probably the worst I have ever experienced. They have a sign at the front desk "customer service guarantee" what an absolute joke! You can't even get them to answer the phone snd after leaving half a dozen messages they still haven't returned a call. The $1 for first month is a scam, they force you into insurance that you legally shouldn't have to pay. If you want to opt out you have to sign a waiver in person! Really? The reason for storage is to put items away because the client is not local! So, of course you can't sign in person! If you have any issue with billing they refuse to have a conversation to clear it up. They charge a late fee on late fees... hmmm I dont think it's legal to charge 100% late fee on a late fee. Take your items elsewhere, they're friendly to get you in but soon turn their back and won't even communicate with customers if an issue comes up. read more

CeeCee is so wonderful. I was supposed to be picking up my keys to move into my new house and things were not working out for me the way they should making my day pretty crappy. I had an appointment for 1130 but was late so CeeCee gave me a reminder call and I informed her I would be there shortly. Upon arriving I only had to wait 5 minutes because she had an emergency on site she had to attend to. Very understandable considering she was there alone. Once she got back to the front, I was immediately greeted with a smile and an apology. That made me feel so warm inside because here lately its hard to find good customer service anymore. Things have gone downhill so much. She took me to view my reservation but it turned out to be too small so she did what she could to accommodate me. We found one at the next size up and she still honored the $1 for the month. I decided to go with that and we went back up front. I had bought some stuff for the moving and she gave me some discounts. She kept trying her best to bring the price down but one promo had kicked her out. Which was completely fine with me considering she was doing what she could to help me. Its good when people try to save you money without Asking. We all know how stressful and expensive moving is! To top that all, she gave me a lock for the unit. I figured that I would have to buy my own lock. All in all she managed to keep my bill under $100 and I was shocked because I thought it would be much more. She is a true asset to your company and she turned my bad day completely around. I seen some bad reviews for this location but I have to say after my experience, I believe they had the wrong place or maybe someone who doesn't work there anymore. Even the insurance they make you get covers EVERYTHING. Some insurance companies charge you a lot but when you go to make a claim they tell you it is not covered! I would say if you get a storage unit the only thing you really have to include the price with is the insurance. Cheapest is $11. I recommend going here and when you do ASK FOR CEECEE!!!! read more
