Not only did they have the space I originally requested but, ON move in day, they were able to accommodate me with a larger unit (I underestimated DRASTICALLY). The two employees I spoke with from the original reservation to move-out went out of their way to not only make sure I had everything I needed but, also to make sure I receive the best price. I felt confident that my property was secure & will absolutely use this location if I have storage needs in the future & will recommend it to anyone, friend or stranger. Thanks 0577 CubeSmart (staff members in particular!)

Thomas and Jill make it clear they are only in business to hold your items at a high rate or SALE your items at a high rate. Taking your money and nothing else is their true business once you sign their contract. There is no authority to make decisions at the store level unfortunatley. Though the store employees are friendly they work life slaves. Their hours could be better. Visibly you can see the store staff is stretched to no end. Their rates are extremly high as well. I currently pay $341.00 for a 10x20 size unit. Please don't be late. The fee is a percentage of your unit. Mine is around $64.00 after the 5th of the month. You can find the same size for less across town. Also, they advertise as CLIMATE CONTROL. That's a joke. If its cold outside its cold in your unit. If its hot outside its hot in you unit. NO CONTROL. Wish I could give them less than a 1 star rating. Don't use them.

I had never experienced anything like this before in my life and had I not had a rented truck (with a deadline I couldn't extend) with my belongings already with me I would not have rented at this facility. For full disclosure, I did file a complaint with Cube Smart and the District Manager called me and apologized for my experience and said he would "address it with the manager of the store" and for me to call him should I have any additional issues. For the price and the plethora of other storage facilities available, I would not recommend this place because of the disrespect you may experience when trying to pay for your unit or resolve any other problems.

Friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with excellent customer service. What can you say about storage units, really? It was clean when I opened the door for the first time, so that's good. The rolling carts are very helpful for schlepping your stuff in and out, especially if you're not on the ground floor. So why only 4 stars? Well, the elevator is the slowest I have ever seen in my life. There is no climate control, so the second floor is HOT. There are no lights or electricity in a basic unit (don't know about basement or first floor, or maybe you can rent one that has it). The call button near the elevator, meant to call the office if you need help, is turned off. The system is old and apparently caused such a loud racket in the office that it was just deactivated. So if you need help during office hours, you'll be trekking to the office in person. The price is good and there was an incentive for the first month or three months, I lost track LOL. You are encouraged to set up auto-pay, but not required to. I'm happy that everything can be done electronically - save a tree or two! All in all, I'm very satisfied but my "would you recommend it" had to be a maybe. Some folx might really prefer to have the things this one doesn't. For me, it works!
