To be clear, I know rates will change and that's business, but this is a storage space, AI data centers, chips, memory shortages , diesel prices, none of that has any affect here on price. The ownership just chooses to price gouge. I'm sure there are better storage companies who treat their customers better than this one.

This happened over a period of time and it was well planed. Time to move on…read more.. After 3 years, it's time to find a new storage facility. I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and considered moving to a new one here, but also shopped around. After shopping around, it was pretty clear to me there were several better options in the area. The biggest decision to leaving was how rundown and gross everything was starting to look. The floors inside the building I was in are torn up and large wood chips kept splintering up. It's also just very dirty. Inside the facility, around it, and in the actual room. When moving out, I was shocked how much dust, weird debris, termite droppings, and overall filth covered my stuff. On top of that, there was a leak in our unit, which damaged a table and several boxes. When I told them about it, the lady said "oh yeah- we have a guy to help with that but he hasn't been showing up." That was it. The guy just didn't show up so everyone has to deal with leaks. She said she has a list of units that need to be repaired, so it seems to be an issue here. The place was not nearly this bad when I moved in three years ago - it's like nothing has been done to it in the last three years. When I told them that I was moving out, there were no questions or any type of service recovery of any kind. Just "OK have a good one". I asked to get some paperwork showing that the account had been closed out I was told no, but I would get an email. That email never showed up. I'm glad I decided to make the move- the overall disrepair of the place made the decision, but then discovering the leak and seeing their response really helped me feel good about it. I found a much better place - Even though moving storage can be a pain, it was totally worth it.

I have rented at this location for over 6 years. The property has been under construction for the…read morelast 4 years, building two indoor 5 story buildings. When the first building was completed, I moved from my outdoor location to a unit indoors and last year rented a second indoor unit. The second building is still under construction. This severely limits access during construction hours, with construction vehicles using/blocking the only driveway and making it difficult to park in the very few spaces available for renters. Yesterday, a Saturday, I pulled up to the gate and a construction forklift was blocking the driveway. So I left and returned today, a Sunday, when no construction is being done. I was able to park in the only space left, next to a compact SUV that had backed into the space. The lot was very busy as it is a weekend at the end of the month. Every inch of window glass in the SUV vehicle was covered with reflective materials like a person will do when camping (or living) in a car. There was no occupant/owner to be seen, but it was clear that this person was not in that space to temporarily handle their storage issues. I went in and did my own business, came out and got in my car. I saw an employee walking towards the parking area, so I rolled my window down and motioned to the car next to me. The employee stated "that's my car". Hmm. I asked him, "if you are an employee, aren't you allowed to park in the front lot?" He said he was, but that he preferred to park behind the gate. I pointed out that the place was very busy and I often had to leave and come back another time because there was no parking. He said "you had parking today". Wow.... He said if there was no parking, someone could just tell him and he would move his car. I asked him if he was the manager and he said he was. I doubt that. Typically, employees here are friendly and helpful. This guy? No. I tried to call in to Public Storage about this and maybe they will get back to me on a business day. We'll see. But hey PB---try to make life just a little better for your paying customers and tell your employees to put the customer before their own preferences. Boooo.
