He obviously understood the power of his positive customer service, and knowing he was not getting compensated for his time - he had already clocked out - he totally helped me access my unit and saved the day! Again I received a notice in November that they received my moving out form. We've left the place on November 25th as too dangerous to park a travel trailer there. It's packed like sardines everywhere, and the roadway is only the width of a car.
