I thought it would be ok to wait for 15 minutes but she did not come back until 2:25. So I was very frustrated and burning hot. But after hearing the reason she was late coming back is because she was helping someone earlier so she went to lunch late. After that we started talking about renting a new storage space and Celeste was very nice explaining what I need to fill out and show me the size of the storage space and answer some of my questions. The reason I deducted one star is because the storage room is really dark wish the owner can put one of those batteries operated lights and that you should have at least 3 dollies instead of one ... I have to wait 15 minutes before I can use the only one dollies they provide. You should put tracker on those dollies so no one can steal them or use coins to operate the dollies for 30 minutes.

I don't believe I saw any mention of bringing your own lights. The lights in the hallway are not bright enough to light up the storage unit. I struggled for hours trying to build shelves in the light that I could get, but gave up because it was a pain. 2. Bad Support - I realized the 10x15 I picked was too big the same day I got it. Customer support said I can downgrade it in the first 24 hours if I go in and talk to the manager. I drove 1 hour for the person at the front desk to tell me that they cannot transfer to a smaller unit. So either customer support was wrong, or the front desk was wrong. So I wasted 2 hours of driving because I was told it was possible. I have had the unit for under 12 hours since they didn't open until 7am, it should still be possible to change to another unit. The website says 3 other units were available. 3. Unfriendly Service - The woman at the front desk is not friendly. She was unfriendly during all my interactions with her. But the chat support was much more friendly. 4. Inaccurate Storage Size - The 10x15 is more like 9 1/2 by 14 1/2. 5. No Bathrooms - If you are spending hours there unpacking, there is no bathroom to use. 6. Hot Building - The place is hot and there is no air circulation, which sucks if you are building up a sweat in the hot unit. Some pros: - Cheaper than some other options. - Lots of security cameras. - Two dollies available. - Easy sign up process. - Access at 7am Overall I'm left with a bad feeling about this place already. The lack of light made building shelves in the unit extremely hard. I would have brought lights and a fan if the website suggested it. And my interaction with the front desk did not feel welcoming.

I rented a 10 x 10 facility upstairs and the rate was good for what I was looking for, and was incredibly convenient to the company of where I work. From the beginning introduction, to the showing of the storage spaces as I was unsure which space was best, to the completion of the rental, everything was efficient. Jonathan did a great job explaining everything and detailing answers to my questions. I was a bit caught off guard by the required storage insurance, which is a minimum of $11/month so factor that into your cost. Be sure to do the online reservation to get the online price, as I believe it's lower than renting at the facility. Also, the storage facility inside is cool, which is an added bonus. The location is not left-turn exit friendly, but all else, good experience.

First of all, the location is great because it's just past the intersection light, so when the light turns red you have a protected turn. This is great especially when you're driving a big Uhaul vehicle that you're not used to driving. There's also a spacious parking lot that seems to always be empty, making it easy to get picked up and dropped off and also making it easy to drive the big rental in and out. Other locations I considered were at busy intersections and had tiny lots which seems stressful when driving a big rental. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first time renting a Uhaul and I had a great experience. I recommend this place if you plan to rent a Uhaul.

That is a huge increase with little to no reasonable explanation. It's extremely frustrating to have a storage unit and then unexpectedly face a dramatic price increase. If rates are going to be raised this much, customers deserve clear notice and a reasonable explanation--not just a generic response about "market conditions." I hope management takes a serious look at how these price increases are being handled. Customers should not feel like they are being forced into paying nearly double simply because they already have their belongings stored there.
