The location is tucked away (was a little confusing to find the entrance as it is at the end of a residential street) and clean and well kept, good prices. The ABSOLUTE WORST service!!!!! DO NOT use this place!!!! My storage unit was broken into in early November and I was not notified until the day after Thanksgiving. They said they "tried" to call but no answer. Yet, their primary source of communication is email. It is now January and my unit has not been repaired. The unit has a huge hole in the wall that connects to other unit. Both units are completely compromised. This is totally unacceptable. Yet, when I called, 1 month prior, to tell them I would be moving my stuff out, they want to charge me for the full month of rent, plus the late charge. Alex literally told me that "how convenient that now that my payment is due and it is late that I call him to complain". How rude and unprofessional! I have had that storage unit for over 2 years and not once has my payment been late. Then he wanted me to give him a move out date after I make the payment. Needless to say, I am stuck having to make the payment, not having my unit repaired and my belongings are free for the taking. Alex has no date to get the hole in the wall repaired. I think it is very clean and its tucked away in a residential area so that makes me feel safe as its not in a scary industrial part of town. The staff is so kind and courteous. She probably thought I was not serious in renting a storage. Then I made my search again and PSA came out with the very best offer - $50 for the first 3 months guaranteed.
