So disappointed with this shop! Took my daughter's car in to get a water pump replaced (already…read morediagnosed by the factory). Verified the price of the quote twice. Wasn't the cheapest but they could get it in right away. Told during the repair that they were going to charge me more for a thermostat because the parts they got didn't come with one, so it would be more money. The thermostat was working fine when we brought it in and during the dealer inspection so we decided just to replace the water pump as agreed. My daughter picked up the car at closing only to find the cost was higher than the verified quote and now the check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as the thermostat had now failed and it would be several hundred dollars more. When I asked how this happened as it was working fine when we brought it in they said it must have happened as they put in the new water pump. We asked what can be done, and they offered to help with the repair. When I asked for a quote of how much it would be they took several days to get back to us and then said Mike their manager said they won't help on the price of the repair and it's still going to be several hundred dollars more. So disappointed with the lack of integrity in this place. Better to go somewhere else where they will honor their quotes and stand behind their work.

The last time I went, there were a lot more people, so I had to wait for about 30 min for an oil change, but they still provided quick service. Just call before going and check if there is a line. Also, I have to give a big shout-out to Chris and the people who fixed my car. I often feel intimidated going into an auto shop and worried if they will overcharge cuz I'm not familiar with car stuff, but I had such a great experience this time! Chris was incredible, friendly, patient in explaining things, and made things easy for me. I will only go back to this location for car repairs from now on! After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
