Oh my gosh, I was in and out and on my way in less than 15 minutes!!! I did go midday so there wasn't a line or anything, but they had my car in, emissions tested and rang up and back in my car SOO quickly!! They do charge $10 currently to give you your stickers right away, but hey, it saves me all the mayhem of dealing with a government agency trying to get them to me! Worst place I've ever taken my car. They straight up lied to me and performed service without telling me first. Here's my experience: I took my car to be inspected for emissions not knowing that with a salvage title I would need safety as well. I had already purchased a Groupon for WAY cheaper for both inspections somewhere else but decided to save it for another vehicle. When they told me my car was done the total was double what I paid for the Groupon! They informed me that they went ahead and did a safety test because I would need one with a rebuilt title. Instead of telling me right off the bat that I needed both they did it without permission! If I had known I would have gone to the place I had a Groupon for HALF THE PRICE! Instead I got stuck paying for all of it. The guy working there was smug and very rude to me. I left extremely upset. When my husband went back in to talk to them they acted like I was an idiot and were quite condescending to my husband. NEVER will I be going back and I suggest no one does. Find a coupon or Groupon for half price somewhere else. read more
