Dishonest, employees are rude. When confronted with mistakes they will double down and hang up on you. Avoid at all costs.

I was slightly apprehensive with a few of the previous reviews that came up, but decided I really needed to get my car registered and this was nearby. I was the only car in the park I g lot and went in and the guy wasn't necessary friendly, a man of few words, but he wasn't at all rude. His job must be really repetitive so I can totally understand that. The cost for the test was comparable to other places and to be able to do the on the spot renewal is really convenient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I'd come back to this place for sure. read more

I've had mostly good experiences. There's been a few times a gentlemen has been rude and not helpful to where I had to go somewhere else. I started going to a different location and everything has been great. I would recommend because one bad employee shouldn't ruin a business. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Quick Emissions today. I was a bit nervous, as I haven't really left the house during the pandemic. But after having another vehicle impounded for not having up-to-date registration, I knew I had to get it done for my car, pandemic or not. When I entered the office, the staff greeted me and were already wearing masks and gloves (despite there being no other customers there at the time). They had a handwashing station in the large lobby and several bottles of sanitizer around, and I felt very safe doing business in there. Both staff were extremely friendly and very quick. I think my entire experience took maybe five minutes. I appreciate very much the extra effort they make to keep customers safe, and this combined with my otherwise great experience will make me a return customer for sure! read more

We've been coming here for years. Always professional and up front, not to mention friendly and quick The only thing is that it could be cleaner inside, but it has chairs, a large screen tv, and a children's play table and chairs with crayons and books. read more

Unfriendly and rude. Went in to get an emissions test and they told me they couldn't do it without having registration but couldn't get registration without emissions. Went to jiffy lube, they did it just fine. read more

I came last year to pay my car registration. Fast and easy and the guy who helped us was great. This year I planned to come back because it was so convenient and fast with great customer service. Uh, I was absolutely wrong. We were approached by a gentlemen, didn't greet us or ask what we were in for but instead proceeded to worry about how we were parked and it was a "drive through service" which was not apparent but confusing. We just wanted to pay our registration and we let him know, then he proceeded to say we needed an emissions check without even checking on his computer and just asked us what year our car was. By us giving him that information he came to the conclusion that we did need an emissions check. If he would've just taken the time to check his actual computer which is what it's there for and not be so dismissive there would've been a different rating. I felt like he just tried to get us to get a service we did not need because we were two women and he probably thought we didn't know anything. Never coming back again. This individual needs some kind of customer service training or to get fired before they go out of business. Let me add, I went online to pay my registration and low and behold, we did NOT need an emissions check. read more

They failed my van for not having a 3rd brake light. It's exempt as a 10,000lb commercial vehicle. Thanks to that, I lost a LOT of work before we figured out what they did. I lost hundreds of dollars thanks to these guys not knowing the rules. It's their only job and they can't do it read more

I've been here thrice and I'm probably a lifelong customer. Easy, fast, professional, and affordable. I have pretty bad general anxiety and I don't completely dread going here for my emissions inspections. My toddler enjoyed their simple accommodations of coloring books and crayons and some story books. I'm instantly greeted by someone at the front desk and I've never spent more then 10-15 minutes waiting for my inspection to be completed. read more

I have been going here for years. The shop owner, or main employee, has never made me feel like there was shady business going on. This place is honest (at least the guy I've dealt with 90% of my visits). I recommend them, but I am told there was a bad employee working there a while back. read more

The price they quoted on the phone was completely different than once at the shop. They only tell you after the job is done.

Worst experience with safety & emissions ever! We took our truck in for our annual safety & emissions testing. It was Saturday, so we went here. The truck failed for headlights, we have had the lights in the truck 6+ years with zero issues with safety or even law enforcement. Staff was EXTREMELY rude. Will never return! read more
