I have an older swim spa that hadn't been used in a long time. I was worried that it would be too expensive or even that it had been dormant too long to be "rejuvenated." I stumbled upon ProTouch just by calling around pool service listings. Kevin at ProTouch was attentive and encouraging from the start; Glenn quickly inspected the pool and got started with a drain and clean. I refilled the pool then Glenn returned and put in the chems and reviewed the operating basics. Within such a short time and at such a modest cost, ProTouch made my old swim spa ready to enjoy again. They are kind, considerate, honest and more than competitively priced. I think another service, given the age & appearance of the swim spa, could have gone full on "dramatic" and charged me far more. I look forward to working with ProTouch for monthly service. The chems they use are softer, gentler on the skin and odorless compared to past services' chems. I also trust that any future repairs that the ol' swim spa might need will be done by ProTouch at an honest and considerate price. I've never "yelped" before. But I'm so pleased with Pro Touch, and yelp seems the best way to express my appreciation to Kevin and Glenn and spread the word on their excellent service. . read more

As good as it gets! My first contact was with Glen for a consultation and quote. Glen was early, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and overall a solid guy. He actually took the time to (Repair) my timing on my existing pool pump that the original pool builders (not Protouch) had made inoperable. I have had quite a few pools built in my last five (5) homes and I have seen a complete cadre of incompetence, lack of professionalism and complete ignorance in most of the pool builders. Protouch pool service is so far above the standard its almost unfair. If Protouch built pools for a living they would corner the market. Protouch is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and extremely fair in their pricing. Now if we can get these guys to babysit they would run the world! Thanks Protouch and thank you personally to Glen and Greg whom actually installed the heater. These guys are the last in the industry to actually get the job done as promised and do it with precision, professionalism, efficiency and above all else, get it done RIGHT! read more

I can' t say enough about Pro touch. This is the second time that I have used them. When we bought our house Kevin spent over 3 hours going over the pool, how it works and what new items we will need to update our pool. I tried to fix our pool problem by going onto Google.I tried everything that they suggested.Coudn't fix problem.I did this for several hours and finally gave up. I called Kevin and explained the problems that I was having with the pool. Over the phone and within 15 minutes of trouble shooting the pool was working again. I can't say enough about Kevin and Pro Touch. The fact that he spent time going over everything to fix the pool and didn't have to come to my house was awesome. Now a days you don't find people or companies like Kevin .Everybody is out to make a buck, but not Pro Touch. There concern was to take care of the customer. I can't say enough about Kevin and Pro Touch. They are very knowledgeable about the pool systems and I will not use anybody but Pro Touch. read more

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Saved us $1000! Our property manager was coming after us for fraudulent damages stating that a "bowling ball" must have damaged the pool. Kevin came right out, did a full pool inspection/test of the water and concluded that the damage was plaster de-lamination due to years of wear and tear chemical imbalances not due to "tenant neglect and misuse". Took pictures and gave us the facts in writing to use in our case against the owner. Don't know what we would have done without these guys. Would have rolled over and paid the initial estimate for repair, which we now know is a scam on behalf of the owner and the original disreputable repair company. When I asked Kevin out of curiosity how much ProTouch would charge to repair the damages, he informed me that it would be pointless to repair it at all as it will keep happening across the rest of the pool. Instead of making a quick buck off of us, he gave us the best long-term advice possible. read more

Our pool pump went out so I called Pro Touch Pool Services after reading their great Yelp reviews online. I spoke with Glen and after discussing the options that were available we decided on a variable speed pump. Since our current pump was out I was looking to get it replaced right away and Pro Touch delivered. Glen scheduled his technician Greg to come out the following day and change out the pump. The installation went smooth and when Greg was finished he explained how the new pump worked and answered all my questions. I was so satisfied with the work I had them come out the following week and replace our Koi pond pump. read more

Responded within an hour of our inquiry. Sent someone out for a quote that same day. Quote was completely inline with prices we had researched for the new products online. Installed a new pump, filter, and heater 3 days later. We we're completely blown away by the service and level of expertise provided. While we expected new equipment, we had no idea they would go above and beyond in completely rerouting the pvc and gas line piping, greatly shrinking the footprint that the equipment took up in our side yard. I highly, highly recommend their services for any pool equipment work you need done. read more

These guys are the best! I called late on a Tuesday with a green pool from a broken filter, they were here the very next day. They went over the problem with us and recommended the most cost effective way of dealing with our pool. Not at any time did I feel they were here to make an extra dollar on our problem. They offered only the best service and they stood by their work. You can't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional team of guys. They are always willing to help with getting the pool just right and informing us how to keep it that way. Great job ProTouch Pool Services! read more

Kevin is a straight shooting, honest man. I was stressing about a pool inspection that we needed asap. He was very quick to return my phone call and answer all my questions and educate me on the process. He was even able to schedule the inspection on a holiday. Kevin showed up on time and was very thorough. He spent a lot of time showing us the issues of the pool and writing a thorough report. You can tell he was not trying to sell his services. He truly cares about his customers and wants them to have the safest, most efficient pool possible. I would highly recommend ProTouch Pool. read more

Our pool was rapidly losing water due to a crack in the skimmer. We had several quotes from different companies but nothing seemed to feel right until we found this pool company. The quote was good and the format of the quote was easy to understand exactly what was covered. The staff made sure every question was answered and understood. We had to delay the start of the work due to unforeseen circumstances, and he was so kind about that. In the end, I was so pleased with how the job went. Would definitely use them again. read more

Our pool heater had been giving us troubles making a strange noise and turning off by itself. Lance took a look and was able to quickly identify the issues and replace a broken part inside of the unit and it is back running properly. The price to replace the part was completely reasonable and you don't see that often especially with pool equipment. These guys are the only ones I would recommend out there. We called ProTouch to re plumb our pool equipment after I removed our old pool heater. While out, ProTouch did a free water test and spotted several issues with the water chemistry. I had them preform a phosphates/algae treatment and come back for a filter cleaning. I'm taking the time to thank them for all of the great advice on how to better take care of my pool and water. I highly recommend them for being so fair and knowledgeable. read more

We had ProTouch come out to look at our new home pool equipment and check water as items were not functioning well. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave several options for fix, replace, and/or continue use. It was nice NOT to get the oversell pitch and instead we were given various options to choose from. I'd highly recommend these guys for any and all pool equipment or pool maintenance questions or needs. read more

My pump broke down and my filter was too small. I called Protouch, and they came out and replaced the pump and installed a filter that was much larger than the previous one. Everything works better than expected, because I usually don't have good experiences with service companies. Not only works better than expected, but looks much cleaner and more professional. I now have a filter system that I am proud of. read more

We hired Pro Touch Pool Services for our Airbnb, expecting dependable service. Unfortunately, they missed a scheduled service without notifying us, which led to unhealthy spa conditions. This required an emergency water dump, which we had to pay for, and caused a terrible experience for our guest. Their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. We would not recommend them to others. read more

These guys are awesome! They were the only pool company that actually had a real person pick up the phone instead of an answering machine(I called about 8 or so places). They sent someone out the same day to assess the problem and within one day had a replacement part at a decent price. Their tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better service. read more

When my filter pump broke, ProTouch responded to my request for service quickly and gave me various options to get everything back up and running with their pros/cons. I opted for a new pump. They gave me an exact quote 15 minutes later, and had everything installed soon after. The new pump is working great so far. Great experience working with these guys. read more

Im not the kind of person to leave reviews, but... Lance with Pro Touch PS truly out-did all so called "pool professionals" out there. Knowledgeable, fair, honest , professional and straight shooter. I will be Definitely recommending and keeping them as my go-to pool service professional contact. Thanks for bringing my pool back to life! Crisp and Blue read more

Had problems with my Hayward pump and Oncommand remote system. Needed new mother board. Tried getting a tech here from 2 other services. No shows. Pro Touch sent Glen out. Great guy, very knowledgeable. Installed the board, adjusted pump settings, made recommendations. Couldn't ask for better service. Call them for ANY pool related issues. read more

I was called back right away, an appointment was agreed upon that worked for me, and the technician arrived on time. Greg was very knowledgable, courteous, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. He also gave me an estimate for future work I would like done.
