Mind you, I was charged a $96 restocking fee which if I was returning a pallet of heavy tiles I would understand, but a handful of pencil tiles I could carry in, ridiculous! Then I was refunded an incorrect amount. When I reached out to the manager, he told me unfortunately there were two broken tiles. I told him I returned 63 (to include 3 free ones that were given to me as samples under my contractor's account which I was in no way required to return) so a total of 63 pieces. I explained if only two were broken that still leaves 61 that were not so I should receive a full refund. All of the tiles I bought were wrapped by them and unopened. The 3 samples were not and full disclosure, one of the samples was broken and I was aware when I returned it. He told me all 3 were returned to the contractors account "unbroken"and I would be charged for the broken ones. I can only assume he chose to ignore that the ones that were bought only contained 1 broken and a broken sample and protect the stores bottom line by returning the free ones back to the stores inventory and let the client increw the cost. Unfortunately the manager in my opinion did not do right by this client. If your business model is protect the store and the contractors, then he did his job. I would tell you to beware and ask the what if questions. Also, floor and decor does NOT charge a restocking fee and they are MUCH cheaper

He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will. I did not, however, think I'd be returning so quickly to do just that: replace a dishwasher that had gone kaput. When the control board and pump failed on my existing Bosch dishwasher, I knew exactly where to go so that I didn't have to pearl dive in the sink any more. I came here once, looked around, took notes and then went home and did my research. When I figured out which model would best suit me, I came back to buy. Lee assisted us again, as he had helped us with our oven. Very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me figure out that getting a model one step up from my initial choice was really a no-brainer (price difference was negligible and features were more comprehensive and intuitive). Prices here are extremely competitive and part of the reason that I returned here was because of their superior installation crew. Now, these are not your builder-grade or builder-supply store selection of dishwashers. I did not, however, go over the top price-wise with my purchase. I feel I got a quality machine at a very fair price that was expertly installed, exactly when they promised it would be here. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to return should I need to replace another major appliance.

Yes it's expensive and yes the service isn't great, but it has a bunch of different options and it's good for browsing for sure. One of the best stores of its kind for browsing, I might add, and in some ways I think it's better than Bed Bath & Beyond honestly. And it has pretty good prices on lighting too and a lot of other places don't these days. I wasn't sure between 3 and 4 but Barbi insisted on 4.

David walked us through every option, provided free samples of the floors and followed up with us on the date agreed upon. He also provided great guidance on what would work best for the look and feel we were going for. He even helped with the stair noses and has been available/accessible as we complete the project. We ended up with Hickory floors as we are going for a coastal farmhouse feel in the house. The floors are great quality and look beautiful!
