Four days later he asks when he could come to address it. I tell him I'm waiting on approval to start work and would let him know. I reach out to him once I received proper permission and he says he'd come either that day or that Saturday. Well it's been over a month and I've heard absolutely nothing from him. Not only am I left with a leak in my roof, I now have to pay someone else to fix the roof and fix the inside of my home where the leak caused damaged in my home.

We also asked if he could replace a few bathtub stoppers which he did really efficiently. We appreciated how he painted and cleaned the work site, and how he finished the tasks on schedule and on budget. One of the doors had a special issue requiring additional work, and he came and fixed it up without charging us extra. He treats your place with respect! Out-of-Pocket Costs: After months of waiting for a plumber who never showed up, I eventually had to hire an outside professional to handle urgent repairs at my own expense. Broken Payment Plan: In September, we mutually agreed on a refund amount to cover the unfinished work and shared plumbing costs. Despite a monthly payment plan to make it easier for him, he has not sent a single payment . He fixed the light above our kitchen sink that hadn't worked for a long time. And the light in our refrigerator was acting like a strobe light. He placed some tape over the button that controls that light so now the light doesn't go on when we open the fridge but I'm glad that the flickering has stopped! Also, he noticed that the kitchen faucet had a weak water flow on the "stream" setting. He told me what to do to get it back to normal. I really appreciated that help. I was tired of having to use the "spray" setting all the time. Overall I'm very happy with the work Minde did and also happy with his fee.
