We recently had a small leak from our upstairs bathroom and noticed that the ceiling drywall had some moisture. Jeremiah was quick to schedule with and came over to assess the issue. He was very polite and professional. He discovered that our toilet had a very small leak and let us know the repair would be roughly $300 and drywall patch would be another $400. We decided to replace the toilet instead and Jeremiah went to pick up a new unit from Home Depot. He replaced the toilet for $690 and drywall for $400. He kept the place nice and clean afterwards. Oh he also fixed our kitchen sink disposer that was recently replaced by another plumber but started leaking within 6 months. The initial plumber did a poor install. Jeremiah was fantastic to work with. He's such a nice guy and works so hard. His quality of work is excellent. We were running out of storage space after having our second kid so we wanted to build an attic space that would act as additional storage. He created a door and attic ladder and laid down flooring and installed a light switch in our attic so that it was a useable space. Now we can use our garage as an actual garage rather than a storage. Then after that job was completed he cut out a door under our stairs for additional storage. He turned it into a closet. For now we are using it as a clubhouse for my 3 year old. She loves it! He did such a great job. He also helped with other odds and ends around the house.
