HiPacific sent a tech to diagnose with my permission, the repair was $600+. I decided to replace the stove rather than repair. I've always had trouble getting appliances on Oahu from Home Depot or similar (from remote) - so Yana helped find a vendor with real on-island inventory, and we got it installed within a week. Last year, we had damaged cabinets. I had to be more involved because it was a specialty HOA supplier, but I found new cabinet doors, shipped them from the mainland, and Yana oversaw installation with a local handyman. I consider this a partnership, and HiPacfic is the best property mgmt service I've had (multiple rentals, 6+ prop mgrs). Yana is outstanding and worth every penny.

Shameful No damage was done on the property, as stated on the invoice this is normal wear and tear. Also this is a two unit property shared garage cans. With another tenant who also used the garbage cans, where we even helped our senior lower unit tenant dump her garbage the day we moved out, And when we moved in the cans were full and we had to request it to be removed. We have emails showing the cans were full and removed with rental company. Returning property as it was found, no damage done to the property. Normal wear and tear on the invoice and some are not even real. Duck tape so rodents don't go in the house.. wear and tear! And all health issues gone since moving out Security deposit can not be deducted for no damage and just wear and tear, as seen on invoice to the property. The towel bar was like 40 years old! Sean and Cathy can kick rocks with slippers on. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Kristen was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property and the property manager. Application process: We applied the very next day (Saturday) with the forms given to us by Kristen and e-mailed them in. Simple! Lease signing: We were approved for the apartment on Monday (only 3 days after seeing the apartment and 2 days after submitting our applications!). Kristen's assistant, Onidis, asked if we wanted to move in that very Thursday. We opted for the first of the following month, but we were so impressed by the speediness of the entire process! We are now in the process of moving in and we are very happy with Bill Ramsey's property management company's service. I admit I was a little apprehensive based on the negative reviews, but hopefully things have changed and we continue to have a good with them. It is a 500 square-foot one bedroom apartment. Not a room in our home.
