Great customer service! These good people still operate the old fashion, kind and considerate business model. We found ourselves in need of a quick change from our old company (terrible service and rude employees). Found Propane Plus on line and called. From Courtney in the office who was professional, congenial, efficient and personable to Vaughn, the driver who tested our system, filled our tank and presented a great customer contact during our encounter (kind, smart, informative and most of all a nice person!) Propane xchange is $24 most places. Here it's $17.50 to fill and you the full 20# instead of 15# with the exchange.

This was terrible customer service. They filled up our tank and that was fine. However, the driver drug the hose as he filled up causing a twig to get in the fitting that closes the gas, therefore causing a gas leak. We called them on a Saturday, a day they were supposed to be open, (when the leak was discovered) and they never answered. We lost most of the propane. Between the firemen that were called, a great neighbor, and then another propane company, we got it fixed. They took ZERO ownership of this the following week and didn't even fill up the tank. This is an example of TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Great people to work with and even better customer service. Even gave me good advice for a pizza place.

What is wrong with people? Went into their store the other day to look for a part and every employee was NOT wearing a mask. There was about 10 or more employees in the space. Obviously they have not had anyone close to them die or maybe with their mentality think that it's all made up. Well I hope for your sake none of you don't get sick. That said and you probably don't care....will not be going back into your store again. Friendly people for the most part but out of shear ignorance on your behalf that is no way to conduct business. read more

Valentines 2021 temperatures into the single digits. Our propane carrier for over 30 years said Propane would be delivered sometime in the next two weeks! When you're out of propane that's not acceptable. Propane Plus*** came through for me the day I called them! They delivered at 9 PM and we were grateful! read more

I have been working with Propane Plus for many years now. Lee one of the owners has been to my house repairing or fixing various items on my tank and the line leading into the house. They know my name and are out (usually earlier) than the stated date. Great company can't rate them high enough. 10 stars!!! read more

We just had the most professional experience. And found out the first propane company was wrong about a repair we needed before it could be filled. Propane Plus technician was so knowledgeable. We never needed the valve repaired. After 5 years we can actually cook again in our oven. We will contact Propane Plus when we have a need for propane. read more

100% recommend Propane Plus! My previous supplier had one job, keep my tank from running out. As wether hit sub-freezing, I checked and found my level at below 10%. Old provider old me they could be him within the next TWELVE days. I called Propane Plus on a Saturday, they came out same day to give me enough so I would not run out before Monday. I went here to fill two #20 propane tanks. Cold rainy day, I was the only customer there. I walked into the building and was instantly hit by the strong stench of propane (expected) and marijuana (...what?). The gentleman working the front desk appeared to be high. He charges me for #30 refills instead of #20. He gets upset when I point this out. I said I'd buy another tank so he wouldn't have to refund the transaction. He for some reason was annoyed by this. I follow him with my two old tanks to the fill station. I go to set them down and he tells me to give him some space. I said "uh okay," awkwardly set the tanks down and back away. He asks if I want a receipt. I say yes and and go on to explain that I offered to buy the new tank so he wouldn't have to refund the transaction for the overcharge on refills. He cuts me off and says, "If you could please stop talking, I don't want to talk out here cause the cold air is going to make me sick." ...... This guy is was clearly on something. I responded with, "Okay, I'm never coming back here." He finished filling the tanks and we walked back to the building. Still smelled like weed. He gives me the receipt and I leave. What an unpleasant and awkward interaction. Not to mention, smoking in a building filled with propane? Seems real safe. Pretty disappointed as yall are the closest place to fill up. Won't be returning. read more

I called them to see about setting a decision d tank at my house. They said it would be $2500. That seemed awfully high so I called Trico and they said they could rent me a tank for $100 a year. read more

If I could, I would give Propane Plus, out of Leander, 10 stars for outstanding service! We needed propane for our cooktop and we had only about 20% left. Since we live in a rural area we knew it is not easy to get companies to deliver in our area. We tried to get a propane company out of Liberty Hill to deliver during COVID 19 and they said that they would not come out to our house because they had to inspect all appliances using propane gas. We ask them to please put us on the list of their clients to call when they were delivering again. A month passes and we still do not get a call! I am cooking a lot and worried we are running low on propane. So we called the Liberty Hill company back and they said they were still closed and would not deliver! So we took a chance and called Propane Plus. They not only took our order, but delivered the same day with not any additional trip charge! Jacob, the delivery guy, was efficient and was so nice to us. Our house was not easy to find and he still was pleasant when he arrived! He told us he would have the office staff call for our credit card information since we were still "social distancing" and he did not have us sign anything. The company gave us the cheaper rate even though we did not quite fill up the tank! The staff are friendly, courteous, and answer the phone right away. We are definitely using Propane Plus again for our travel trailer propane, barbecue grill, and house propane tank! Thanks Propane Plus! read more

Store Manager Dennis only pretends to know everything, when In fact he doesnt know anything. The service in this place has gone severly downhill in the last year. If you need propane they are ok, but i dont recommend their outdoor power parts department, not unless you already know the part number of what you need read more

I thought this company would be my saving grace... we have had no propane since early February, and my previous company told me they wouldn't come out till late March. I called Propane Plus on Monday February 22nd at 12:30 and I spoke with a man and he got all of my information and told me I would be getting a delivery in 3 days. I called on Wednesday February 24th to ask if I would get a call before the delivery arrives since you need to be there if your tank is on 0 gallons. The woman asked all of my information and put my on hold... turns out they didn't have any of my information and started questioning me on when I called etc... they told me they have had "help" getting people scheduled. Now because their "helper" lost all of my information I can't get propane until maybe next week when they are "back in my area". You can't send someone out tomorrow, Thursday February 25th like I was told??? That is so frustrating and says a lot about their customer service and how much they value new clients. read more
