A young man put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back to let me know if he had anything that would fit what I was looking for. He just never came back. Let me repeat: HE NEVER CAME BACK. I called back after 30 minutes and the lady who answered put me on hold, but came back within a few minutes to say: "He said that nothing we have fits." This return didn't work in my favor, turns out the customer is not as important as that extra dollar even if you are the one inconvenienced.
