At no point did we ever feel pressured, but she did call out some considerations we hadn't thought of + helped us make the right decisions. After finalizing our order, the turn-around time was impressively quick (~6ish weeks, + I believe they were ready sooner, but we were unavailable). In comparison to our prior experience with other companies, this was lightning fast for custom window treatments. We did explore other companies for this specific project, + Budget Blinds' pricing was very competitive, for a superior product. Mike installed everything - he couldn't have been nicer! I was very impressed with how quickly everything came together. He was very patient + generous with his time in explaining how everything worked for our automated + top/down bottom/up shades. He made sure the automated shades were synced/set up properly, + made sure we understood how to use the app. All in all - highly recommend. We definitely made the right choice + this project has truly transformed our space. We couldn't be happier + if/when we are ready to tackle another project, we will be reaching out to Rebecca + team. Thank you!

Update: The assistant manager, Vance, reached out to me and asked what happened with my experience…read moreand if I would come in to give him a chance to assist. He was extremely helpful and we ended up purchasing a back door from him. Vance also took the time to discuss the process Tri-Supply uses to produce/order doors. Because they do construction in-house, it makes getting your a door a month shorter than if you purchase through Lowe's. We do plan to use Tri-Supply if we purchase a front door as well.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

After a very unfortunate kitchen mishap,…read morea large platter fell off the top of my refrigerator and completely broke the front face of one of my drawers. I was honestly expecting a complicated and expensive fix, but they made the entire process incredibly easy. Their team was responsive, professional, and moved quickly to repair the cabinet. Not only did they fix the damage beautifully, but they also went above and beyond by building me a brand new replacement drawer just in case anything happens again. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care really stood out. The craftsmanship is excellent, everything looks as good as new, and you would never know there was ever any damage. It's clear they take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend Austin Cabinets Direct if you're looking for quality work and people who genuinely care about their customers!

The only reason I did not choose them was because the 4 week lead time would not fit my schedule. They even tried calling the manufacturer to see about expediting, but they couldn't. Still, if I need cabinets for a future remodel, I'll definitely check with ADC again, this time keeping in mind the lead time for custom cabinets.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my account. I had been a customer for…read morealmost a year and was enrolled in auto-pay. Unfortunately, I forgot to update the card on file, which caused my payment to fail. However, at no point did anyone call, email, text, or otherwise notify me that my account was past due. What makes this situation even worse is that I called to schedule a service appointment for my dryer. Nobody mentioned a past-due balance. Nobody said, "We can't service the appliance because of your account status." Instead, they sent someone out, and the technician took the washer and dryer without any warning. It felt like the goal all along was to repossess the appliances rather than give me a fair opportunity to correct the billing issue. If I had known there was a balance due, I would have paid it immediately. Why would I call for a service appointment if I knew my account was delinquent? The lack of communication was unacceptable and felt incredibly deceptive. To make matters worse, the woman I spoke with afterward was incredibly rude. She told me I couldn't speak with anyone else because she was "the only one there." She made dismissive comments such as, "We don't send emails for balances," and even suggested that if they had warned me ahead of time, I would have locked my doors to prevent them from taking the appliances. I found that comment insulting and completely unprofessional. She then put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes, only for me to call back and speak with another employee who was much kinder and more helpful. While they eventually agreed to remove some fees, the damage was already done. After this experience, I chose to pay more and rent from a different company because I refuse to continue giving my money to a business that operates this way. Customer service, communication, and transparency matter, and this company failed on all three. I would not recommend them to anyone.
