Tractor supply does not warranty batteries, you can't bring a 3 month old bad Traveler brand back to the store, like at every other auto supply store. You have to take it to Interstate battery 49 miles from home. The employees at the liberty hill store range from unhelpful to cranky. read more

I actually really like this tractor supply it's one of the three that I like the most... they always have a really good selection and the store is really clean! Workers are always really nice especially the ladies that work there! I think there was only one time whenever we had an employee be not so nice and it was some young guy who was probably just having a bad day. Store is fully stocked. Huge parking lot level areas so your car doesn't takeoff. Lots of people working here so it's easy to find someone to help you. Within five minutes of walking in the doors I had six people asked me if I needed anything. read more

Was there on 4/16 at the Liberty Hill location. My power washer hose blew up and they had a replacement and it was on sale. Ended up getting a couple of other items. Service was great. Too bad other folks have had issues supposedly. I've been there several times and never a bad experience yet. read more

If you want a horrible experience buy from Tractor Supply. I ordered a Bad Boy on July 20th that stated in stock pick up today. Spent $4k + only to get a call in the am from them stating their inventory is wrong and they canceled the order. The Leander Tx location then said I could reorder. I go back online on July 21 and order again. I get an email from them stating they have a DC transfer set for 7-25. I go rent a trailer to go pick up my new zero turn only to find out that it was not there. I then think no worries I will just wait a couple of days for them to get it. I start calling the location every couple of days and get no answer on when. The manager has me call the customer care after a week and they state they do not know when. They push me back to the location for more details. This goes on until 8/5 I get a text from my ccard company at 3:48am notifying me that another $4k charge has been put on my card. My assumption is ok maybe they have shipped it and the authorization is now a finalized sale. Go up to the location today. The nice manager gets on the phone with both distribution centers. After 30 mins she tells me they only have 9 on the ground and have 237 back orders... with me not being in the first 9 left. The entire reason i selected Tractor Supply was around them having the item. So I have wasted a couple of weeks with them lying all while they took my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are dishonest in how they do business. read more

Don't trust them. Experience a on line transaction. Went into Warrenton oregon store to purchase a stoves on line and ran our credit card. ( BANK SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR CARD A ZERO BALANCE) so they bought 2 credit cards 1 for $2000 & 568 and some change Then they charged our credit card+. After waiting weeks for product we canceled order. Never saw stove. Never made it to store. Was in Clackamas oregon for 10 days with no arrival date. So now after 3 weeks they will not return our money. 2 calls to manager and 4 calls to to consumers NOTHING. ZIP. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK MONEY. no stove and they have our money. Bank can't figure it out why they used credit cards when nothing wrong with our card. Buyer beware. Nobody to help when this happens. So they are a fraud read more

These are really nice folks here, don't get me wrong. But most of them are women, and few know anything about tractors and ranches. So if you want help with products, you either wait for the manager or you're out of luck. You can tell that the employees are scared to death that they might forget to welcome you. The customer survey focuses on that. The employees are clearly under pressure to be polite. it must be hard for them, given no training in the field of tractor supply and ranching, which really takes years to master. Tractor Supply is just another huge icky corporation, behind the nice local workers. I'd bet dollars to donuts that they don't pay their employees very well, so they can't attract and retain seasoned employees with experience in the field of tractor supply and ranching. Maybe they should change their name to Inexperienced Nice Employees Trying Hard Despite Poor Pay Supply. Forget calling the TSC corporate hotline for help. The Marquis de Sade himself could not design a more cruel voicemail tree. You're forced to listen to all the same recorded crap over and over before you get the option to reach a live human. If you accidentally push the wrong button, you start over and listen to it all again. Find a good local country store if you can and go there instead. Every small town in the country has a feed store. Go there. Support local businesses, not huge SJW corporations run by bankers. read more

I recently made a rather large purchase which included that included some chick starter that was 6 months expired..We live 20 miles from this store yet had to return it the next morning because my chicks needed food..Needless to say we were offered NOTHING for our inconvenience..not even a discount on the new purchase..I called Tractor Supply Corporate and the lady I spoke to was completely indifferent and basically let me know that there is no policy on this sort of thing..In truth..she was cold and unconcerned that no effort was made to make amends..Needless to say..From now on I will shop across the street at Winkleys! read more

I don't know how this TSC gets 5 stars ... The service, here, has degraded so much over the past year, that I've begun shopping at the TSC in Leander and, then, resorted to Winkley's or driving to Bertram Hardware in a pinch. And, sometimes, it's worth the drive to Burnet -- and Hoover's. At least these folks seem to appreciate my repeat business, let alone just my business, period. There are three young ladies -- Kandle, Katie and Chelsea -- at this TSC that really seem to care. They're always upbeat, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. But, the positive experiences really do end, here, and the rest of the store is not much different than what I've come to expect from this new generation of retail -- and management. I mean, I really cannot bear to walk into this store anymore. Sad. :( read more
