This is the best pet supply store ever! They are extremely helpful and someone there almost always asks if I need help finding something, which I do appreciate. And during the pandemic, it's been so nice to order for their convenient Curbside pickup, especially since I cannot lift heavy dog food and cat litter bags after shoulder surgeries. This store is amazing with knowledgeable staff, THEY PRICE MATCH ONLINE AND LOCAL so I don't want to see people bitching about prices. They do not sell feeder mice, only pet mice. Which is okay because you should probably find a personal breeder yourself or go to Austin. Feeding live is also dangerous to your snake so people who read this good luck They go above and beyond in all expectations. And do everything they physically can to meet the needs of neighbors. Absolutely love this pet store! Tina, the manager, went above and beyond trying to order my boys dog food just so they could keep some in stock for me and even though it didn't work out, she tried for several weeks to make it happen. They do price matching, which saves me having to order online and/or make a long drive. I usually buy my dogs "wet" food (canned or tubs) by the case so I don't have to make multiple trips in a month. On one occasion when I got around to opening a case I had bought, all the tubs had broken seals (possibly from the case being dropped) and even though it had been 3-4 weeks since I purchased, they exchanged it for a new case without any fuss or hassle. Everyone who works here is extremely helpful. I get awesome advice about my freshwater tank and suggestions about which fish will live harmoniously together with my existing community. Love the staff and very helpful. When I was starting all over with my 55 gallon aquarium after not have one for 15 years they were very helpful when my tank went from a healthy tank to a ick tank and lost almost all my fish. They even offered to replace them since I had lost them in less then a week. But I declined since I needed to get my tank under control. Never had this issue in the past and couldn't understand what had caused it. They told me they were stressed from to many fish at one time and my PH was probably to high. Went home and tested it and that was the problem. They told me everything I needed to do to clear it up and now I have a healthy tank and happy fish. I also get my Iams dog food there because they are about $10.00 cheaper than Wal-Mart. Thank You Staff for all your help read more

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Alexandria was very rude and disrespectful to me. Ask about an item on sale and was treated horribly by her. I refuse to use this store again. This place doesn't even deserve one star with people like that working there. Will drive to Cedar Park or Georgetown for future pet items. Very disappointed with this store. read more

ask for eye cleaner for my dog and was told they did not sell any and that i need to take dog to vet. but for 35.00 they do have some on the self. ask for amoxcil for fish was lied to again and told i had to go to vet for it too .. even thru my boss bought some only two weeks earlier. and you can order it online. not sure why they decide by looking at me that they did not want to sell me anything but i will never go back...i did buy the eye cleaner for dog and it worked... so shame on them. read more
