K911 was a lifesaver for me. I worked with Triztan and he helped me and reactive pitbull, Smokey. Smokey did not do well with other dogs or people and would even lunge at cars. Now he can walk comfortably on a lease and is just focused on sniffing his environment. He also jumps into people's laps and begs for pets and treats! Tristan was so knowledgeable and flexible with us! He and Smokey are best friends now!

We can't say enough amazing things about Logan! When we first reached out we were heartbroken thinking we might have to rehome one of our dogs due to severe and frequent fighting. It was an incredibly stressful time for our family but after 15 sessions with Logan we now have peace in our home and we know for sure that we can keep our family together. Our kids are overjoyed and honestly Logan already feels like part of the family! My six-year-old always asks " when is Logan coming back over? " ! We Are Forever grateful for the support we have recieved from Logan, Jonas, and Taylor while on this journey! Thanks K911!

We did something mildly insane and got a very high-energy puppy while our human baby was seven months old. Our vizsla, Indy, quickly became a member of our family but our home became pure and miserable chaos. Triztan totally turned around our dynamic and now we have peace and are really enjoying our wonderful puppy. Triztan educated us on what Indy truly needs from his environment and gave us the tools to make it happen. He even included our five year-old in the training. Would highly recommend K911!

We worked with Triztan at K911 to help our corgi Thea walk like a proper lady on a leash and be less reactive to other dogs/cars in the neighborhood. Over the course of 2 months, Triztan became part of the family and essentially Thea's favorite person. Triztan was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we learned the proper protocol to better equip our dog to deal with the stressors around her. After working with Triztan, Thea's leash walking has improved so much and we've now started venturing out of our neighborhood into more dog-heavy areas since we have the tools to manage her reactivity. We can't thank Triztan enough for helping us and helping Thea be more confident and well adjusted.

We have had dogs our entire adult lives - all types of dogs. Many of them needed training, but either we were too lazy or could not afford it. But then my son adopted a Bassett/Beagle puppy, and several years later a mutt to keep him company . I would go to his house and watch them run the house, literally and figuratively. Barking, destroying, fighting, jumping...it was the worst. I wouldn't let my mother come meet the puppy, because I was afraid she would knock her down! Fast forward to this year, when my son is moving to Chicago for work and asks us to take the dogs for 6 months while he sells the house and gets settled. Our agreement was that we would but only if we used a trainer. Trystan did a couple of video sessions with us, then came to the house almost daily for 5 weeks. First week, instead of pulling us down the street, fighting, charging other walkers and causing so much stress, we had 2 dogs that walks loose leash, ignoring cars, walkers and cyclists and keeping their energy on us. It was incredible. Trystan trained us as much as he did the dogs. Both can place at home and restaurants and bars and go off leash with recall. Fast forward six months and we decided to keep the Bassett/Beagle, as he is not a city dog, but the mutt is happy and flourishing in Chicago. Here is a snippet from the dog walker's notes from the first week, "...She was having a great time. She moved along when I asked her too. We saw a couple dogs playing and she just walked past them. She was curious about people but she didn't jump up. She was very well behaved. She is the best dog I walk right now!" It isn't easy, but the time, effort and expense is so worth it! Trystan is really good at providing direction and standing firm regarding consistency, confidence and positive reinforcement.

Our 911! trainerTriztan, took a wild miniature schnauzer/poodle pup and a frustrated 78 year old retired nurse and turned them into a team, using kindness, training techniques, and the science of how the canine brain works.I have the closest relationship I've ever had with a dog. Thanks to K911! and Triztan for making our lives so much better!

I can't recommend Triztan enough! He trained my Bernedoodle puppy, and he would always bring the most joyful energy to both me and Georgie (my pup) while also having a wealth of knowledge on the art and science of dog training. He gave us both confidence and direction and dramatically improved my relationship with Georgie because he helped me understand her and her needs. It was an absolute joy to train with Triztan, and both Georgie and I will miss him and our sessions!

Page was incredible and I was happy that she was our trainer as well as our dog Penny. I believe she trained us as well as Penny and gave us the ability to continue training our dog. She was very patient with all of us and she definitely knows what she's doing. We are so thankful to have the tools to continue to work with our Penny! I can't speak about anything more than our experience, it was fantastic and we will always appreciate all that Page did for us. Page was very energetic and she had a lot of information (she talks fast so pay attention). Thanks to the people at K911 and especially Page. It was worth the investment!

    Winnie and Jonas bonded immediately.

I hired Jonas for 10 days of services for my reactive rescue Winnie. Let me give you a bit of background. Having Winnie in my life and home has been a roller coaster and one of the most challenging, and rewarding, journeys I've ever been on. There have been fights, major injuries, setbacks upon setbacks, and a lot of crying and wondering if I could help her and give her, and us all, the life I hoped to. After a year of trying to rehome Winnie and 4 years of working with several other trainers, I'm incredibly grateful and proud to share that Winnie, and I, had multiple successful days with exposure to strange dogs, after working with Jonas! We made huge strides in such a short period of time, especially given that Winnie and I had just celebrated our 4 year adoptaversary, a few weeks prior to working with Jonas. A little over a year after adopting and trying to rehome Winnie, she got horribly injured in a board and train situation and almost died, I jumped on a live Jonas was doing on Instagram and for some reason I knew he was the one to help me/us. I continued to work with other trainers, but we weren't making the strides I hoped for. I stuck with my gut and saved up and bit the bullet when I saw that Jonas was coming to Tucson. With all the ups and downs, on this journey, I was nervous and it showed. Jonas is patient, kind, encouraging, loving, brilliant, intuitive, hilarious, confident and knows exactly what he's doing! I never doubted him or his approach. Jonas has continued to support and help us as we continue on our journey and I'm now participating in his mentorship program. I've learned so much from him, his fellow Mentees and the other mentors in the program. If you are considering hiring Jonas, joining his mentorship or taking a workshop by him and his team, do it! Do not question it. You will not regret it and the support and knowledge you get is more than you can imagine. Our time with Jonas has changed mine and my dogs lives forever. I cannot begin to tell you what this experience means to me and what it's doing and going to do for our lives moving forward. Thank you is not enough. Forever grateful for you Jonas. Big love and slobbery kisses from us all to you big guy. THANK YOU! Jenn, Winnie and Kenzie Jenn Himmelstein Tucson, AZ

I highly recommend k911. Our dog Nala did a two week board and train with Kelly. She is a miracle worker. She asked for our wishlist and I was skeptical all of it could be achieved based on Nala's reactivity, We could not walk her outside without her lunging at other dogs Nala's behavior made it impossible to go places with her. Our beautiful girl couldn't do much and we needed help. Our veterinarian recommended K911 and we are so glad we committed to sending her off to training . I cannot thank them enough !!! She is able to go on long walks with no lunging or pulling and it's finally enjoyable to be out in our neighborhood without fear. She has learned place command and we have have friends over to our house and she is well behaved and sits on her spot. We even are taking Nala out to softball games with other dogs present and trips to Petsmart and rides on the car. She is a different dog and her anxiety is diminished with the tools provided by K911! If you are looking for the best training you can get for your dog ...don't hesitate and send them to K911. It has made such a difference for Nala and our family.

My reactive dog enjoying being out in public thanks to Page.

If you're hesitating about contacting K911, don't - please give them a call! My 70lb pit mix isn't what I would have call a particularly bad dog, but he is very reactive and strong. His pulling and aggression was so bad that for a solid year I was too frustrated to train him myself. From my first phone consultation with Taylor, I had a good feeling about this team. I described all of our goals and she was able to direct us to their at-home trainer Page. Taylor was upfront with the cost and gave no pressure either way which was appreciated. We agreed to meet with Page the same week, and her expertise was worth every single penny. Page knows so much about dog behavior and was able to explain how to handle his high prey drive in actual situations. We went to busy parks filled with my dog's triggers and she confidently led him (mostly me) through his over excitement. I work from home and wanted the hands-on training experience with my dog (versus board and train) and Page worked with us every day for 2 weeks. We went from avoiding my dog's triggers to him walking right next to me in busy stores, parks, and even at a restaurant patio! Page has completely changed my future activities with my dog and I can't wait to take him on adventures without worries, but most importantly, with the right tools and mindset in case he does get overwhelmed. Would absolutely recommend K911 to anyone struggling with their pup.

Transformative Online Training, Truly Beyond Words!…read more We are so grateful for Allegra and her incredible online training program. We took in two stray dogs who were wild, anxious, and completely untrusting. We weren't sure where to begin and it was chaotic for us, until we found her. Through her online courses and virtual sessions, she helped guide us step by step with patience, wisdom, and a technique that honestly goes beyond words. Even though we never met in person, her presence and deep understanding of animal behavior came through in every interaction. With her support, our dogs have started to trust us, calm down, and settle into their new life. The change has been remarkable. It feels like a miracle to see them open up and begin to feel safe and loved. If you're dealing with fearful or reactive dogs, do not hesitate to work with Allegra. Her approach is compassionate, intuitive, and truly life-changing. Thank you, Allegra, so much!!

A focus on "dog culture" vs "human culture," reading dogs' body language, effectively communicating…read morewith dogs, and shifting the energy between you and your dog gives the Naked Dog's programs a "dog whispering" feel. It's much more wide ranging than training that's only focused on commands like sit/stay/down/etc (though you can work on all of those with the Naked Dog's programs too). Before we signed up for the group training series, I was at my wit's end with our recently adopted dog. He had a lot of behavioral issues, ranging from chewing things in the house, overall excitability, constant attempts to eat pecans and, worse, trash on walks (and often succeeding despite our best efforts & requiring steady doses of probiotics and even a vet visit to induce vomiting), and lunging on leash at dogs and passing vehicles. We also noticed that when we took him to the dog park, he'd play really rambunctiously and generally go 0-60, including running and body checking other dogs (not the best strategy for harmonious playing). The great part about this series is that it's three in-person sessions (we added a fourth for some additional coaching) and the rest is a series of online lessons. This made it easy for us to work through at our own pace. In the online portion, the end of every lesson included video homework that we'd send in and get feedback from one of the Naked Dog trainers -- this was great because it captured us applying these skills in a total real world setting, without the presence of a trainer to coach us or influence our dog to be on his best behavior. Fast forward a couple months, and now we feel confident that we can handle any situation with our dog, including taking him to busy and distracting environments and responding to misbehavior. He's mellowed out so much -- he isn't perfect, but it feels like we've reached an understanding. He went from my problem child to my sidekick. He can walk in a heel, he comes when called, and will wait at the door before we say he can come in. It feels like he's looking to us as leaders and that he's truly settled in as part of our family. We followed the Naked Dog's recommendations for introducing dogs for the first time when we took him over to a friend's house to meet their dogs, and they remarked on what a good dog he is, and that he's better behaved than other dogs they've petsitted, so now we have a worry-free petsitting option. I also now take him by our neighborhood park on walks and let him meet other dogs, which used to be a wild activity full of leash pulling and jumping. The Naked Dog taught us what to look for in reading dogs' behavior so that we can spot polite vs rude behavior and manage their interactions before they start getting too wild, which is a truly priceless part of this training seminar.
