They kindly answered all of my painting questions with patience and also with great information. I also asked two of them to assist me with paint colors and tones and again received carefully thought out answers which helped me greatly. My house projects turned out exquisitely. I see that some people come into the store and think it is a place where they can be helped immediately. Finding the right paint sheen, color, quality and tone, etc., takes time in order to do a good job, plus many homeowners need to be refreshed with basic and moderate levels of paint guidance. So when you are the one getting their great information after asking question after question, do not write in here that they don't care about people waiting in line. If you go to a paint store, you will wait in line-it's not a place where you go in and say, give me a pack of cigarettes and leave pronto.
