We actually had more problems since having their service, more spiders than we have ever seen even after their extra service. Also mice problems during the winter. They claim "Guarantees" but there is no money back guarantee, if you try to cancel service they charge you an enormous fee and deny any money back guarantee . I can do Pest Control better myself with a trip to home depot. read more

I just signed up for a 12 month contract with Proof. I had my first service performed yesterday and it was done satisfactorily. The technician D'Andre knew what he was doing and gave me a thorough rundown in writing after services were complete. Proof charges monthly for quarterly services. I don't think people leaving negative reviews understand how pest control works. If the products are doing what they should then monthly services shouldn't be necessary. That's standard practice anywhere. I also feel like they charge a fair price considering they'll come out to treat issues until they are resolved and it's included in the price. read more

Pricing for service is high and when you want to cancel they inform you that you received a "discount" that needs to be refunded. So you are basically locked in for unsatisfactory service until the year is up. I won't ever use another pest company that locks you into a year of high price and nothing extraordinary. Halo Pest is the Company to use no contracts to lock you in and they are a great pest company. Let your standard of work keep your customers coming back not contracts that they make ot unreasonable to cancel, should have known when there's a contract to lock you in beware. read more

Michelle, a service representative, came to my door and helped me get set up with Proof. She thoroughly explained what Proof is and what they stand for. I had been looking for a pest control company and I liked their competitive pricing and how the product is organic and safe for my dog. The following day, David (technician), came out for an initial spray. He was very detailed and broke everything down for me. He let me know that I can contact him if we needed anything else. Have had them visit I don't know how many times already and we're STILL having huge issues with sugar ants and seeing mice from the extermination they were supposed to carry out months ago. Any successful mice killings at this point have been because of traps and bait we have set out ourselves. Would love to cancel with them but unfortunately we signed the contract and paying an additional cancellation fee for their failures is out of the question. Call literally anyone else. read more

$660 a year to treat for ants and remove a few wasp nests and they did put down 1 rodent trap. They charge you 55 bucks a month and come out every three months and the problem I have is they're coming out over winter when there's nothing going on so I'm paying an extra $275 for nothing, I was told that it helps keep them away because they build up a barrier by coming every quarter but I don't buy that and I wont in the future. My recommendation is to make the agreement for the months that you wish to have them service your property from the spring to the fall and discontinue for the five months during winter just like you would normally do with your gardener. That to me makes more sense and would save you $275.00. They need to do the right thing and take care of people rather than take advantage of them. read more

Their Studious Employee Shows Up 3 Hours Late - Doesn't Have A Clue What Or Where To Spray His Liquid {Which Smelt Like Candy} ; I Had To Show Him Where & How To Spray The Stuff - He Did NOT Spray The Retaining Wall except at the Base and did Not Put Anything Down to Repel ANYTHING !! They Spent 4 Weeks , While I Was On Vacation Continuously Hounding Me With EMAILS & TEXT MESSAGES ! I contacted a few different pest control companies looking for regular service. We have tons of spiders and beetles at our house as well as mice on occasion. I wanted a more natural product that worked because I have small children. I found Proof through Instagram and got in touch. I was very impressed with their price. And I had them come out for an initial spray. They were very detailed and broke everything down for me that was done. They also let know to contact them if I had more issues. About a month after the initial spray, we started tearing out a deck in the backyard only to see an increase in beetles and spiders and a few dead mice. Kevin came out and refilled the bait for the mice and sprayed some more. He also was the one who came out initially. They were so responsive. Sometimes companies say they'll come out again but then it's impossible to get them to. I would definitely recommend proof! read more

Proof pest is a JOKE. Firstly, the came ringing my doorbell, after I finally gave in they failed to mention the contract your signing is a 12 month agreement and a cancelation fee of $245. They changed the amount they were charging me several times. After charging me for 2 months they finally showed up and asked me what I needed. How bout your job?! The phone number is wrong on their website so I had to search my voicemails just to contact them. Canceled my service a week ago. Then woke up today to them charging me AGAIN. I was charged 3 times and received one service. Canceled them and will never ever refer these crooks again. They go around cold calling with high pressure tactics to get you to sign a 12 month contract so you can cancel their service and charge you $245 F*** this place. read more
