6/4/26 musta caught these guys on a really bad night! My 50 year old son was visiting from out of town and we decided to order a pizza. My son asked if they could combine their all meat pizza with their all veggie pizza, same size. They said OK but then when the pizza arrived it was $50.00!!! My son called restaurant and said "no way that was a $50.00 pizza and asked for a price adjustment! The guy on the other end got really vulger... called my son a moron and a retard!! No reason for that and it really spoiled our family night!! I have been a regular customer of this pizza shop down through the years and have often recommended them to local friends and neighbors! I called in my order to Nolan yesterday, for pickup. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. When I got there to pick it up, two other employees smiled and waved at me while still working on orders fast and furiously. One was a delivery driver we have had several times. The atmosphere was busy, the food smelled great, Nolan offered to help carry my order out to my car, and THEN when I got home, I realized how truly good the food is at Pronto. I wasn't in the mood for pizza again, so ordered wings, salad and cheesy bread. It was all delicious and just right temperature. Wow. Came in with my daughter and we had a large order to place. First, the hygiene is very questionable. The guy making pizza was yelling. We later learned he was the owner... we proceeded with our order and asked how long it would take and he said 40 minutes. We said ...copy that Captain. And he immediately aggressively approached us and said get the F&$k out. I'm busy. I don't have time for you. First, the owner seems to have no respect for women. As i tried to explain myself , he continued to tell me to go and fuck myself. This place doesn't seem to foster a safe or clean environment. So we headed over to SLICE OF HEAVEN, which is proof everything happens for a reason. This will be our go to. Hope the owner at pronto can get some help. read more

This place has been awesome with orders and delivery. But tonight they took my order and payment. Had an Employee show to my home 30 minutes later to ask if I can call back and confirm my order!!!??? So my order wasn't made, or delivery in that time .. now have to wait an extra hour to receive my order. I asked if they could make things right and make it to a xl from a L they said no. Ordered this pizza on a Monday night thinking they had a good deal. I've had the pizza before and it was okay, just about what you'd expect from a small town pizza shop. I have a friend who has been a repeat customer with little to no complaints, so we went to order again. After our order was placed we waited well over the delivery time (1.5 hours) was met with an extremely rude response when we followed up on why. The response was pretty much: "We were busy, do you want the pizza or not?" Then, the management (including the owner) refused to make amends or even give a reasonable response of why they couldn't fulfill the order on time. After that kind of treatment I didn't want to spend the $30. I personally hate to not support a small business or see one be as unsuccessful as Pronto. But if they can't meet a small customer complaint with an ounce of decency, I don't see why they deserve a better standing than a Dominos or Pizza Hut‍. ‍ If you want a peek into how unprofessional this owner is, check into some of his responses to customer complaints on here. This is one loosely run business. They took our order and after an hour and a half when it did arrive I called to see that everything was still good. The same person who took my ordered from informed me there was a $30.00 minimum delivery charge. That would be the kind of information they might lead with. Now I have a hangrey kid on my hands and no food. I offer to pay the $30 for the pizza and was rebuffed. I was told that would not be right. What is not right is was they did to us. Called in and the employee was very nice on the phone. I asked for their specials and ordered 3 specials. It was easy and quick. Went in to pick them up but I knew I was early. I paid and was told 6 more minutes which I expected. While waiting the phone rang and once again she was very pleasant on the phone. The owner who is about 35-40 years old badgers and yells at the young staff who is obviously over his sh*t. He thinks he can yell at the kids because they are in High School. I live in the Rancho's in the same neighborhood as Pronto, we order from this business at least once a week for the last few years. We usually order the same thing two calzones and a 14 piece chicken wing, plain with bbq sauce on the side. We ordered a few days ago and the wings were overcooked, this rarely happens but it did, no prob we called the lady says no worries next order they will take care of it. that is fine ....done great customer service. I went to place an order tonight...like 3 days later and the owner says we have a note with your name on it but I will have to look up your order just to check. Okay no problem here is my number look it up call me back so that i can place an order, and you guys can replace the wings. He calls me back and says i verified the order and I have owned this place for 10 years and we usually replace the order the same night, i explained that is not what the lady said, and you have a note with my name, and you have also verified my order, so we should be good. He continues to say well do you want your wings under cooked? I say No i do not, I want them cooked regular, i continued to say we order from you guys once a week, the same order just this time they were too overdone, he interrupts me and says well i am just going to have the delivery driver bring your money back, I say sir I was going to place another order, he says no I wont take it, i say okay well thank you and have a nice evening. You see this is terrible customer service, we will not be ordering from here anymore for the simple fact he was so very rude, and this was unnecessary. Woah. Had the worst encounter with the owner here. Walked in to place a large order and with my mom. We were in no rush and politely asked estimated time because we were going to the bar around the corner. We were aggressively approached by the owner and he said 40 minutes I'm busy!!! We were trying to be positive as he seemed upset, and said copy that captian, no worries!!! He got so angry and out of no where screamed at us to get the hell out. He's too busy and won't be serving us. My mom proceeded to tell him to wash his hands as the cleanliness of this place was questionable and he told her to go F herself and called her a crazy woman. I have never seen anything like this as it was clear this man did not like women - at all. I'm concerned for the mental health of this owner and the environment he's created for younger youth working for him. We took our business to a slice of heaven, and the service was amazing and the pizza was THE BEST. WAY BETTER than pronto, so this was a blessing in disguise. She tried calling back to speak with the manager but she was consistently hung up on by different employees . We had delivery to the Holiday Inn Express in Minden, took about 45 minutes. The we got the meat pizza - really heavy toppings but the pizza and crust was well cooked, nice and firm not soggy. We also had the salad which was okay (they kinda overdid it with the really strong raw onions) but definitely a substantial serving. Would def. order from them again but ask them to hold the onions on the salad. read more

Hadn't ordered from them for some time...tonight we ordered two calzones --- will never do this again! There was an over abundance of cheese -ricotta and mozzarella---and little of anything else! Think I counted about seven small pieces of sausage and the same amount of mushrooms--- and big hunks of red onion that still had the skin on! My husband found about the same minimal amounts in his --- he found a total of about five or six pieces of meat, and those same hunks of red onion. If there was a minus rating I would have awarded that...the only reason Prontos gets one star is because the crust was pretty good...big disappointment that's for sure read more

Tonight was my family's first time trying Pronto Pizza and as far as the pizza goes it was pretty good. It did however take them about an hour to deliver it to us and when we did get the pizza it was a bit cold but otherwise good. The guy who delivered to was was very polite and friendly which I appreciate. Great pie's at a good price. Three pizzas were half to two thirds the price of Roundtable. Some of the best pizza in the area. Only drawback is location. Navigating the Ranchos if you don't live out that way is not a big deal but out of our way. read more

Great pizza; great service. My wife and I stopped by and ordered a x-large veggie, which was delicious. The crust was perfect, and the ingredients are quality. We ordered in the store, and our wait time was only 15 minutes, which was well worth it. This was my first time ordering from Pronto, but definitely won't be my last. I prefer to spend my money at local small businesses vs. corporate chains, as you never get the same kind of quality. I don't even live in the Ranchos, but will always make the short drive to Pronto. On a side note: One of the main reasons i decided to try Pronto, was the way the owner replied to some of the nitpicking in the reviews on here. I had to see if his product stood up to his claims, and it did. I also have to give respect to an employer who stands behind his employees, and doesn't blindly kiss everyone's rear end, just because they are a customer. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Been eating there for years. Always had a great experience until tonight. I received a cold pizza with practically no pizza sauce. I asked for extra sauce and after the second piece I was like "WTF?" So I called and spoke to the girl who took my order and I told her what was wrong so she put me on hold 3 times and after the third conversation she said she misunderstood me because I said light pepperoni and put light pizza sauce on it as well and I specifically asked for extra sauce. She admitted it was her fault! So she offered to send me some cups of pizza sauce to fix the problem. No Blue Cheese or Ranch for the salad that I requested either.
