Since the review written days after the Flat Earth to Fox & Fire transition we have picked up pizza on two occasions. Sadly, the crust issue persists. While you see them rolling out dough the crust somehow takes on the texture of a cheap frozen pizza. The flavor is just OK. NY pizza has a crust that is tasty and fairly fresh even on day two. Only open for a couple weeks. 4 for dinner. We seated ourselves. We ordered food in advance and it was ready on time. That ends the good news. I ordered the BBQ wings. They were inedible. Either the smoking or cooking caused the skin on the wings to be like shoe leather in toughness. They promptly refunded the charge for them. Obviously they don't taste their food prior to putting an item on the menu. The meat lovers pizza had lots of good toppings but the crust was soggy and could not support them. Some of the best pizza we've had in a while! Really delicious. It's inexplicable to me that they do nothing to improve the atmosphere. The decor is cheap and shabby. The table we sat at was so wobbly that we had to change seats for fear of spilling our drinks. (They have wine and beer, btw.) Cold crust, uneven bake, and a texture that shattered instead of folded made the whole thing tough to eat. I ordered 5-10-26 on DoorDash. The Calzone was burnt on the bottom so I had to throw the whole bottom part in the trash. What I could eat tasted ok. There was hardly any traces of chicken in it. I cant review the salad because they didn't even bother to include a fork & I have no utensils in my hotel room. Pretty disappointing experience. read more

We ordered a 18 inch pizza with Italian sausage, roasted peppers and onions for pick up. To say that it was crisp would be an understatement. Most of the crust beyond halfway around was totally burnt black and hard. If our pizza was cooked regular and not trying to make it too crisp, which I did not ask for, it would've been five stars. I wish they'd serve it in a bigger bowl with more dressing, but it wasn't a big deal--we managed just fine. Next time, I'll skip the wings. The flavor was there, but the quality of the wings seemed off to me. They recooked them, and when we still weren't happy, they generously gave us another pizza. I ordered a chicken florentine calzone and there was no spinach and very little chicken. In addition, there was so much mozzarella cheese that it overpowered what little meat there was. This is the best pizza I've had! What makes it so good, is that it is heated in a BRICK OVEN, not a conventional oven. And because of this, the pizza is heated fast! I ordered online just for myself because nobody else wanted to eat. So I decided on an 8 inch Cheesy garlic bread and smoked wings with a drink. The crust on the garlic bread was amazing, and the whole thing was so cheesy!!! It really hit the spot on what I was craving. The wings were super smoky, delicious and definitely had a kick! They were a bit spicy! But I seriously loved them. The next time I'm in town I definitely want to try a pizza, and I am 100% getting those wings again!!! read more

This has been my go to place for pizza. I still love their pizza but I have noticed over the past year or two that it is just so greasy. So much so that having left overs the next day is pretty much out of the question because when you reheat it the grease overwhelms the bread and it's just not doable. A friend told me about this place in Carson so we stopped to check it out. We ordered their cheese garlic bread and boneless wings. Their pizza oven is very impressive and their crust is thinner and chewy. It comes out of the oven with a perfectly done slight char on the bottom. For the cheese bread I will order with garlics added next time. It was super cheesy! The boneless wings had too much breading for our liking.
