Only open for a couple weeks. 4 for dinner. We seated ourselves. We ordered food in advance and it was ready on time. That ends the good news. I ordered the BBQ wings. They were inedible. Either the smoking or cooking caused the skin on the wings to be like shoe leather in toughness. They promptly refunded the charge for them. Obviously they don't taste their food prior to putting an item on the menu. The meat lovers pizza had lots of good toppings but the crust was soggy and could not support them. They only offer NY style crust. It is thicker than you would expect. The crust on our takeout pie seemed stale. Granted, we did the standard toaster oven reheat. By the time it cooled the edge would snap / break. Never experienced that in any pizza anywhere. The sauce was heavy on the garlic. My wife said it was too strong. It had some good flavor overall. Toppings were very good: half sausage & half Hawaiian. We will try again and learn if their start- up week end created dough/ crust issues. Hoping they round into form and succeed. read more

Some of the best pizza we've had in a while! Really delicious. It's inexplicable to me that they do nothing to improve the atmosphere. The decor is cheap and shabby. The table we sat at was so wobbly that we had to change seats for fear of spilling our drinks. (They have wine and beer, btw.) I know it's just a strip mall storefront, but a few simple changes could radically improve the experience. Still, the pizza is outstanding! read more

The pizza was exceptional! Perfect proportions of toppings and the veggies were diced, which is the best way. The crust and sauce were amazing. The ambience of the place is dreary though, it would be nice to add booths and more cozy tables. The service was friendly and genuine, everyone there seemed like nice people. This is the best pizza I've had! What makes it so good, is that it is heated in a BRICK OVEN, not a conventional oven. And because of this, the pizza is heated fast! Joe who runs the place, was very friendly and so was his staff. The atmosphere was clean and spacious. I would give it six stars if I could! I will definitely go back! read more

I ordered 5-10-26 on DoorDash. The Calzone was burnt on the bottom so I had to throw the whole bottom part in the trash. What I could eat tasted ok. There was hardly any traces of chicken in it. I cant review the salad because they didn't even bother to include a fork & I have no utensils in my hotel room. Pretty disappointing experience. read more

We never order to-go here because we want our pizza hot and fresh right out of the oven. The crust is amazing, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are generous. The Beer Bread is hands down my favorite. Honestly, I could eat that instead of pizza all day long. I was a bit bummed when they took eggplant off the topping list since it was my go-to, but I'll survive. It was busy when we went in, so service was a little slow, but the pizza was absolutely worth the wait. We ordered the family meal--4 drinks, salad, wings, pizza, and Beer Bread. The salad was a good size, but there wasn't enough dressing, and since it was served on the side in a small bowl, tossing it for the family got a bit messy. I wish they'd serve it in a bigger bowl with more dressing, but it wasn't a big deal--we managed just fine. Next time, I'll skip the wings. The flavor was there, but the quality of the wings seemed off to me. They recooked them, and when we still weren't happy, they generously gave us another pizza. No big deal--we come here for the pizza anyway. Overall--5 stars. The pizza is amazing, the salad fresh, and the service kind. Best pizza in town, hands down. Sadly, their pizza is BORING. The crust, sauce, and toppings are all in desperate need of herbs and seasonings. Crust burned on the edges, but near raw in the middle. Overpriced! I ordered a chicken florentine calzone and there was no spinach and very little chicken. In addition, there was so much mozzarella cheese that it overpowered what little meat there was. It was more like garlic cheese bread. This is normally my favorite thing to order. I wish there was more consistency with the food. read more

Christmas night my family and I found ourselves staying in a hotel in Carson City instead of leaving out for Elko, because everybody got sick but me. Christmas Eve night we had Chinese food together and so I was looking for something different, but knew my options would be limited. Insert Flat Earth Pizza here! I ordered online just for myself because nobody else wanted to eat. So I decided on an 8 inch Cheesy garlic bread and smoked wings with a drink. The crust on the garlic bread was amazing, and the whole thing was so cheesy!!! It really hit the spot on what I was craving. The wings were super smoky, delicious and definitely had a kick! They were a bit spicy! But I seriously loved them. The next time I'm in town I definitely want to try a pizza, and I am 100% getting those wings again!!! read more

This has been my go to place for pizza. I still love their pizza but I have noticed over the past year or two that it is just so greasy. So much so that having left overs the next day is pretty much out of the question because when you reheat it the grease overwhelms the bread and it's just not doable. I went to Flat Earth pizza a month ago and it was delicious.. Tonight I ordered the same pizza and had it delivered. It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten!! Mind you I dropped over $100 dollars!! The cheese pizza had barely any cheese, truthfully, I had to add my own cheese and reheat it.The dough and crust were hard and seemed stale. A friend told me about this place in Carson so we stopped to check it out. We ordered their cheese garlic bread and boneless wings. Their pizza oven is very impressive and their crust is thinner and chewy. It comes out of the oven with a perfectly done slight char on the bottom. For the cheese bread I will order with garlics added next time. It was super cheesy! The boneless wings had too much breading for our liking. They don't start out order til we showed up and we even showed up 20'minutes after the app said it was ready. What a waste of time and then money. When you order through their website, they'll give you a pick up time. As other reviews have stated, this is NOT pick up time, but the time the start the pizza. They'll tell you it's going into the oven now. They'll tell you another 15 mins, and another 5 after that, and another 5 after that, and claim they were busy. They might be, I don't know, as one gentlemen cooks all the pizza and two other employees hover, standing by only to explain to guests their pizza isn't ready. They serve the most amazing pizza with so many different options. We got the Great Bambino pizza and a XL was big enough for 3 of us with plenty of leftovers! Despite the sign on the door, there is no happy hour. Ordered a Tuscany salad that is supposed to come with toasted pecans and crumbled blue cheese and strawberry dressing - got pecans bits (that would usually be used for baking) that were not toasted and they did not have crumbled blue cheese so they gave me blue cheese dressing and told me to combine the two dressings together, dressing was just a regular balsamic without any a strawberry essence. read more
