Best Domino's I've ever had. Pizza was so hot I needed 2 plates. Loaded with toppings, crust was crispy, lots of sauce. The wings were cooked well and spicy. Garlic knots were really good too. Timer said 50 minutes, we got it in 20. Andrew, we tried to give you words of encouragement but the app only let us use pre-filled responses. Domino's used to be really good but they have gone way downhill lately. They very seldom give me the extra cheese I always order, usually just the average amount. But Tonight I ordered a pan pizza, pepperoni and extra cheese. They FINALLY gave me extra cheese, and they pepperoni was plentiful......but the pizza dough was nearly raw. I had to eat the cheese and pepperoni with the crust as i couldn't eat the rest of the pizza Very disappointing. Will be a while before I go back. read more

I was staying out in Minden for a family reunion and was craving some pizza for a late night dinner, this was pretty much one of the only places still open for me to eat. I ordered a medium pizza with garlic crust and my toppings were pineapple and mushroom, YES PINEAPPLE DOES GO ON PIZZA!My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I also ordered a pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread, which was also really good. Food was great, fresh, and hot out of the oven. Haven't been to Domino's pizza in a long time. I saw an online pizza deal for $10 I placed my order on the app and it was ready in 10 minutes. I went to pick it up and the employee that I dealt with "Troy" was very polite. The pizza was very good. You can tell they took care in making it. Fresh and delicious. I'm usually really happy with my pizza, (value for the money, service, etc) but tonight I picked up my pizzas and the ONE time I don't check them, one was wrong. I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese and a pepperoni with green peppers. I received a pepperoni with green peppers and a cheese. The app doesn't allow for feedback and it's hard getting through on the phone.....so here's where I can vent. read more

Zero stars! This place is ridiculous. I ordered delivery via the app. Over an hour later still no pizza. I called to check the status they said it was delivered. Ok, but I'm here and I do not have any pizza. Turns out the delivery driver turns down our access road to the backyard and leaves it on a chair in front of a shed in the backyard. By the time I find it it's cold! I didn't leave instructions to deliver it to the backyard! The "manager" is rude AF, I asked if they could make it right have it re-delivered? NO. Maybe he could get me a coupon for our next order. Ummm, well can I run it back to you and get a refund? NO. His response, you can use your brain and microwave it or put it in the oven and hung up on me! Could not believe how rude he was. If you are staying at the CVI (Carson Valley Inn) it's a no brainer to order some Dominos Pizza. It's right next door, you can walk over in two minutes. The pizza was hot, fresh and the customer service is great. The store is very clean and the pizza was loaded with pepperonis. I can't help but laugh at the bad reviews. People have no idea how short life is and complain about the dumbest things. read more

Would you be upset if doorbell rings you answer the door your food boxes are on the dirty door mat? What if your neighborhood bear left a crap, you and two others step in it unknowingly walking over thevleafy lawn up the walkway onto door mat, stand there key in lock, into house, smelling, a ghastly pungent most foul odor! Now realizing you stepped in it, seriuosly stepped into it. Clean up takes long. Order pizza to upset to cook. You answer doorbell, pizza boxes are on the wiped off but not cleaned mat...call Chris the manager in a rage. Had dog, Bear, dear what ever crap not been on mat I am still upset I was not allowed the courtesy to get to the door and be handed the pizza boxes. Doorbell was not rung, cell wasn't called, only a simple knock which I was waiting for delivery, knew to expect it, no excuse for placing my expensive pizza boxes on the door mat!!! Half of my body will go into a paralysis caused by an extended amount of time with out oxygen and the chemicals that reached my brain. And I have chronic ptsd from the even that caused the above disabilities Anyhow my SERVICE DOG alerts me when my oxygen leaves are to low before I collapse or when my body is about to go into paralysis as well as helping me weight bare, and helps me preform tasks any able person would do. This evening, 12/13/21 I had a very long day and my levels were low so the only reason I was even able to go there and get pizza was thanks to my service dog. We ordered on line so we could hurry back home to bed and our pizza since I did not have energy to cook and feed myself. Nani is easy she has a raw diet. We arrived to the dominos pizza, and go inside to pick up our order. This man instantly starts on me about how my SERVICE DOG who is clearly marked and he addressed her as such, is not welcome. I am using her to stand and walk and due to my condition and am soft spoken and he turns down the music to hear me, and try to explain to him the rules behind service animals. I tell him I have a disability I tell him she alerts me for various reasons since I do not like to disclose to people in person what's wrong with me since then it leads to too many questions. I also told him she's currently working and helping me stand and she's the only reason I was even able to make it there. He disregarded everything I said, turned back up the music and made us wait outside in the rain in tonight's storm since she was not welcome inside, and I cannot function with out her. I spent $ 40 to get a pizza with a slice missing from it, 15 wings instead of 16 and a manager that wouldn't take responsibility. The person that was with me when the delivery showed up was disgusted. We couldn't eat the food knowing that someone else's hands were in it, taking their helping. Very happy they're open during the covid pandemic. The pizza is fresh. Fast delivery. They're app site is super easy and keeps you in the loop of your timeframe. The drivers actually read your special requests unlike some other delivery places. The prices are great for a large family. read more

Two staff members were rude, one did not communicate clearly why i needed to wait 20minutes on a pre-order, the other put my incomplete order on the table and walked away as i tried to talk to him. When i expressed my disappointment and frustration, one staff member used the f-word to ridicule me like a thug would. When I told him i would never be back, he just said fine - good, like a tough guy with no interest in customer service. I guess Domino's does not care how their staff treat people. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are all about. We've been living here about five months and have used this Domino's multiple times because of how cheap they're medium Pizza is on take out special. We've never had a problem. Our food has always been delicious and the blonde girl up front is adorable and super sweet. I absolutely love the digital display board showing the status of your Pizza. Everybody seems to always be working hard on a Saturday night like it is right now. A couple more employees to handle the Saturday night demands might be a good idea though. I'm so tired of their inconsistency. Their hot wings are amazing and usually the only thing we order from them. They are usually not hot when we get them, easy enough fix, just pop em in the oven. We always order extra sauce on the wings, they rarely get this part of our order right. This last time was the worst. My husband called to make sure they added extra sauce. They delivered and after setting everything up we opened up the box... NO SAUCE. He called them right away they said they would bring the right order, he stressed again, extra sauce! 30 min later the wings came, they had sauce, but way less than usual, peettt stinkin bland. My son has been ordering pizzas from this location every Friday night for almost 2-years. Last night he ordered delivery and wanted to pay for it with a $100 bill that his mom gave him. He typed in the special instructions on the order that he was paying with a $100 bill and that he wanted $80 back in change, which included a 20% tip for the driver. The delivery took almost 2- hours, and when the driver arrived she refused to give my son his change and said that we could call and speak to her manager Chris if we wanted. Every time I tried to call and speak to Chris, I was put on hold. Finally, out of pure frustration and not wanting my son to go empty handed, I just gave the delivery driver the $100 bill and took the pizza. I kept calling, and finally was able to speak to the manager, Chris, who was rude, unapologetic, and basically told me that I would have to drive down to come get my change if I wanted it. To top everything off, the pizza was not even what my son ordered. This was the worst dominos experience we've ever had, and Chris is the worst manager we've ever encountered. read more

My family & I had SUCH a rough day traveling home to California from Arizona, I mean ROUGH! Got stuck in awful weather, our trailer got busted up, so we had to stay in Minden for the night unexpectedly. We have 3 kids, we're all tired & cranky. We had to order dinner late, and this was basically the only place open. When we walked over from the hotel to pick our order up, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly delivery driver on his way out, then we were welcomed by the most incredibly friendly gentleman, I totally forgot his name, but he's tall, bald with a goatee. He instantly put a huge smile on me & my husband's faces, went out of his way to make this the most incredible experience!!! And, not only was he incredible, every single staff member (at least 3-4 people) we came in contact with was beyond friendly!! We agreed that we have NEVER had such incredible service at any Domino's, or pretty much any restaurant of any kind! So thank you to the whole staff for really boosting our mood on a very difficult day, it really means so much more than you know! I sure hope they see this! read more

I ordered 5 extra large pizzas at 11 am for a training class. These folks had them ready by 1125am for me and did a fantastic job of getting my pizzas, making sure I had cheese and peppers and my receipt for work. There were only two employees there at the time so I was surprised they helped me so quickly. The class enjoyed the pizzas. The food looked good and was tasty.
