I come in 1-2 times a month for the buffet. It is always fresh, delicious & hot! Tina does an amazing job there! Thank you!

Pros- - Busy but immediately greeted us when we walked through the door. - Appeared to be a local favorite. - All the staff were friendly and engaging. - When I mentioned the reviews of the 'basque chorizo', she immediately brought us some samples of it and their homemade gravy. As I said, super friendly! - Loved the signs and decor and café had a hometown diner feel to it. - Deli with some imported items from Spain items in it. Yes we took home some! In addition, their jellies from Oregon and their Carson City hot sauce. Yum! - Restaurant was accessible to individuals with disabilities. - We were told goodbye and to comeback by three staff on our way back. Cons- Honesty, I cannot think of one. What we ordered- We split the Basque Chorizo Con Huevos Normally I'm not a fan of this dish but my husband loves it. He says by far the best he's ever had. I say they have changed my mind on this dish and I would gladly order it again and again. Soooo good! Overall- This was a great experience from the minute we walked in the door until we left. They definitely deserve their high rating. read more

The order was never placed and food wasn't made. The person on the phone read it back correctly and then went to pick it up at the time i was told.. no food. Ordered at 8 and now at 9 no restaurants open. There's always a problem with getting what you ordered at the time they say to come pick up. read more

$50 for this and a large pizza with 2 hairs that I've found so far. Pizza Factory has gone insanely downhill. Go to round table or little Caesar's. At least there's a small amount of pride in how they cook their food Pizza factory is an absolute waste of money, and don't expect any courteous employees either read more

I went for the pizza and salad buffet. Two stars for the price because it's a big value but the pizza and salad bar quality are not good. The pizza dough tastes like they froze cardboard and then put pizza toppings on it. Probably wouldn't be back but if you're low on money and want to leave full it's the place for you. read more

this is the second time in the last 3 months i've ordered delivery from them. both times the food has taken an extra 45 minutes past the time said when i ordered to get to me. it's cold and soggy by the time it gets here. i attempt to call the place to ask and i get put on an immediate hold for over 20 minutes. never been able to get through to them read more

Went on for late lunch, Tina, Zack & Alehandro were very professional and helpful checking back to see that we were still happy and I'd we needed anything. Will go back. read more

I was dissatisfied & disappointed with our usual pie order. I've been craving their pizza for weeks because their crust is the best. The sauce is usually spread to the edge. A good inch if not more around the whole pie was devoid of sauce & toppings. The toppings were skimpy at best. And it was burnt in areas. The crust was still good though & certainly didn't stop us from eating it. read more

The team at Pizza Factory Carson went above and beyond to help accommodate a to go pizza party order with very little notice. They were kind, efficient, and got it done with a smile. Thank you so much Carter and Sativa! You are amazing! read more

Excellent service and quick delivery. We've been there many times and the food is always delicious.

ordered a pizza. gave me an estimated time of an hour. Perfectly reasonable. An hour later no pizza. waited 30 more minutes. Called. said it would be maybe 15 more minutes. Waited yet another 30, no pizz. called again. Said it was ready to go out. 30 more minutes, no pizza. Cancelled. Will NEVER order from them again read more

I came here yesterday with a coworker for the all you can eat buffet. It was really good. The employees were very friendly and asked us what kind of pizza we would like them to make for us. It was a kind gesture and much appreciated. I plan on coming back. read more

Service was extremely slow, pizza had no sauce, zero time management, I was there for about an hour and a half and one worker went outside to talk on the phone, a good five or six times very loudly. I'm not sure why there is paper cups, my drink was about to seep through the cup. When being there multiple people canceled their orders because it was taking way longer than they were told. If I could leave zero stars, I would I keep coming back here to give it another chance but every time I'm disappointed. I wouldn't be surprised if this specific location shuts down soon. read more

My husband had to wait 45 minutes for spaghetti & meatballs to go. I had been wanting to try their spaghetti since they opened. What a let down. It was terrible. There was an inch of cheese melted on top of the spaghetti; like a lasagna dish. That was disgusting. Denny's meatballs tasted much better. The sauce was Ragu out of a jar. I have had horrible diarrhea ever since I tried eating some of it. Now I'm vomiting with the uncontrollable diarrhea. It got so bad, I had to throw away my clothes and my shoes. They were full of diarrhea. Eat their food at your own risk. read more

Horrible!! This place used to be so good with such good customer service. I've had to walk out the last 2 times I've gone. First time they charged me for an extra large pizza which I ordered on the phone but when I got there and still waited 20 minutes they brought me a mini pizza. The second time it was a 60 minute wait but they really weren't making any pizzas, it was dirty, staff was rude and there was a line of angry customers because their orders were wrong and they had been waiting for a long time. Not to mention they had a B rating posted on the door, not good!! Needless to say we used to go here every Friday for pizza but after change of management this place has gone downhill and I will not be back. read more

I made a yelp account just for this. First when I came in, it smelled like like someone's buttcrack mixed with rotten food and bad pizza. I came to order and they never even told me a wait time. I was the only one here and it has been 50 minutes with only 2 pizzas done(I ordered 3). I asked them twice for when the order would be done and they would say 10 more minutes. I last asked 15 minutes ago with 2 pizzas in sight. The entire place feels rundown. It has dirty carpet when you walk in, has a rundown arcade not even usable, and everything just looks dirty. As I am writing this, 3 groups that came in 15 minutes ago already got their pizza and we still haven't gotten it. Horrible place, bad service, and the pizza didn't taste good as well. Really expensive as well. Would most definitely avoid this place. read more

Don't ever order here through door dash or grub hub after 6pm. They will cancel order and you'll have to wait 5 days to get a refund. Extremely frustrating. This place won't even answer the phone, straight cowards. read more

Not from around here so I relied on my fellow yelpers. We arrived early evening on Sunday 6/5 with a very large group of twenty hungry 50+ over men's softball players. Ordered at the counter. Dayton Pizza Factory discontinued the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza. Now, this became my new obsession. With thin crust and extra honey and pepperoni it is the BOMB!! I got mine at the Hwy 50 Carson City PF. This is an amazing pizza. The hot honey and thin crust make this an extremely tasty pizza. I was mourning the loss of my pizza but lo and behold Carson got it right. Too bad Dayton!! read more

They do not deserve even a star. Been waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza. Called the restaurant and was told 20 more minutes. Staff were not friendly or even sympathetic. I'm sure the owner/Manager doesn't read these but Carson City and surrounding area do . This used to be the best pizza in Carson city under the former manager Desiree and her staff. I do not know the story. But this is not the pizza place to order from now. My recommendation is not to eat here. Costco is better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA FACTORY CARSON CITY!!! read more

We ordered a pizza for New Year's eve and verified the type over the phone. My husband went to pick it up and the order was not correct so had to wait another 20 minutes for the new pizza to be prepared. There were very few ingredients on the pizza and after a few bites we realized something was very wrong - the taste was off and tasted almost spoiled. Ate a few bites and sent the rest to the trash. We will stick with Pizza Factory in Mound House/Dayton - theirs is great. Didn't order there this time so it could be picked up while we in town - never again. Sad to say the pizza ended up making us violently ill. read more

There is no way I'll put up with crappy customer service unless they can back it up with an amazing product. Seeing employees sitting on a closet floor during business hours, receiving a pizza that's burnt on the bottom, raw in the middle, with chewy cheese on top, having a manager who is super defensive and just plain RUDE about receiving any kind of complaint, and an owner that doesn't seem to care enough to respond. Really unfortunate for the new owners, the last owners had a great staff (minus the one manager with an attitude), great product, and a great attitude. It's gone down hill. To top it all off, we went next door to eat the next night and ran into our friends who just got done eating there. They said the whole staff seemed drunk and the pizza sucked. Get it together! read more

Called in a order for delivery. Their phone system was so crackly that i had to repeat my order and card number multiple times. Then the person accepting my order blamed me for the bad connection. lol, what a joke. That should have been my first indication to not order a pizza. Cheese pizza arrived in a timely matter... however. Super greasy, dry, unevenly halfway cut and the cheese had slid off the top. Gross. I just tossed it away. Thanks for the $28. cheese pizza for my friends. read more

What can I say about this business. Not only do they have delicious pizza and their staff is absolutely amazing. They also help out with the community. A dear friend of mine lost her life and The Pizza Factory has stepped up in so many ways to help her family. Now I love it and their staff!! Thank you for everything you do! read more

I called in for a small pizza and cinnamon sticks. They said it would be 20 minutes. I waited in the lobby for an hour..I saw people that came after me in and out. I understand pizza takes time to make and truly I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time. What upset me was... not once did I get thanked for waiting, nor did they communicate or update me on my wait time while sitting in the lobby. All the employees lack decent customer service. No smiles, awkward and rude demeanor... And mind you I was being friendly. I'd be happy if they smiled or at least offered a drink for an hour wait... even a " thank you for waiting " would have gone a long way. I'm a very understanding person as Ive worked in customer service but this location is terrible. To top it off, when I got home my cinnamon sticks were burnt and they forgot my icing. How can this Resturant that has been such a core part of this community just destroy the lives of its employees. I have known their manager Desiree for years. Desiree has always made more than great Pizza, she has trained young people and helped them gain skills and confidence to be successful. Desiree has supported this community through fundraising for non profits, Pop Warner, people who were sick or families who lost loved ones. Through her dedication and that of previous owners and the staff, Pizza Factory has been a staple in our community. Today, Desiree and her team were fired. 10 employees walked out in support. I understand that there are two sides of every story however this dedicated bright and awesome woman has been there since she was 16 yrs old. There is no excuse to treat people like that. I will not be walking in their doors again. read more

I actually would like to give negative stars and an extremely negative review. Ever since this place has been under new management and or ownership it has gone to absolutely horrible customer service and bad attitudes towards their mistakes. I have been ordering from here since the day the doors opened and will never ever again. You should never argue with your customers over your mistake and after leaving them waiting for pizza for over 2 hours with absolutely no apology just instant attitude. If your card reader glitches after you take a payment over the phone and you have already ended the phone call and then can't reach your customer by phone then I would think you'd still deliver the pizza and receive payment at the time of delivery. Instead they thought it was a better idea to make the pizza then throw it out because our phone died and they couldn't call us. After waiting for 2 hours we finally called them and instantly got the manager on the line telling us how we should have answered the phone when they called back to get us to pay them. So now we will never pay them again. If this business can't take the chance at delivering $50 worth of pizza to a very long time customer then they shouldn't be in business and will never have mine. read more

Basically we like the taste of their works pizza - but tonight the toppings were a good inch and a quarter from the edge all the way around the pie. I don't buy pizza because I'm crazy about the crust...I don't know if they were sloppy tonight or if this is some cost cutting attempt but I will examine the pizza next time we order and will not accept a pizza that is 1/3 naked crust - and I will never return after that. read more

Last week on Thursday, my family and I came in at night and the pizza was alright at best. I saw a employee sit down in the lobby, I think a driver, and saw another employee with a beanie fill up a pint of beer when we were still inside the building! Life sometimes sucks Some friends and I ate there 10/1/23 and were given cold lasagna. They took it back to the oven and mine was reheated in 5 minutes. We were told we could have a free beer for the inconvenience. My friend waited another 15 minutes and then went to the service counter to get his food. He was told to wait a minute. 5 minutes later he ask again and the young man said "sometimes life sucks". I then confronted the arrogance of this man and ask for the manger. He said She was on break. I said I'll wait. He said she went home for the night. He would not serve our beer till I made a scene. This young man Robbie has a lot to learn. read more

The preorder service offered sucks. Tonight, it will be 1 1/2 hours late after ordering it at 3pm. From what I understand, they get orders through doordash but only use their own delivery guy. Well, the greeting from the manager was basically nonexistent. Zero customer service from what looked like to be the manager. His name is BYRON. Obviously in the wrong business. The girl with piercings looked absolutely pissed off to be at work. The dining room is disgusting. Tables are sticky, straw wrappers and used napkins left on previously used dirty tables. I had to clean my own table. And after spending $60 to take my family out to eat. I will not be back again. Such a dirty and uninviting environment. read more
