As I said, super friendly! - Loved the signs and decor and café had a hometown diner feel to it. - Deli with some imported items from Spain items in it. Yes we took home some! In addition, their jellies from Oregon and their Carson City hot sauce. Yum! - Restaurant was accessible to individuals with disabilities. - We were told goodbye and to comeback by three staff on our way back. Cons- Honesty, I cannot think of one. What we ordered- We split the Basque Chorizo Con Huevos Normally I'm not a fan of this dish but my husband loves it. He says by far the best he's ever had. I went for the pizza and salad buffet. Two stars for the price because it's a big value but the pizza and salad bar quality are not good. The pizza dough tastes like they froze cardboard and then put pizza toppings on it. Probably wouldn't be back but if you're low on money and want to leave full it's the place for you. read more

A good inch if not more around the whole pie was devoid of sauce & toppings. The toppings were skimpy at best. And it was burnt in areas. Service was extremely slow, pizza had no sauce, zero time management, I was there for about an hour and a half and one worker went outside to talk on the phone, a good five or six times very loudly. I'm not sure why there is paper cups, my drink was about to seep through the cup. When being there multiple people canceled their orders because it was taking way longer than they were told. My husband had to wait 45 minutes for spaghetti & meatballs to go. I had been wanting to try their spaghetti since they opened. What a let down. It was terrible. There was an inch of cheese melted on top of the spaghetti; like a lasagna dish. That was disgusting. Denny's meatballs tasted much better. The sauce was Ragu out of a jar. I have had horrible diarrhea ever since I tried eating some of it. Now I'm vomiting with the uncontrollable diarrhea. It got so bad, I had to throw away my clothes and my shoes. First time they charged me for an extra large pizza which I ordered on the phone but when I got there and still waited 20 minutes they brought me a mini pizza. Dayton Pizza Factory discontinued the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza. Now, this became my new obsession. With thin crust and extra honey and pepperoni it is the BOMB!! I got mine at the Hwy 50 Carson City PF. This is an amazing pizza. The hot honey and thin crust make this an extremely tasty pizza. My husband went to pick it up and the order was not correct so had to wait another 20 minutes for the new pizza to be prepared. There is no way I'll put up with crappy customer service unless they can back it up with an amazing product. Seeing employees sitting on a closet floor during business hours, receiving a pizza that's burnt on the bottom, raw in the middle, with chewy cheese on top, having a manager who is super defensive and just plain RUDE about receiving any kind of complaint, and an owner that doesn't seem to care enough to respond. I actually would like to give negative stars and an extremely negative review. Ever since this place has been under new management and or ownership it has gone to absolutely horrible customer service and bad attitudes towards their mistakes. I have been ordering from here since the day the doors opened and will never ever again. You should never argue with your customers over your mistake and after leaving them waiting for pizza for over 2 hours with absolutely no apology just instant attitude. If your card reader glitches after you take a payment over the phone and you have already ended the phone call and then can't reach your customer by phone then I would think you'd still deliver the pizza and receive payment at the time of delivery. Instead they thought it was a better idea to make the pizza then throw it out because our phone died and they couldn't call us. After waiting for 2 hours we finally called them and instantly got the manager on the line telling us how we should have answered the phone when they called back to get us to pay them. So now we will never pay them again. If this business can't take the chance at delivering $50 worth of pizza to a very long time customer then they shouldn't be in business and will never have mine. read more

I called in for a small pizza and cinnamon sticks. They said it would be 20 minutes. I waited in the lobby for an hour..I saw people that came after me in and out. I understand pizza takes time to make and truly I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time. What upset me was... not once did I get thanked for waiting, nor did they communicate or update me on my wait time while sitting in the lobby. All the employees lack decent customer service. No smiles, awkward and rude demeanor... And mind you I was being friendly. I'd be happy if they smiled or at least offered a drink for an hour wait... even a " thank you for waiting " would have gone a long way. How can this Resturant that has been such a core part of this community just destroy the lives of its employees. I have known their manager Desiree for years. Desiree has always made more than great Pizza, she has trained young people and helped them gain skills and confidence to be successful. Desiree has supported this community through fundraising for non profits, Pop Warner, people who were sick or families who lost loved ones. Through her dedication and that of previous owners and the staff, Pizza Factory has been a staple in our community. Today, Desiree and her team were fired. 10 employees walked out in support. I understand that there are two sides of every story however this dedicated bright and awesome woman has been there since she was 16 yrs old. There is no excuse to treat people like that. Life sometimes sucks Some friends and I ate there 10/1/23 and were given cold lasagna. They took it back to the oven and mine was reheated in 5 minutes.
