He was professional, efficient, thorough, and super friendly. Our house has a lot of weird gaps above the windows, and he made sure that not one drop of water entered to the inside of our home. (You should have seen his crouched-down stance while he was power washing our house.) We are actually planning to sell our $250 Ryobi power washer, as we plan to just repeatedly hire Gino. If you are considering hiring someone to any sort power washing, I highly recommend Gino at Sidewalk Surf.

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden

He responded to my initial request for an estimate within 24 hours, communicated clearly throughout the process, and arrived exactly when he said he would. What stood out most was Mike's commitment to doing the job correctly. On the day of installation, he had his materials ready when he noticed flaws in them. Rather than trying to make them work or moving forward with substandard materials, he stopped, contacted me, explained the situation, and ordered new materials. That decision demonstrated his honesty, integrity, and dedication to quality. Mike's time management, work ethic, and attention to detail were excellent. He completed the project as proposed and never cut corners. He even went above and beyond by patching a large hole left behind by roofers who had previously removed the gutter from my garage wall and failed to repair the damage. Mike provides everything you hope for when hiring a contractor: excellent communication, professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship, and a genuine commitment to doing things right. His proposal was thorough, his pricing was fair, and the entire experience was exceptional. I would gladly work with Mike and Crown Gutters again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of gutter work.
