We've been working with ProForce since the spring of 2017, and have been very happy with our experience thus far. The pest control products ProForce use seem to be very effective at eliminating the types of creepy-crawlers we have in abundance in the Raleigh area, and we've only required an unscheduled supplemental treatment (included in the price of the service agreement, i.e. no additional cost to us) once after some unusually hard and steady rain soon after a normal service call; otherwise, the efficacy and duration of the normal service routine keeps things quite comfortable here. The level of care shown by the technicians who service our home and environs is great, and they are always prompt, polite, thorough, and willing to answer any questions we might have. The ProForce front-office staff are equally friendly, and very helpful in the event an upcoming service call needs to be rescheduled or an unscheduled visit in between regular appointments is necessary. The web portal used for account management and other customer-oriented things is clean and functional, and helps reduce the clutter additional paperwork would create as a byproduct of my own somewhat obsessive record-keeping practices. Staff respond to requests or questions submitted through the site's "Contact Us" form promptly and on-point (and will do so via email, which is a major boon for me as I often can't wedge another phone call into my day). Provided our experience continues to be as positive, we'll be ProForce clients indefinitely. Highly recommended! read more

My Proforce is in the Raleigh area. I will be honest by saying my initial experience wasn't a good one. The issue was the technicians I was getting weren't doing what was listed on my profile. One even scolded me for wanting service while it was raining because he didn't bother reading the service for that day was for the inside. I called Proforce and they immediately fixed the problem. The first thing was assuring I would never get that technician again. Secondly speaking to ALL of their technicians about the importance of reading each client's profile before starting the service since some of us have special area requests. Thirdly when they arrive I get a text so I can communicate directly with my technician in case any changes. The latest technician, Benjamin, was on point. It wasn't just about ground areas as I have a gazebo and screened in porch. He followed every instruction perfectly and also sent pics showing those special instructions were performed. Proforce understood their technicians literally represent the quality of their performance. I hope every technician follows the standards Benjamin showed so no matter who I get the same quality of work will be done. read more

6/17/16 - Yahmale came by today right on time and clearly explained the details of what he was going to do and performed the initial ground service. He recommended not sweeping the eaves and not doing the mosquito treatment because it's was drizzling a little and sweeping the eaves would likely leave black dirty smudge marks from the webs. I didn't even think about it until he said it, and I was glad to wait. He said they'd be back around soon when the weather was right to finish the initial service -- obviously at no additional charge. So far, I'm extremely pleased with ProForce. 6/16/16 - I just spent some time with a sales guy (Enoch) and he was the most polite door-to-door sales guy I've met. Very knowledgeable, explained services clearly, and answered the questions I actually asked instead of just spouting off a scripted sales pitch. I work from home and encounter many sales folks walking up to the door - so I've had a fair amount of experience with salespeople that just want to meet a quota of doors knocked. I'll update this review after my first couple of services. Mac Holly Brook Drive Apex, NC read more

Changed to ProForce to give them a try after being approached by an ex-military sales person (we like that they employ ex-military). They have done a great job. We get calls and emails letting us know when they are coming. If we want to schedule a specific time that day we can call. When they arrive they talk with us to see if we have any problem areas and go to work. They clean the cobwebs and spray - even the yard to keep the bugs far away. After they leave we receive an email with the name and photo of who provided the service, details of the service provided, and a detailed statement. Since they started we have had less issues than with any other company. Recommend them! read more

I use Pro Force Pest Control and have for probably a couple of years. I'm known as Very Picky Me! Today Chad serviced my home. I would be thrilled to have him every quarter, He made sure to ask, if I had noticed anything since my last spraying and addressed every need. He also ask me, to open my Garage Door and sprayed in there as well. All the Spiders webs were removed from my Eaves. I would give this young man 10 stars if I could!!! He was very pleasant, professional and done an amazing job. I've used companies before, that give it a hit and miss and their gone. I also, leave them a review. However, this isn't something ProForce Pest Control is known for. read more

This is our first year ever having pest control. We had our first service back in June and were highly impressed. We would highly recommend this company to anybody seeking pest control! Paul was the technician that came out for our first ever service and he was very informative, professional, and quick. We haven't had any issues since the first treatment! We were having an issue with ticks and haven't found one on our dog since he first came out. Very pleased his work! Our second service was today with Shawn and once again, we are very pleased. He was very courteous and quick and made sure to check in and make sure we were not having any issues. Thank you! read more

Good afternoon, Here we "grow" again. Thank you so much for sending Miss Winter back to perform the general inside pest control services. Winter is proactive and approach her job with the attitude of pleasing her customers. She valued my time and completed the inspection expediently covering every area of our home. Miss Winter did that again today without fail. I am so proud that Miss Winter takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Winter keep being humble and may you continue to grow with the company. They should be proud to have someone like you representing them. The sales representative ignored my urgent need to eliminate two yellowjacket nests and insisted I buy a monthly subscription. After I insisted I only needed the service to get rid of the nests, they sent someone to spray the area. Three days later, I received a phone call informing me that I couldn't cancel the subscription because three days had already passed since the service. In short, their way of informing customers is very deceptive, and they insist on selling something you've already told them you don't need. read more

We just had our dinner interrupted by a ProForce Pest Control guy soliciting in our neighborhood. When my wife told him that soliciting in our neighborhood is prohibited and that we didn't like our dinner being interrupted, he called her a bitch. At that point, I went out to confront him, and he walked away, giving me lip the entire time. My wife had to call me off before I beat the tar out of him. If this is the quality of employee ProForce Pest Control has, so I wouldn't hire them to pick up dog poop in my yard. read more

Questionable company, seemingly shady business practices. They go door-to-door soliciting in our neighborhood even though the neighborhood is private property and does not allow soliciting. Others in the neighborhood have said that ProForce says that they have a permit to solicit, which is a lie. We call the sheriff to evict them from the neighborhood, but they keep coming back. IMO, any door-to-door pest service should not be hired.... No way I would hire them. ProForce - DON'T come back read more

We are extremely satisfied with the service and support received from Pro Force. We utilized a competitor for 10 years and after a thorough visit from a sales person, decided to give them a try; we've been impressed with the change and appreciated the personal attention delivered with every encounter. Our technician (Jared) was phenomenal; he thoroughly treated our property and addressed all concerns and questions, as they always do. Thank you for outstanding service. read more

We have had Proforce for a few years and have had no issues with insects or wasps. When we see something we call and they come out between services to check out the issues. We had fire ants a few times and they were really helpful in getting rid of the hills. They send out documentation of them treating so you know they came if you weren't home. The owners are great and we've also had great experiences with Chad, Graham and everyone we've had come out. read more

Proforce did a remarkable job coming to assess our problem with ants. They were able to treat the inside of the home. Then assess the outside and find the point where the ants were entering and treat that area as well. They went above and beyond to inspect the rest of the home and clear up any cobwebs or potential for any other pest problems. The gentleman was very professional, kind, efficient, and we will continue to use them in the future. read more

It's always a pleasure when Chad comes to service our home. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He's also caring to the point of making sure that our 2 month old son was well protected by blocking him while he was sleeping in the bed, so that nothing would get on him. That's the kind of service people need when technicians come to service your home. Thanks again... read more
