Instead, the technician arrived with an iPad, immediately asked me to sign a contract and pay before performing any inspection, and seemed unaware that an inspection had been scheduled. After calling the office, she told me she would go to another appointment and return. She never came back. When I later contacted the company, I was told the technician had reported that I had declined service, which was simply not true. I was ready to move forward with treatment after the inspection, but the miscommunication and lack of follow-through left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sage Pest Control based on this experience.

We were supposed to hear back from the manager after we canceled future service about having them come back to our house to do a call back since we were still under the supposed three month warranty, and had just paid $200 for absolutely no results, and they never called back.
