I was booking a mini bus for an event, so I checked a few different charter services in the area. To start, they gave me the best rate by far compared to other equivalent services. I worked with Victor who was very responsive and helpful to all of the questions I had through the process. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled a day before it was supposed to happen and I needed to cancel the charter. I spoke with the team and they were extremely understanding and I was able to get refunded for the booking. When the event is rescheduled I will certainly be coming back to this company! read more

Even made themselves available to respond to my text messages when away from office email, because I wanted to confirm before. I noticed driver arrived early which was very comforting to see since we traveled our kids dance team to a Warriors game. Driver Kevin was great and very respectful smooth driver and did as I asked and texted me when he was placed back in front for pickup They have another employee Patricia which is what gave me the insight and information to book with them. This is my first review I've done and typically don't take the time to voice my opinion, this time however i am compelled to take the time. Our group all pitched in and rented a bus to go to Incline Village. The bus was suppose to pick up in San Francisco than an additional pickup in Oakland, at the Bart station, from there we would proceed to the village. Our group leader phoned me that morning as said the bus was running late. The driver apparently said he had issues with traffic, this was at 5am? Ok, things happen and people aren't honest, whatever I get it. When the bus driver finally arrived (48 mins late) he appeared to be apologetic, I say appeared to be as nobody was able to understand him, myself included. About 30 mins on the bus (entire group) one of our friends made mention that the driver was on his phone trying to "retrieve direction". This is so unsafe its not even funny, after telling the driver to pull over if he needed too and find the way he gets aggressive and says "call his boss". I call the office number provided and spoke to Omar, who apparently is the owner. We explained our situation and that we felt unsafe to continue, we were all aiming at getting another driver to get us to our destination SAFELY. Time was not so much of an issue, we all have families. Without even speaking to the driver he begins to assure me that the ride will be safe and that we were "given a discount" and should not complain about the driver. SERIOUSLY?! As expected, I get infuriated and demand that another driver be sent to take us back. Instead of understanding the issue his paying customer had, Omar (the owner!) says to me basically "tough luck you'll be fine" Never have I been so disrespected and felt so trapped, unsafe and used. Sure we made it back in one piece but wow, absolutely no regard for his passengers safety. How can the OWNER run a business like that and still be able to take peoples money??? I will NEVER use or advise ANYONE to ever use their service. Do so at your own risk. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My daughter and 120 of her classmates (6th thru 8th grade) had a two day retreat today and as I drive into school, I see this bright red luxury bus with an extremely large naked lady on the side advertising water. The school staff was embarrassed and as applaud as I was. I called the bus company and asked to speak with a supervisor. I talked to the owner and asked him who's decision it was to send a bus with a naked lady on the side to a middle school for a bus trip. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't see anything wrong with it and if I didn't like it that I could cancel the trip. The driver went to San Francisco instead of mountain view and caused a long delay in our pick up time and only 5 people used the bus because it was so delayed. To make it up to us, they offered a free ride for our group. The free ride was also severely delayed. Promptness and timeliness is not their forte. We had to book Uber's for all the participants because of the tardiness of the bus. Will not be using this service again and wouldn't recommend if you're looking to be on time. read more

PCS could have handled our party a little smoother but overall I enjoyed the lady that chartered our bus from Monterey to the wedding celebration in Carmel Valley. She was a go-getter, not shy and very welcoming. I would have called her a smooth operator except for the fact that our stop in Carmel could have been more time efficient if we had parked by the bus parking lot at the Carmel Plaza where the "Carmel" group was waiting instead of in front of the fire station. It sure wasn't her fault that the all the festivities were planned on the same time as the annual Concours d'Elegance. Very unprofessional business!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is completely unreliable. They double booked a 20 passenger bus we coordinated for wedding transportation and provided rediculously oversized bus with broken AC and lighting - making for a completely uncomfortable and miserable hour drive. Then they failed to fulfill their contract and refused to send another bus to bring us back from Half Moon Bay to the city - leaving 20 people stranded. Those people either had to book expensive hotel rooms at 1 in the morning or split a $120 cab ride back to the city! Never trust this company with your transportation needs.
