Mimi is by far the best person to get a pedicure from, she also remembers you even after you've just been there once. Once she polishes my toes it lasts for at least a month. I love this place! I moved here from OC and I'm very particular with my nails. I've been happy at other places in the area, but Professionail is the best, hands down! Phil is my favorite manicurist here - very meticulous and takes his time. I have yet to be disappointed with his work. The reason this place also stands out to me is, because of a horrible job I received about a week ago. Unfortunately, Phil was unavailable and I had to get my nails done by another manicurist. Long story short, she did the crappiest job I've ever received in all the years I've been getting my nails done. I went back a few days later and the Owner took very good care of me - not only did he have someone do my nails at no charge, I was set-up with Heather who did an AMAZING job, exactly what Phil would have done. He wasn't in on the day I came back in. But nonetheless, I was sooo super happy with how Heather fixed my nails and the customer service I received - thank you, Professionail for taking such good care of me! :) read more

I have been coming here since I was 16. Tiffany always does my eyebrows on point!!! :) I love my eyebrows. I always receive compliments. On occasion I get my nails done. For acrylic I would suggest Miley! She doesn't leave them all thick, she thins them out enough that they look like real nails! BUT there is one worker there that I just don't understand why she is there. She always has this fake attitude and she jus seems mean. Her facial expression says it all. I don't know her name ... but for the people who are regulars they probably know who I am talking about. Anyways. I used to come here years ago but then I found my nail lady at a different location and stuck with her until she moved to a different state. Since she left I didn't know where to go... I decided to come back here. I believe I had nicki, she did a great job on my French tip with ombré glitter w/ gel. I loved them walking out... 3-4 days later my nails are already lifting and I have to be very careful and gentle with everything I do to make sure I don't break them because OUCH! so I went back and she fixed it no charge.. they looked even better this time.... same thing about 5 or so days later they're already LIFTING!! I'm beyond upset. My full sets with gel normally last me 3 weeks max before I have to get a fill not just a couple of days. I've been going to Professionail for years! I go here for waxing (brows/lip/chin/underarm) and an occasional mani pedi. Tina has been so good to me over the years for my waxing. I usually go with whoever is available for my nails but today I had Mai (pedi) and Sarina (gel mani). First off, Mai has been there for a long time. She remembers doing my nails for me years ago. She's really sweet and friendly. I got the euro spa pedi today and I asked if she could add the callus remover and she said that I didn't need it. She said that she would take care of me with just the spa pedi and that I didn't need to spend an extra $5. This is the first time I got a gel manicure. I've gotten acryclis before and I like how my nails look afterward and it lasts quite a while but the gel manicure is a great alternative to acrylics. It doesn't damage your nails like acryclis and you don't have to wait forever to grow your nails out. Sarina did a great job and she made my nails look wonderful. I went to Professonail right before New Year's Eve with my heart set on having gel nails done exactly like a style I had found on Pinterest. I was so impressed with how amazing my nails came out! First, the ladies discussed what I wanted with each other to make sure I had the most capable person and then discussed with me exactly how she be doing my nails to make sure she knew what I wanted. Asked for a mani/pedi with a heart design on my one nail for each hand. Nails were done by a man there. He is very nice but doesn't know how to paint nails or draw a heart. So I was looking for somewhere new to get a pedi and I had an appt at the doc for my son and this was close by! They were super friendly and helped us right away! I asked for a European pedi that was $23 and when I got the bill it was $28 so I guess she thought I asked for the European deluxe pedi which I think the only difference was the mask but it's OK only $5 more. I don't remember the ladys names that helped me or my mom but I had my 8 month old with me and they were so nice to him and talking to h and trying to make him laugh :)! So my mom also got a mani but I had to leave to the doc appt and the lady said for us to just leave and my mom could come back and finish her Mani I love that! I recently went to get my gel nails done by Tammy & got a gel pedicure with Jane for my wedding. My experience was horrific. Firstly, before the technicians began, I noticed that they did not grab a clean sanitary nail tool pack-- so I asked them to please get clean tools. They gave an attitude and hesitantly did. The whole time, both women were completely rushed even though I had called a week before to book an appointment. Jane was so rushed that she cut the skin on my toe & couldn't get the bleeding to subside. After Tammy finished with my gel manicure, I noticed that two nails had thick black lint underneath the gel that was extremely visible. I quietly pulled her to the side and asked her to take a look. She held up my hand and began yelling saying "I don't see anything!!" Still creating a scene, she began throwing things around speaking Vietnamese as everyone in the salon began turning their attention towards us. She then aggressively grabbed my hand to begin re-doing the two nails. Embarrassed, after she was done re-doing the nails, I quickly went to the front counter to pay meanwhile the man at the front desk had someone on the phone he wanted me to speak with. The person on the phone ended up being the owner, stating her name as Leeco. She also began attacking me saying that Tammy would no longer be doing my nails and that I was "too picky." She said that her technicians had every right to be impatient and that she supported that. I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Never once did I complain and I always tipped well. I ran out of the salon in tears. The nail technicians have no manners and are always chatting amongst themselves rushing through clients, the environment is very uncomfortable. The salon has very poor ownership and they do not have the best interest for their customers. I will not be going back. read more

I had gotten a manicure a week prior at another establishment and was ready to have them removed for they had been chipping and breaking. Well after discovering it would only cost me $10 to have them removed, I decided to give this place a try. I was paired with an older woman that basically just tried clipping my nails and sliding a another fake nail under it to peel it off. It was very.. painful .. she dug all the way into the skin under my nail on two of my fingers.. making me yelp in pain several times.. rather than apologizing she would roll her eyes or shake her head. I asked her if there was another way and she just laughed at me rudely.. I continued to smile and tell her I was fine throughout .. as this was going on for what felt like forever.. she kept tossing and shoving my hands out of her way.. after a while she got up and brought a bowl of assetone then she said "soak" coldy and tossed a towel over my hands aggressively.. another woman came along and took an electric file and the fake nails came off like butter! So there was another way and I went through that pain for nothing.. afterwards she asked.. no insisted that she give me a manicure.. I politely declined and explained that I'd prefer to let my nails heal before I come back for a manicure. I had to keep explaining this because she kept insisting. Finally she gave up and said "okay, fine, go. Go wash your hands and go" while waving me off.. almost shoo- ing me.. I washed up.. paid.. and rushed out.. the overwhelming feeling of being unwelcome brought me to tears. read more

I have been coming here for at least 4 years. I'm somewhat of a tomboy and while it's never been 'outstanding', I endure it cause it's close to home. Today, I went in for a gel mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. I had three different people 'working' on me- one for each service. When my gel mani was done my tech was rushing me out...I looked at my nails and noticed that the polish was uneven (and some over my cuticles!) I asked them to please fix it. They moved me to a corner chair where I sat for 10-15 minutes before someone came over to 'fix' it. The three techs who had helped me had moved on to new customers while I sat there quietly waiting for someone to fix their mess up. (All the while they utter stuff in their native tongue.) Finally, I said something- another tech came to 'fix' the issue. BTW, throughout the whole experience I was bleeding from two over cut cuticles...didn't make a big deal cause I wanted the experience over with...Sad to say, I'm never going back. They had the nerve to charge me full price for all services - amazing...I paid it and gave a (generous) tip to the lady who 'fixed' my issue. My $80 bucks are going to another business going forward. No customer service/recovery skills. Don't go there unless you are desperate and don't care for sub-par service. Disappointing! read more

Eyebrow Wax: Tina only (4 stars for her)! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Tiffany. My eyebrows were already shaped nicely by Tina, and went in for a clean up and she was on vacation. Saw the great reviews for Tiffany so I decided to take my chances. Never again will i do that!!!! She ended up taking way too much off of the top and thinned them out! Not even a minute after I got out if there ... I had to do a review as a warning...Came here to get a quick french since my nails needed some TLC. The last gel did some damage to my nail so i wanted a breather and go with a regular mani. The lady who sat me down started off nice and tried to convince me to do a gel instead but i told her not today. She did a complete 180 after I said no. She was talking on her phone, unfriendly, and rushed through the french so it looks sloppy. Not only that but there are bubbles in the clear area.
