Nail polish. Same colors in gel and regular. Love it!

Love this place. Lynn is so thorough and professional!!!! I have been coming to this shop for years even when ownership changed. Love it here. Clean shop, friendly service. Quality nail polish and reasonable prices. I never feel as though any of the folks working here rush me or do a poor job. Very satisfied.

This is the 3rd time I came here very bad experience. First two times I came had a great experience with owners. This time they put me with 2 different ladies horrible. I will never go back there. The lady doing my nails immediately got frustrated and became very aggressive with me, she was using the machine and started hurting my skin when I said something she said "your too sensitive", then she became very sarcastic with me making fun of me and she even yelled at me trying to say that l yelled at her just because I told her she was hurting me. She also laughed at me and mocked me. And to top it off she racially profiled me. I will never return to this place. I really liked the owners but if they choose to lose business and keep people like that I feel bad for them. No one should be treated like this!!! AND ONE OTHER THING MY NAILS CAME OUT HORRIBLE. The owner did offer to fix them but not until the end when I was done ready to pay. The owners never intervened while all of this was going on. And they heard and knew what was taking place.

I've been coming here for years, they're now under new management and still providing the same great service. Lynn, Lucy, Cindy Lena doesn't matter who you get you won't be disappointed. I promise you'll leave a satisfied customer.

Loveeee this place! The pedicures are the best just because you can tell they actually tell they care how you feel and how it looks. Deluxe pedicure always! I always love the way my full sets come out looking and how they make what I want a reality!! Not just that, they are soooo friendly all the time and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Love it here

Went to get my nails done at Castle Nails and the lady was rude and disrespectful. Can't ask any questions about my nails that im paying for cause she said don't ask questions and she became condescending and told me im bullshit because I ask a question about her hurting my nail from digging in to deep with the grinder. Don't waste your money or your time here. Definitely not a Castle treatment. They should be Dungeon nails

Marisella R.

This place is relaxing and the lady Lynn did just what I asked her to do. She made Mt time worth every dollar. I will send my friends her way .. Thank you Lynn

I had a very disappointing experience at Castle Nails and Spa. I asked for a simple gel manicure, but the quality of the work was far below what I expected. The polish was applied unevenly, with visible streaks and messy edges around the cuticles. Several nails weren't fully covered, and the shape wasn't consistent from nail to nail. It honestly looks like a rushed DIY manicure rather than something done by a professional salon. I paid expecting clean, precise work, but left feeling disappointed. I've attached photos so others can judge the quality for themselves. Unfortunately, I won't be returning or recommending this salon. read more

Went here twice. Once for a fresh set (after not having nails for a year) and once for a fill. The nails looked nice and pretty but didn't hold their shape, I was happy with this place until it was time to take off my nails. They destroyed my nail beds to the point where I couldn't even get the acrylic or what they used off with remover I had to wait until my whole nails grew out and keep cutting them. Keep in mind my nails were strong I hadn't had nails in forever. This has never happened to me at any salon. Cheap prices but not worth it in my eyes. The pedicure was good though. read more

It was my first time visiting this salon for a pedi and fill. The last place I went to did a horrible job on a new set and the tech I had today did a beautiful job at reshaping my nails to look even. The shape and gel polish is so clean and uniform. Great job! My feet were is desperate need of a pedi. I splurged and got the massage/exfoliate service to go with the pedi. This was an adorable older woman and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. You can totally tell the level of experience and professionalism in this salon. I've had my eye on this place for a while now. Disappointed to say it was not worth the wait.. My friend went and got a beautiful set and design. I've been wanting a specific design so I went there I believe to the same lady who did my friends nails and I showed her what I wanted and she told me verbatim "we do not do any nail design or nail art." I wasnt expecting that response in the slightest I was flabbergasted. It wasn't anything crazy so for her to not do it after my friend just got a very detailed design. Nails where definitely not at all what I asked for either. Not terrible but still lumpy and thin when I asked for strong and thick. I was also supposed to get a pedicure and they never mentioned anything about it and forgot about it. Nail tech also had a horrible attitude the entire time. Will not be going back. read more

It's hard to find a good nail tech who knows what there doing. Viviane and Lucy are PROFESSIONALS. I've never had any issues with them! The business is sanitary and just a relaxing environment. I've trust Viviane for years to do my eyebrows and they always come out flawless. I can't trust anyone besides Lucy to do my pedicures. Their service is beyond expectations already and they included a hot rock foot massage after my pedicure was done. They'll always have my business. 100% recommended. read more

Just got my nails done here and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Ladies were very rude. Person doing my nails kept telling me not to move (I have naturally really shaky hands) and then yelled at me when I accidentally bumped my nails on the light machine. Then when I went for them to do my toes, the lady kept trying to get me to add more add-ons. Then when she did the callus stuff for my feet, she looked at my dead skin and showed it off to other people in the salon making fun of my feet. Won't be going back here, left feeling like crap and degraded. read more

This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. The woman who did my pedicure, I believe her name was Lucy because I heard everyone calling her that. She was extremely rushed. She finished my pedicure in less than 15 minutes. There was no attention to detail, no care, and it felt like she just wanted to get me out of the chair as quickly as possible. The woman who did my fill was no better. My nails came out uneven, bumpy, and poorly shaped. I honestly couldn't believe that both my fill and pedicure were finished in under 30 minutes. That's simply unacceptable for services that are supposed to be done with care and precision. I paid for a professional service, but what I received was careless and poor quality work. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. Please think twice before coming here. read more

I went to this nail salon to get my nails and toes done. I don't know if that woman was the owner, but I'm pretty sure she was because she kept answering the phone and dealing with customers like she ran the place. And guess what? She was the one who did my nails. I saw with my own eyes that the gloves she used on me were clearly already used, they were all wrinkled and crumpled up! She even blew into them before putting them on my hands. Disgusting! She was rushing the technicians the whole time, pressuring them to hurry up so they could squeeze in more customers. They finished my pedicure in under 20 minutes -- rushed and sloppy as hell. I'm so pissed off and extremely disappointed. What a waste of money! I can't believe I had to pay for that terrible service. read more

I couldn't believe a nail salon would spend only 10 minutes on my mom's fill. I've never seen anything like it. Her nails came out absolutely horrible, uneven, bumpy, and with polish all over her skin. The work was rushed, sloppy, and completely unacceptable. It was obvious they only cared about finishing as fast as possible, not about the quality of their work or their customers. read more

He seemed rushed and did not do a thorough job. I had to remind him to cut my cuticles and clean under my nails. These are things I shouldn't have to ask for during a pedicure. He didn't even file my nails, but I couldn't bear saying more. Ugh! He also made a comment to the technician next to him in his own language, which made me uncomfortable. The scheduling guy said I should've mentioned it, but I didn't want to put Dan on the spot at the time. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not return to him. Another customer suggested that I make an appointment with one of the more experienced technicians, to ensure I receive a good service.

I had to repeatedly explain what I wanted, and I still didn't feel heard. The most frustrating part was when I literally had to take the nail file out of the technician's hands and file my own toe because the shape and finish were not what I was asking for. I've never had to do that during a nail service before. I've never had acrylic toes so thick and uneven. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expect to be listened to and treated with respect when I'm paying for a service. Unfortunately, today's experience left me very unhappy, and I would not return based on this experience. But the icing on the cake is that dhe then went and insulted me.NEVER EVER GOING THERE A AGIN.

And if Lin isn't available, book with DeDe without hesitation. She's just as talented, professional, and easy to talk to. Lady who did my pedi did okay, although she kept asking me to do different things/designs when I kept saying I only wanted a solid color and she was talking to the employee next to her the whole time. I wish I was able to say something about the mani while I was there but the lady doing them kept putting my hand under the light right away and grabbing my hand to continue, she might've been in a rush, and I also had to leave somewhere right after I was done. Basically, it was done so sloppy and rushed. When she was done, didn't say a word, walked away and the lady who did the pedi took me to the front to pay. I should've known then something was wrong and should have checked my nails but I trusted them to do a good job. Mani/pedi gel, cost was $98, left $22 for tip. I guess if you want something done that is detailed, go somewhere else or find out who is good with doing detailed designs. The next day (today) I sent a message on their FB page seeing that they are active on it. They read the message and didn't reply. Will update this if/when they reply.

Was pleased with my pedi on my first visit, but thought I would try some others before settling on one place. Checked out a couple of other places in the area and I am happy to say that this will now be "my nail place". It's not as fancy as some other places I've been, but it's clean and the ladies that work there are really friendly. One of my biggest pet peeves about some nail places I've been to in the past is feeling rushed. Not so here. They take their time and are very attentive to the customer in front of them. Also they did my mani at a manicure table, not in the spa chair, which is always my preference. I am not a fan of a manicure in the spa chair. Last visit had a pedi (with flower), mani, and upper lip wax. $34.00 (not including tip). I couldn't get out of my old place, in my old town, for under $40.00 (not including tip) for just a pedi. Can't speak for acrylic nails since I don't have those, but I am very pleased with the service I have received so far.
