It's my first time coming here and I have to say I'm blown away by the service and the quality. I called on Saturday to get an appointment because the reviews here were pretty good. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and no part of it felt rushed. I also decided to get the "Firewalker Pedicure" (no paraffin wax) and dude... amazing. Just the little massages that come with it made the price worth it already I almost felt like I was getting a reflexology massage! I've gotten my nails done at quite a few different places in the area and this is my complete favorite. I'm visiting from Japan and the way they do nails here reminds me of the attention to detail they have in Japan. Sometimes people at nail places can be so sloppy and try to get as many people throughout the door without paying attention to quality and they aren't like that here. They just got these new chairs apparently and they are amazing and they have a lap table that goes all the way across your lap and sits on both arms of the chair at your side. Super nice! They also have a restroom in the back of necessary. Tons of beautiful colors to pick from nails and offer a variation of almost every color which is great because sometimes it's hard to find the right shade. Im so in love with the sage color that I saw they had!!! Customer service was on point. I had my appointment with Megan (gel "Firewalker Pedicure") and Jessie (gel manicure). This is my third time coming here but second time with Kayla . She went above and beyond to help fix my scandalous mess I got from diva nails (which I regret) I originally just wanted her to fix three acrylic toes, but she did everything from removing it all to becoming a perfectionist, making sure I had the toenails that I literally don't have on my pinky toes to making everything look so sharp and clean. Service isn't the same. The lady drilled my nail way too much and removed a huge piece of my nail bed that was painful. Then she seemed to have an attitude after I told her I changed my mind and only want a removal. She convinced me to get gel but then was very rough and also all the nails were different sizes. She also didn't have one of those fans that take in the acrylic dust so dust was all over my sleeves. It also looks dirtier than previous times and the owner or person in charge kept asking her at least 3 times if she was almost done so it felt super rushed. read more

I'm a regular customer here and I got a full set with french tip with mylee. After she finished the french I noticed one finger had a deep french look while the others were a classic french (a straight line that looks slightly curved) Before the top coat I asked her to add some more white to the sides and she says "It's too late next time" I spent $60 for a set for my birthday for her not to even try to fix it at all super dismissive about it. I ended up driving 12 minutes away to world nails and they happily fixed it for me after i explained my situation. Much better service over there will not be coming back to this place. If you don't like the service don't pay it until you like it it's ridiculous to charge $60 and not hear the customer out for a simple fix. read more

place looks nice inside But, they over book and accept so many walk ins that while you're getting your pedi/mani it's being rushed and the manager is pushing his coworkers to speed up and hurry up. I always like my nails, narrow and coffin shaped and my nail lady at this location never fails to make me happy. My service was for a basic manicure and a basic spa pedicure. While receiving my pedicure, the gentleman who cut my nails and cuticles, cut the top side of my toe. It was the most painful thing ever! He didn't address, or acknowledge the fact that he had injured me, and instead dabbed at it and continued with my pedicure by putting alcohol on it!!! It took EVERYTHING I had not to scream. Also, my big toes now have ingrown nails. I have never received such a horrible manicure and pedicure. My nails were cut uneven, the polish was put on sloppily, and he had the nerve to try to upsell me on my pedicure and had an attitude when I declined. I gave one star, because when I first entered the salon, the vibe was relaxing, and I received a nice greeting. After that everything went downhill! read more

I'm so happy with my Christmas designed nails done by Lyly. She was awesome taking the time to make sure the details of the design I wanted was perfect! I got the gel manicure. All I did was show her a picture on my phone of what I wanted on my nails and tell her what color I wanted and she took care of the rest.
