I've been going to Pro Nail Spa since it went into new management. I love the people that work there and have sorta become family. My go to guy is Tom for nails, who does an amazing job and I get Henry to do my Pedi and he is amazing. My daughter ever since she can get her nails done have always asked for Miley and Kim for her Pedi. Again, they are like family at this point. The whole crew at Pro Nail Spa are truly amazing. They all do good work. Love them. I have plenty of pictures I've taken of my nails but I'll share the ones I got done today by Tom. My daughter got her nails done but doesn't want to share. LOL...The place is kept clean all the time and it's just a nice vibe in this place. Today I asked Tom to do a Cat Eye Ombre and I love it. Henry did a Blue gel polish with glitter on top but I don't have a picture of that. All I can say is my nails look good and my feet feel like a baby's butt... read more

I've been coming here more often for pedicures, but unfortunately, my experience today with Dan, the technician, was disappointing and unpleasant. He seemed rushed and did not do a thorough job. I had to remind him to cut my cuticles and clean under my nails. These are things I shouldn't have to ask for during a pedicure. He didn't even file my nails, but I couldn't bear saying more. Ugh! He also made a comment to the technician next to him in his own language, which made me uncomfortable. The scheduling guy said I should've mentioned it, but I didn't want to put Dan on the spot at the time. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not return to him. Another customer suggested that I make an appointment with one of the more experienced technicians, to ensure I receive a good service. read more

It's my first time coming here and I have to say I'm blown away by the service and the quality. I called on Saturday to get an appointment because the reviews here were pretty good. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and no part of it felt rushed. I also decided to get the "Firewalker Pedicure" (no paraffin wax) and dude... amazing. Just the little massages that come with it made the price worth it already I almost felt like I was getting a reflexology massage! I've gotten my nails done at quite a few different places in the area and this is my complete favorite. I'm visiting from Japan and the way they do nails here reminds me of the attention to detail they have in Japan. Sometimes people at nail places can be so sloppy and try to get as many people throughout the door without paying attention to quality and they aren't like that here. They just got these new chairs apparently and they are amazing and they have a lap table that goes all the way across your lap and sits on both arms of the chair at your side. Super nice! They also have a restroom in the back of necessary. Tons of beautiful colors to pick from nails and offer a variation of almost every color which is great because sometimes it's hard to find the right shade. Im so in love with the sage color that I saw they had!!! Customer service was on point. I had my appointment with Megan (gel "Firewalker Pedicure") and Jessie (gel manicure). The women who helped me were so nice. I had a wonderful time and I'm going to always come here when I'm in town, and tell my mom to go here now too! read more

This is my third time coming here but second time with Kayla . She went above and beyond to help fix my scandalous mess I got from diva nails (which I regret) I originally just wanted her to fix three acrylic toes, but she did everything from removing it all to becoming a perfectionist, making sure I had the toenails that I literally don't have on my pinky toes to making everything look so sharp and clean. I say this a lot, but I firmly positively say that this is my favorite spot ever. read more

Very caring service .very reasonable price in the area would recommend to go here. Not overwhelming at all.

Update, removed my nails and I was right, they basically almost took off everything, I can't believe it, DO NOT COME HERE!! Protect your nails, these people won't. This place isn't even nice!! So angry and devastated! read more

Mailey is the best! I followed her from a previous nail salon to Pro Nail Spa when this place first opened. She always does a very thorough job with my gel manicures and pedicures. Service isn't the same. The lady drilled my nail way too much and removed a huge piece of my nail bed that was painful. Then she seemed to have an attitude after I told her I changed my mind and only want a removal. She convinced me to get gel but then was very rough and also all the nails were different sizes. She also didn't have one of those fans that take in the acrylic dust so dust was all over my sleeves. It also looks dirtier than previous times and the owner or person in charge kept asking her at least 3 times if she was almost done so it felt super rushed. read more

I came to get a pedicure for the first time from Kayla and she did amazing. I will be coming back for her work.

I'm a regular customer here and I got a full set with french tip with mylee. After she finished the french I noticed one finger had a deep french look while the others were a classic french (a straight line that looks slightly curved) Before the top coat I asked her to add some more white to the sides and she says "It's too late next time" I spent $60 for a set for my birthday for her not to even try to fix it at all super dismissive about it. I ended up driving 12 minutes away to world nails and they happily fixed it for me after i explained my situation. Much better service over there will not be coming back to this place. If you don't like the service don't pay it until you like it it's ridiculous to charge $60 and not hear the customer out for a simple fix. read more

Update to my previous review. Still a great shop, Tony is very attentive and helpful but don't ask for Tom. He seems fine at first but has mood swings and has trouble doing what the customer is requesting. It's sad, I had to switch technicians and she did a great job. read more

This has been the best nail salon I have ever been to by far. The technicians are far superior to others I have ever frequented and their pricing is on point as well! I always like my nails, narrow and coffin shaped and my nail lady at this location never fails to make me happy. They are great at creating designs, ombré, and French manicures, and have a great selection of colors. I've actually been to different technicians as well and they all do a great job. Keep up the great work! read more

place looks nice inside But, they over book and accept so many walk ins that while you're getting your pedi/mani it's being rushed and the manager is pushing his coworkers to speed up and hurry up. The experience was not relaxing. Cleaning up my toes was not fully cleaned enough, my massage on my legs and sugar scrub lasted 15 seconds .I sat in the water waiting for a worker to be done for 30 mins while my family was already done and had to wait for me to finish Felt very ripped off for the expensive prices they give. read more

My service was for a basic manicure and a basic spa pedicure. While receiving my pedicure, the gentleman who cut my nails and cuticles, cut the top side of my toe. It was the most painful thing ever! He didn't address, or acknowledge the fact that he had injured me, and instead dabbed at it and continued with my pedicure by putting alcohol on it!!! It took EVERYTHING I had not to scream. Also, my big toes now have ingrown nails. I have never received such a horrible manicure and pedicure. My nails were cut uneven, the polish was put on sloppily, and he had the nerve to try to upsell me on my pedicure and had an attitude when I declined. I gave one star, because when I first entered the salon, the vibe was relaxing, and I received a nice greeting. After that everything went downhill! read more

I scheduled a same day manicure for today. I came in & was seated immediately. The person who did my manicure seemed to rush the entire process.
