I tried to give this place another chance. Came about a month ago and it was fine. Good experience. So I can back today and got the best pedicure they offer. Turns out their most expensive pedicure is the worst I've ever had. As soon as she started painting my toes I pointed out that first one she painted the policy had lumps. She said oh, that's just the first coat. Woman, if the first coat is lumpy the second coat will be, too. She was not happy but took the paint off that toe and redid it. As she left me to dry, I looked at my toes and could see that there the paint on every one is messed up. Uneven, bleeding onto my skin and there's also multiple spots where there is just paint on my toes randomly. I was so mad I just paid and left. When I got to the car even my husband thought the paint was terrible. He said go back in and have them fix it. Walked back in and told her the issues. This woman bent down and tried to "fix" with clear polish. At that point I just said nevermind and walked out. How are you going to fix uneven, bleeding over paint with another clear coat?! I had stopped going there because they are always in a hurry and so they rush, resulting in cuts and file burns on my fingers and toes. The owner is not very friendly and is just interested in charging extra for every little thing. But the worse thing is coming home in pain. They know they hurt you, but don't care or try to make it up to you. This pain usually lasts a couple of days, and if there's blood, it ruins a nice manicure/pedicure. Worst place to get ya nails done by far the worst nail salon my girls has ever been too. She requested the first picture nails and the person who did them was rushing it, didn't take his time and was by far the rudest and most ignorant individual (last picture) . If they are going to do nails the least they can do is listen to the customers request. I called and asked for a soak off, then told her I wanted a soak off but she proceeded to remove my previous acrylic overlay with nail tip although I had expressed that I wanted a soak off, she then burned my nail with the drill, I then asked her to stopped, paid for my pedicure and left. I wish I could give ZERO STARS! I was disappointed with my recent visit on July 11th 2025. Only one coat was applied, and my polish started chipping within 3 days. I gave them a chance to fix it, but the worker said it was too late because he already applied gel. I already knew they were going to chip when you could see through the white and paint was uneven. I have come here twice and will not EVER return the first time around went okay. It was a very quick service and decently priced so I decided to go back. I should have trusted my gut and stayed away!! On my second visit it was rushed once again but things really went wrong during my gel mani. The nail tech seemed annoyed to be removing my gel that I had previously gotten there. Then she was rushing through cuticle clean up that she cut me 3x one of them was extremely painful and I started gushing blood.... She then proceeded to put CRAZY GLUE on my gushing cut and pulled her mask down and blew on my finger. I immediately removed my finger and said no... this was before the mask mandate lifted. Every bottom surface & corner had dirt, grime, dust, and spider webs! This year I went for my 21st birthday nails. I wanted Jade nails with gold foil but was informed they did not have the materials for it so I found something different (Marble design). I scheduled an appointment with Lyn at 12pm but arrived earlier at 11:37am with the intent to wait for Lyn because she always does my nails for my birthday. As soon as I walked in I was instructed to sit with another nail tech to start my nails which I was hesitant about but it was fine because they just prepped my nails. I then was instructed to go to Charlie although my appointment was supposed to be with Lyn. I didn't want to say anything and sound difficult so I did. Lyn was finishing one client but took another one right after which kind of bothered me because I was supposed to start with Lyn at 12pm. I was then instructed to go get my pedicure done while waiting for my nails. After the pedicure it had been 2:30pm and Lyn finally started my design. I showed her a Marble design and was told she'd be able to do it. She then proceeded to give me basically green stripes with gaps and left it at that. Once I realized this was how she was leaving it I clarified that I didn't want it like this and that I wanted marble which from my understanding is the mixing of two polish colors. It was made very clear that this upset her enough to rudely say "just take it off her!!" I was shocked. Charlie then takes it off while guilt tripping me and telling me that they don't make very much money off doing my nails. To make this all worse they started talking to each other in a different language throwing in English words that made it clear they were talking about me. At the end of the visit I was still charged for my incomplete nails and had to go to another nail salon to do my design. Sad to say I will never come here again... read more

I enjoyed my quality and quick classic manicure from C & L nails. I came in the Friday after Thanksgiving around 11:30 pm and had to wait approximately 10 minutes. The classic pedicure costs $12, cash and card is accepted: Most of the chairs were occupied and I found the service to be very friendly. They had a wide variety of colors and styles to choose from. C & L Nails is located in the same plaza as a North Island Credit Union and Subway, across a Best Buy and Walmart. The parking lot has a decent amount of spots, but was packed when I went most likely because of the holidays When I routed directly from Yelp, my navigation led me to the wrong plaza at first. I recommend directly searching for C & L Nails in your navigation app of choice to be routed by to their correct location. I would definitely come back if I was in the area. read more

I'm not sure why they take reservations here. I waited 30 minutes and had to leave because they didn't even start my pedicure. My daughter was able to get her nails done, but she said it was a struggle to do a simple design. They charge $15 for a very simple design on your nails, way over priced. I give the place 2 stars because the person who actually did my pedicure was nice, but the inside is dirty the towels they use need to be replaced. My biggest issue was our waiting time, I was a walk in so I didn't expect quick service. After 15 min of waiting I asked if I should return, I was with my baby daughter and we were told to sit on a spa chair that we were next. We waited another 20 minutes, I only didn't leave because my daughter was so excited. After her pedicure manicure was completed, my child messed up two of her nails. I let them know I would pay more for them to fix it, and when they did they put on a different shade of pink. I told them it was the wrong color and they denied it & said they would only fix it once. I made an appointment only to wait too long. They rushed the pedicure and manicure and even cut me a couple times along my fingernails and toenails. Overall: I will absolutely go back again because I have never beat that price - but it's not a glamorous experience. To get a gel colored French manicure WITH glitter (not as tacky as it sounds, I promise ;) ) for $25, that's an awesome deal. I couldn't find a website to speak of but I found a number to call so I could schedule an appointment - that didn't actually do me any good, I still had to wait at least 10-15 minutes before they were ready for me because in the middle of the day on a Friday they were BUSY! The nail esthetician was kind but not interested in chatting. I racked up my trivia knowledge watching Who Wants to Be a Millionaire on their TVs. I had brought in a photo of what I wanted and asked her how much it would be which she stayed true to when she rang me up (you can use a card it seems, as long as your total is over $10, otherwise there is a fee). It wasn't anything fancy - she applied lotion and took her time rubbing it in but no hand massage like is often customary. Some of the side edges of my nails aren't TOTALLY straight and smooth, but overall I LOVE how they turned out! read more

My pedicure chipped and peeled after only a few days. The polish was crooked and caked on poorly. I wanted to give this local business a chance since the reviews seemed good. The place needs a remodel on the inside and there was lots of trash behind the "new" spa chairs which were not new. Mine was broken and kept massaging only one side of my body very aggressively. There isn't a remote so I couldn't turn it off or change the setting. The manicurist controls it but didn't understand me when I asked to turn it off. Overall the place was dirty and cluttered. I felt gross and did not feel relaxed. My manicurist hurt me multiple times and gave me the most painful leg massage. The most awkward part is your manicurist takes you to the front to charge you personally instead of a front desk manager so I felt like I had to tip her even though she was horrible. The only pro was it was really inexpensive - $35 for a pedicure, massage, paraffin and callus remover. Guess you get what you pay for. read more

If zero stars was an option, I would. I made an appointment for noon the day before and warned them i get long nails, she said it wasn't a problem. I get there (with a 7 year old), to be told the owner can do them. I wait 45 minutes for him to start, finish one single nail, then his other appointment walks in. He puts me aside in a different chair telling me the other nail techs will finish as they become available since the salon is packed. I sat for another 45 minutes with no one telling me anything as every other walk in was getting done before me. I walked out with one nail and tips after an hour and a half.
