I got a gel pedicure and French dip manicure and my daughter got a regular manicure/pedi. They look great and the ladies could not have been nicer! I honestly stumbled across this place dropping off at Magnolia Project - but I'm sooo glad we did. I don't "splurge" on nails often, but have tried several local spots over the years. Our daughter just graduated so decided to go for it and had no idea we could get such quality at a reasonable price. Thank you J&T nails for making us feel beautiful today!!

They only took two of us, rushed one person's service because another appointment had arrived, and then told the third person, "Sorry, we have other appointments, so you'll have to wait another hour." This was extremely disappointing customer service. We scheduled our appointments together and expected to be seen together as promised. Instead, our time was wasted, one service felt rushed, and the third person was pushed aside despite having an appointment. We come here regularly, but today's experience has made us seriously reconsider returning. I hope management addresses these scheduling and customer service issues so this doesn't happen to anyone else!!!
