It makes me sad to write this because my mom and I came here for years and they just seem to be EXTREMELY OUTDATED, and mostly with their skills. I payed 50$ for a 27$ basic pedicure. I don't even care about the price. I could've definitely paid $50 for a way better pedicure. I originally asked for French tip but changed my mind because she wasn't getting my vision on what I wanted, which is off because I showed her 2 pictures. As someone who hasn't been able to get pedicures because I have no time and struggles with having bad toes most of the time. I got my nails done here (I know, I should have stayed home) because my boyfriend was planning a surprise proposal and he hired my mom to get me my nails done for the pictures (cheesy, I know). I wanted a simple, ombré, full set. Nothing too fancy. I didn't wait too long, which is why I'm giving the one star. But my experience was horrible, the nail tech barely talked to me, all my nails were left in different lengths and shapes, and the skin on my finger tips was cut into pretty deeply. I bled out of 6 fingers the whole ride home. It felt like the tips of my fingers had been chopped off. I couldn't even wash my hair from how painful it was to touch anything. You can see the scabs forming two days later. My new fiancé feels guilty that I had a bad experience here. Horrible. read more

I wouldn't pay attention to the reviews lol the people here are just hard working people that get the job done! I came in for a pedicure, got the # 2 pedi with Gel which comes with callus remover (she did a bomb job) eucalyptus scrub and some other good stuff. I just get basic white gel pedis nothing too hard or difficult. Always try something basic when trying a new nail shop because that first time will always tell you if you are going back or not! I definitely wouldn't mind coming back for a pedi if i was in the area. read more

Katy is by far the worst!!!! If I don't tell her to remove the nail polish she will begin painting my nails just like that. I had to say are you going to clean my nails? There are still a lot of cuticle. This was the wonderful manicure she gave me. This place seriously sucks! In addition the lady giving me my pedicure cut my toe. Thanks! Do not waste your time. I got a full gel set with Cathy. Worst experience I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done for 15 years. She put the wrong size fake nail on my ring finger (it was too small so you could still see my real nail on the side of it) and I had to TELL her to redo it or else she would've left it like that. Didn't do my cuticles or hand massage, nothing. My nails came out crooked I had to tell her to fix the shapes MULTIPLE times to where she would constantly ask me "like this?" "Is that okay?". I wanted gel on my toes but when I realized she didn't cut or clean my toenails and was already about to start the gel I said NVM and just asked to quickly finish and just do regular polish. By that point I just wanted to get out of there. I had to tell her how to cut my toenails (which was just FLAT square) and to fix the toenail polish. I've never had to instruct a nail person how to do my nails ever! Will never go there again. read more

So the first time I came Kathy did a nice job, but once I left one of my nails was very crooked and a large portion of the side was exposed, other than that it was okay. This time around another lady did my nails, very sweet but the nails are not good at all and I didn't want to upset her and tell her to redo them all. I wanted a marble design on my nails and the lines she made were just terrible and not at all what I had showed. I get she tried but i feel she should've known how to do a style like this before even trying to do my nails that way. These are not at all what I asked for, and the sides and edges are also uneven and sloppy looking. I don't feel like spending $35-$40 every time to only leave disappointed. read more
