Love this nail salon, prices are competitive and the ladies here do a fantastic job with both manicures and pedicures! Don't forget to ask for a stamp card because every time you go, you accumulate stamps for a discounted service. This is a Vietnamese nail shop and some of the ladies speak great English. I like the vibes because it doesn't smell like a traditional nail salon that is flooded with the scent of nail polish. Lots of parking, and there were a number of regulars in there. They offer you a drink (water, tea...) when you sit in the comfy seats. Good pedicure, though the callus scrub treatment was cursory and the technician was a bit rough with the metal cuticle tool. Tons of gel/acrylic colors but there didn't seem to be as many regular polish colors. They offer a stamp card, if you go back 10 times you get a discount or free service add-on. read more

Cindy is amazing, she gives the best pedicure! The woman running the salon (Julie?) is not very professional...I observed her interaction with the customer next to me, the customer was trying to tell her how she wanted her toenails filed, and Julie was not listening, she was arguing. She was very rude. And then she gave me the 3rd degree when I was paying about how I booked my appointment, what number did I call, etc. She picked up a VIP business card and circled the phone number, telling me that is the only number I should call for appointments. It was very rude and petty, and was not my first unpleasant encounter with Julie. She needs some customer service training.... read more

I called about 30 minutes before I decided to come for a gel mani/pedi. The ladies that work here are so nice. Their seats were comfortable. The water was warm. It was reasonably priced and they gave me stamp card so I can come back. The only sad part was that the gel on my fingers didn't really last long. read more

I currently have powder on my natural nails, it's helped them grow and lasts much longer than gel. I've been coming to VIP for the past couple of fills and gotten my nails done by Miso, Helen and most recently, Jasmine. They all do such a fantastic job and really take their time shaping the nails and ensuring the powder isn't too thick. Design wise - Jasmine is amazing at executing new and abstract designs, especially ones that may be hard to find at other nail salons. So if you're looking for a design off Pinterest, I'd recommend Jasmine & making an appointment ahead of time. read more

I went in to get my acrylic nails removed professionally and get a manicure afterwards. The lady performing the service was LeeLee or so she told me that was her name. Instead of soaking my fingers in acetone she proceeded to chip my nails off , I told her it hurt and if she can do it another way, she said my nails were practically already falling off so it wouldn't be necessary so she continued and I kept expressing signs of pain and discomfort but I didn't say anything anymore because i figured my nails were probably sensitive/ damaged... until I look over and see that my pinky has a literal dent in it because of how unprofessionally she had been chipping and removing my nails. I then told her that really hurt and that it did not look okay . She said it's okay it'll grow back in a few days, I told her to forget about the nail polish portion of the manicure because I wasn't about to put polish over it nor have just one nail not painted she then proceeded to try and convince me that my nail was okay to buy gel nail polish on and it wouldn't affect it .. mind you they're moisture coming out of my nail . I say no and she try to offering painting all my other nails , again I said no because I don't go to a nail salon to come out looking ratchet with one nail not painted because she hurt me . And it's true I've never ever ever had something like this happen to me and I've gone into places to removed a week old set of nails before ... these nails were almost weeks old but still on pretty good which is why I went in . The lady that charged me was nice and kept apologizing and gave me a discount which was nice . read more

Terrible nail salon don't ever go to this one. They didn't even feel like taking off my acrylic nails they kept telling me to take it off, $70 dollars and 2 hours for short french tip and they came out messy, and somehow they forgot to add top coat. they also had cut me with one of their nail tools and i was in pain the whole time and they blamed it on me for not being "relaxed" . All that for ugly nails. 0/10 . They are very unfriendly and it's obvious they be talking shi in their ugly language read more

Pretty average. Enjoyed the customer service until it came time to pay. I guess my five dollar tip was not "good enough" for my basic manicure and pedicure. I don't enjoy being asked for more money when I am just "meh" about my services after spending $60. I will continue looking for a nail place that provides the correct color and expectations that I would be thrilled to Yelp about. read more

I went in for a basic $25 pedicure. It's was blah. I felt like I just got my toes painted. Little attention was paid to my toe nails, the foot scrubbing was quick and lil efforts. Honestly, I am so angry about my nails. They are so brittle and thin. My nails hurt so badly from being filed down with the drill until it burned and I pulled my hands away multiple times. I barely touch something and my nails bend upwards. I will never, ever return here or recommend this place. read more

This place is such a rip off, so overpriced for basic service. The lady that did my waxing was nice and she did a good job but $28 just to wax two sides, upper lip and chin...that is ridiculous. All the other places I been to is NEVER more than $17-$20. Never coming back here. World Nails have way better prices. read more

Such a horrible experience. Probably my worst experience ever getting nails done. I took my two daughters and myself for a gel manicure, and we had appointments. They were obviously overbooked and tried to do our nails very quickly. My daughter sat in the chair and was done under 10 minutes. She didn't soak her nails or do her cuticles or lotion. When I complained, they did her lotion really quickly. For my gel manicure all the gel polish completely peeled off my nails the very next day. Didn't even last one day. The other lady at the counter was super rude to an elderly woman who said the water was too hot and snapped at her. I couldn't believe it. I will never spend my money there again!!! read more

I just finished getting my dip powder nails done at VIP Nails and as usual, they are beautiful!! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. I also have a sensitive nail bed, she took her time and took care to ensure she did not hurt me. The salon has also been recently upgraded with new spa chairs, paint and chandeliers. I love that they offer you beverages too. Everyone is so warm and friendly and most important, pays attention to detail so my nails are always perfect! Saturday morning I arrived for a quick and simple pedi. I was greeted at the front entrance before entering the door and was asked if I had a mask and if not I'd be provided with one. Of course I had my own. I was allowed to enter and was quickly seated. After waiting for about 20 minutes in running water, no salt, no soap or anything, my tech began the rushed pedi process withoutaskingme which service I preferred. I understand that it was Saturday morning and possibly understaffed. My point is that I was not allowed to enter the establishment without a mask even though the mask mandate was lifted 4 days earlier. I am fully vaccinated. Plus, they did not treat me as if I was a paying customer. A lady walked in without her mask for nail services and she was NOT stopped at the door and refused entry without a mask. She was allowed to enter WITHOUT A MASK!!! I felt singled out and this was unfair to me. At the end they charged me an extra $5 to remove the gel nail color they charged me $15 extra for last time.. will not be patronizing this establishment in the future even though I've been supporting this business over 3 years. Equality is key especially when you are a minority. I support Asian business and I feel that I was singled out which is unfair since I spend lots and tip big each visit. Again, I won't be back!! read more

I went in on a Sunday mid afternoon and they sat me down pretty quickly. Had to come in for a fill and I showed her an inspo picture from Pinterest and got to it. BiBi was very precise and cared for the health of my nails. The place where I got mine done before coming here was drilling away at my skin near my fingernail. She was gentle around that area and made sure to file it all away unpainfnully. Would recommend this place for those in the area. I paid about $50 for this fill because of the design. They have free WiFi and different accommodations as well. No need to drive out of the area for me. Would definitely come again and bring some friends too Don't forget to request BiBi too! read more

Newly renovated, it's clean, bright and spacious. I've been going here for more than 1 year, my go-to nail technician is BB she is AWESOME and a perfectionist, she always leaves my nails looking clean and beautiful. I recently started doing the almond shaped nails and BB does this shape so perfect. I don't get my nails done often, usually every 3 weeks and my nails last when I come to this nail salon, they don't break and look in good condition minus the visible growth of my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon you won't be disappointed!!! read more

After weeks of taking a break from gel and dips, I went here and was eager to get back to nice looking nails. Welllllll....2 weeks later I went to a different salon and they had to soak off my nails because underneath was all yellow and peeling. The new salon said that the nail tech had the dip on so thick that when I would wash my hands, shower, etc., the soap and water stayed there and essentially grew fungus. I wanted to throw up. Another thing to note, they said the tools were probably not clean. In all the years I have done my nails, YEARS!!!!!! I have NEVER had this happen before! So disgusting! read more

I have been coming here for a few months. They usually do a good job but today I was sorely disappointed. I had an appointment but waited almost an hour because Julie forgot to book my appointment. Then after I got home I noticed the acrylic overlay on my left hand is so lumpy and bumpy it's almost embarrassing!!! I spent $104 on a fill and pedicure but definitely did not get what I paid for. She seemed very nice, easy to talk to, and I appreciated her fair pricing. Also she had very good reviews on Yelp. I saw her on 12/27/22. But since I don't go to her normally I couldn't help but compare her to my usual girl. Mind you I have been getting my lashes done religiously for 2 years now. Firstly, she told me I needed a new set (initially booked for a fill) to which I thought, "Fair, she's the expert, I'll go with her advice." She could've been way more gentle when removing the existing extensions. She pulled at the extensions and rubbed at them with whatever remover she used which irritated my eyelids. But I let that go because that part passed pretty quickly. Another thing I noticed is she didn't ask what shape or length of lashes I wanted. I'm used to being asked those things, plus if I'm ok with the length of extensions they're going to apply, etc. When I got home, however, I examined my lashes in the mirror and found that I couldn't brush through them. Somehow there was glue on the the tips of the extensions which I found weird. Also I noted during my appointment she had placed a full set in under 2 hours. Fast forward to today (1/10/23), and I finally got an appointment with my usual girl. She said the fans were unusually easy to remove, despite me washing them every other day and brushing them (when they allowed). She also said she could tell they were premade fans, which isn't always the way to go in my experience. The way they're glued together makes for a very unnatural appearance. She noted that there were multiple fans on one lash which weighed them down and she found a few that were stuck together. So all of this told me that it was a more rushed appointment rather than her being efficient. Overall, I'm not saying don't go to her or anything, I just want her to see this review and hopefully use it as constructive criticism and improve her techniques in the future.
