Audrea is not my usual lash tech, I was in a bind because I was in desperate need of a fill but my usual tech was all booked. She seemed very nice, easy to talk to, and I appreciated her fair pricing. Also she had very good reviews on Yelp. I saw her on 12/27/22. But since I don't go to her normally I couldn't help but compare her to my usual girl. Mind you I have been getting my lashes done religiously for 2 years now. Firstly, she told me I needed a new set (initially booked for a fill) to which I thought, "Fair, she's the expert, I'll go with her advice." She could've been way more gentle when removing the existing extensions. She pulled at the extensions and rubbed at them with whatever remover she used which irritated my eyelids. But I let that go because that part passed pretty quickly. Another thing I noticed is she didn't ask what shape or length of lashes I wanted. I'm used to being asked those things, plus if I'm ok with the length of extensions they're going to apply, etc. When I got home, however, I examined my lashes in the mirror and found that I couldn't brush through them. Somehow there was glue on the the tips of the extensions which I found weird. Also I noted during my appointment she had placed a full set in under 2 hours. Fast forward to today (1/10/23), and I finally got an appointment with my usual girl. She said the fans were unusually easy to remove, despite me washing them every other day and brushing them (when they allowed). She also said she could tell they were premade fans, which isn't always the way to go in my experience. The way they're glued together makes for a very unnatural appearance. She noted that there were multiple fans on one lash which weighed them down and she found a few that were stuck together. So all of this told me that it was a more rushed appointment rather than her being efficient. Overall, I'm not saying don't go to her or anything, I just want her to see this review and hopefully use it as constructive criticism and improve her techniques in the future. read more

Audrea was able to squeeze me in for a last minute full set of lash extensions. Before I even made an appointment, she asked about my concerns. When I got there, she had a look at my lashes and asked me what it was that I wanted from the extensions. Quick, efficient, friendly. And very wallet-friendly as well. $80 for the full classic set (plus tip of course).. but best value around. Hoping they hold up well and hope to be able to visit Audrea again! Update on lash longevity to come... Update I may have been overexcited to have pretty lashes. Unfortunately, a handful fell out last night despite staying dry and not touching.. and this morning it looks like more are on their way out. Maybe due to being stuck too close together/to each other, or maybe just being the thicker lashes that I was concerned would not stay in place (vs finer individual lashes). Audrea is the best! She's new to this salon but I followed her here from her previous location and have been going to her for years. It's awesome that she now has her very own private room at this salon! Her work is amazing and she's the only person I trust with with my brows. She waxes, trims, and plucks until they are perfect. She's very meticulous and goes along with your preference whether you like more natural or thinner brows. She makes sure my brows always come out looking amazing, not too thin, as I've told her my preference for thicker/more natural brows. Her room is directly to the left when you walk in, and she goes by appointment via calls or texts. Definitely recommend her and give the salon a call if you want to set something up with her. She's super nice and easy to talk to as well. In addition to waxing services, she also does micro blading, lash perms/extensions, and facials. I just got my first facial from her a few weekends ago, she did the type for acne prone skin and I gotta say I'm loving the results so far!
