I've gone here years ago and the lash tech was amazing. However, when I went back recently, my lashes have not lasted and my go-to tech is no longer there. This time around the lash tech assured me that my lashes would last 3 weeks (because the glue they use is "top tier") since I mentioned that I was also going to a concert at the end of the month. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I went in for a new set on 5/13 and needed a fill by 5/26, as more than half my lashes were gone and I had plenty of bald spots that I could not brush out. I even booked a tech with higher rates, thinking she's more experienced and that hopefully they'll last this time around. Yet, here I am 8 days later and with even worse lash retention than my initial appointment. Never coming back. Disclaimer: No, I do not rub my eyes (as much as I would love to, I know what that does for lash retention). And yes, I do clean my lashes daily. And no, I do not wear heavy eye make up. read more

After putting an inquiry out on Yelp UniLash was the first of many business to reply to my request to book an eyelash appointment. It happened that the day of my inquiry was the last day of a promotion they were running but since I was unable to book so soon they were actually kind enough to extend the offer to a few days later when I had booked the appointment. Lizette is an amazing aesthetician, she was so patient with me as someone newer to getting my lashes done. Without hesitation she kindly explained the different lengths, styles, and curls and we had settled on a Hybrid Full Lash Set 12mm. Now when I have gotten any form of treatment in the past, whether it's lashes, a facial, or massage, I take this time as "zen time" and I sort of just fall in a nice relaxing meditative mode. Lizette was so delicate and quiet and allowed me the relaxation I was craving. That being said, I will note that there was someone else in a room near by that talked the entire 2hrs I was on that table. It wasn't necessarily loud by any means, but I still heard their conversation. The only reason I mention this is because I had actually talked myself out of bringing my headphones because I thought it would be inappropriate, but I will be bringing them next time. Upon check out there was a miscommunication about the promotional offer I was given however the woman at the front desk was so nice and kindly fixed the issue without argument. Hard pass. I scheduled an appointment and was really excited. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone even came out. I showed her a picture from Unilash's yelp as inspo, and they turned out horrible. When I told her I didn't like my lashes, she said I can't get a refund and she can't take them off because she's off at 630. Even her coworker told her, "yeah she asked for a cat eye look." I paid the $30 booking fee, and they still charged me $150 on my card. Do not go here! Horrible service, and it's very clear they do not care about customer service or satisfaction. You'll also be put in a shared lash room with another customer, so hard pass. read more

Never again. The extra star is because my technician was a nice person. However I am mortified and frustrated. When I walked in there was no one around. About 10 min after I came in someone said they would let my technician know I was there. My appointment started 20 min after my appointment time. After 1 hour for a fill I can barely tell the difference from when I arrived. I can't believe I paid for this. She asked for another 30 min but I was already late. And based on the progress made I was not confident that 30 minutes would be enough time to fill in my lashes. Also when I was done I had a ton of shed lashes all over my face, that's not something I've had to deal with before. My usual shop takes an hour for a fill and less than 90 min for a full set. I was looking for a new home that would have more consistency in appointments but this ain't it. read more

These lashes are great and for the price (Russian Volume Top Stylist $250) they should be. They last a really long time and manage to look great even after 4 weeks with proper care. I will definitely come back to get them done and filled as well. I booked a top stylist rather than an advanced stylist because I'm super picky about my lash artists. She was good, but she did manage to pinch my eye when she first started putting them on. It was unusual as I never get pinched at the other salon I go to. I'm not sure she even noticed because she did not say anything to me. I didn't want to make a big fuss about it but it did hurt. Also, just a note that you might share a room with another client and the two lash artists do occasionally chit chat and talk during the appointment, which can be distracting. I explained I wanted a semi wispy/cat eye look where you can still see my eyelids. So she suggested as a first timer to do classics. Madina was gentle and light handed. As I opened my eyes I did not feel a thing on my eye lashes which is what I was hoping for. They look and feel natural and she executed my expectation. This is the 1st time I had my eyelashes done. My friend recommended me this place to have a Lash lift instead of Eyelash extensions so I tried. I gave 3 stars for these reasons: First , my appointment was 6:45pm then they texted me if I can come 7:15 instead and I agreed.Then they asked me again if I can come at 6:15pm, and since I'm free I said yes. Multiple times of schedule changes. Next, I asked my friend how long it will take for that Lash lift treatment. She said, it took her 1.5 hours. So as much as I wanted to take my son with me after I picked him up from school, I hurriedly took him home first before going to my appointment. And it turned out that Kaitlin only did my Lash lift for 30 mins. I am not sure if she's in a hurry since they're starting to go home. My appointment was 6:15 but I she didn't start until 6:20 and finished before 6:50. My friend told me that the person who did her lashes soak her lashes for a long time but mine did not! And the result... there's no big difference in my lashes! I see better result if I use eyelash curler than the $85 lash lift treatment! If ever they will tell me that my lashes are short that's why I will not see a lot of difference... she should have told me that it's not recommended at all! Lastly, my back hurts just laying for only 30 mins. I am short and they have a cushion which where you can put your legs but the cushion was not placed properly and it made my legs lifted on air for 30mins that's why I end up with back ache and couldn't drive right away because my legs are hurting too. They should at least ask their customers if their comfortable in their position especially not all customers are expressive enough to complain or say something. In good side, the place is clean. I am also interested in their other services like the brow lamination but for now, I will think about it. read more
